Abstract

Good population management is needed to be able to provide services to related parties and to produce better performance. Accuracy and speed of presentation of data and information is one of the important factor in managing good population service. Therefore, we need a software that is able to handle the management of population services properly. Districts Ciampel is one of districts which a in regency Karawang, province West Java. Service research in the sub district which is engaged in serve the community still using manual system as report data register bookkeeping. Starting from plot very long queue, takes a very long time, lots of stacked files, could accur file easy to tear and damage. On the basis of the problem writer aims for designing register system population census manual replaced using Visual Basic from this research produce more modern system can be used by officer districts so that clearly with data more precise and accurate. This system can also help reduce long queues, then save time, prevent damage book/file and make it easy officer districts in the process registration register as a means serve the community.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze, design and build a management information system at PT. Mitra Pajakku. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques used are literature study, observation and interview. Software development method used is Exterme Programming. From the research conducted, it was found that the process of monitoring a task or task on a project or product is due to the current information system being less supportive and some still using manual records. Therefore, a system management information system was designed using the Web-based Nest.Js software. The system designed and built has the features of recording tasks per project, timeline and sprints. As for some suggestions given in dealing with the problem, namely 1) introducing the application, 2) replacing the information system designed by the author, 3) direct testing of the application, 3) developing report features, 4) developing import features.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze, design and implement an information system for evaluating employee performance at BTC Fashion Mall. From the research that has been done, there are factors that hinder the employee performance appraisal system because they still use Microsoft Office Excel which is felt to be less effective and efficient. The research method uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques used are direct observation, interviews and literature review.. In designing this employee performance appraisal information system, the author uses an object-oriented approach with UML (Unified Modeling Language) modeling, and is implemented with Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 and Microsoft Access programming languages, and uses the Prototype software development method. With this application as a means of processing employee performance appraisals, it is hoped that the processing of employee performance appraisal data can run quickly and optimally.

Abstract

Information is currently increasing along with technological developments, as well as the need for information on employee payroll at the Bandung City Manpower Office. However, in its implementation, employee payroll information is still experiencing problems such as presenting employee data and salary data which takes a long time and sometimes there is a delay in data search and slow processing of salaries and also results in slow report generation. This research aims to build an Employee Payroll Information System at the Bandung City Manpower Service so that it can assist related parties in obtaining accurate, fast and accurate information. The method of data collection by the author uses interviews, observation, and documentation studies. In system development, the author uses the Prototyping approach. For database design used normalization method, table relation, and entity relation diagram. Implementation and design of the program using the Visual Basic 6.0 programming language and MySQL database. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that the employee payroll information system at the Bandung City Manpower Service is still experiencing problems, due to many weaknesses in ongoing data processing, such as the presentation of employee data and salary data takes a long time and sometimes there are delays in searching data and slow processing of salaries and also resulted in slow report generation.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the use of the New Student Admissions Information System for prospective new students online at 'Aisyiyah University Bandung in terms of the ease of access and information received by prospective new students. The measurement results will be used as a recommendation for the development and implementation of an online acceptance framework for prospective new students in the future. This research is a descriptive study with a total sample of 76 audiences obtained from the Bachelor of Nursing study program. The audience for this study were first-level students of the Bachelor of Nursing study program who used an online new student admission information system. The analysis technique uses quantitative analysis, namely the analysis of multiple regression methods, namely regression modeling or a kind of prediction that uses two independent variables (predictors) or more. The results of the study explain the magnitude of the correlation/relationship (R) value of 0.839. From this output, it is obtained a coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.705 that the effect of the independent variable "Perceived Ease of Use" on the dependent variable "Perceived Usefulness" is 70.5%. In the Simple Regression Test based on the significance value of the Coefficient table, a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 is obtained, so it can be concluded that the variable "Perceived Ease of Use" affects the variable "Perceived Usefulness" with a t-value of 13.284 > t table 1.995. Abstract

This study aims to analyze and design of Internships Management Information System at PT Walden Global Services Bandung. Based on the research result, it turns out that the problems of internships data processing is still manual by using Microsoft Office applications and Google Spreadsheets, so that the participant's data information, quota amount which is still available and report processing became slower. To resolve these problems, it is necessary internships management information system design with an integrated database was needed for simplify the process of managing data, so that the information needed and report processing became faster, complete and precise. This information system is implemented using the PHP programming language with MySQL as its database. Agile was used as for the software development. The suggestions given is: 1) Organizing training on the procedures for the use of the new system; 2) Performing maintenance regularly so as not to damage; 3) Use recommended system specifications.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi pengelolaan dokumen di Kantor Desa Gajah Mekar. Metode peneliltian yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif dengan melakukan observasi, studi kepustakaan, dan wawancara. Metode pembuatan perangkat lunak yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan metode Waterfall. Dari hasil observasi dan penelitian ditemukan permasalahan berikut : proses pengelolaan dokumen Kantor Desa Gajah Mekar masih secara manual dengan cara pencatatan pada sebuah buku. Sistem yang berjalan memiliki banyak kekurangan antara lain memungkinkan adanya kesalahan, memerlukan waktu yang lama dalam proses pencarian informasi, tingginya resiko kehilangan data, ataupun kendala dalam proses pembuatan laporan. Maka dari itu penulis membuat suatu sistem informasi pengelolaan dokumen yang lebih efektif serta efisien menggunakan Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 dan Microsoft Access, untuk memudahkan pihak kantor Desa Gajah Mekar dalam proses pengelolaan dokumen, penginputan data, pencarian data, ataupun pembuatan laporan. Saran yang diberikan untuk memperbaiki sistem pengelolaan dokumen pada Kantor Desa Gajah Mekar adalah dengan mengganti sistem manual menjadi sistem baru, agar pengelolaan dokumen lebih efektif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa besar dampak implementasi perangkat PDS terhadap kinerja tim Frontend pada Unit Collection, BNI Card Center, Sentra Bisnis Kartu Bandung. Di sisi lain kartu kredit sebagai bentuk pinjaman tanpa agunan berpotensi melahirkan kredit macet. Bank BNI sebagai salah satu bank penerbit kartu kredit memiliki unit Collection pada divisi Bisnis Kartu yang salah satu tugasnya mengembalikan aset perusahaan sehingga memperkecil angka Net Performing Loan (NPL). Untuk mendukung tugas tersebut, manajemen BNI Card Center mengimplementasikan perangkat Predictive Dialing Syistem (PDS). Dalam melakukan penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan metode penelitian Deskriptif Analisis Kuantitatif. Untuk pengukuran faktor kualitas perangkat Predictive Dialing System digunakan faktor Functionality, Usability, Reliability, Performance, dan Supportability. Pengukuran kinerja tim Frontend menggunakan faktor Kept Account dan Kept Payment. Pengolahan data statistiknya menggunakan SPSS 15 for Windows. Implementasi perangkat PDS mampu memberikan dampak atau pengaruh sebesar 62,1 persen terhadap kinerja tim Frontend pada unit Collection, BNI Card Center Sentra Bisnis Kartu Bandung. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian terbukti implementasi perangkat PDS memiliki dampak yang signifikan dalam meningkatkan kinerja tim Frontend. Semakin baik implementasi perangkat PDS diprediksi akan meningkatkan kinerja tim Frontend pada unit Collection, BNI Card Center, Sentra Bisnis Kartu Bandung, begitupula sebaliknya.

Abstract

Di era digital ini, mencari berbagai hal di internet sangatlah mudah, salah satunya adalah mencari informasi dalam bentuk video explainer. Peranan video explainer di era digital ini cukup penting, membuat pesan atau informasi lebih mudah tersampaikan dengan visual yang terlihat rapi serta teratur. Tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk menyampaikan sebuah informasi mengenai Guiding Values Triputra DNA melalui video explainer. Penulis menggunakan multi panel layout dalam pembuatan video explainer untuk menghasilkan tampilan visual yang rapi dan teratur. Dari video yang sudah dibuat dan hasil kuesioner yang didapatkan, pesan atau informasi lebih mudah tersampaikan menggunakan video explainer dan dengan menggunakan multi panel layout menciptakan visual yang rapi dan teratur.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membangun dan mengimplementasikan Sistem Informasi Pendataan PKL di DISKOMINFO Kabupaten Bandung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif yaitu berisi kutipan-kutipan data yang diungkap di lapangan untuk memberikan dukungan terhadap apa yang disajikan dalam penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan observasi pengamatan langsung di lapangan, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Permasalahan yang terjadi dalam penelitian adalah pendataan PKL yang masih menggunakan sistem manual yang menyebabkan data tidak terarsip dengan baik, terkadang terjadi duplikasi data, waktu pengambilan data yang tidak efektif, dan ruang penyimpanan arsip yang terbatas. Dari hasil penelitian, untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang terjadi di DISKOMINFO saat ini membutuhkan sistem informasi pendataan PKL sebagai solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan dengan membuat web aplikasi guna menyediakan informasi pendataan PKL. Rancangan sistem aplikasi ini menggunakan Framework Codeigniter 3 dan sistem ini menggunakan penyimpanan database MySQL. Dengan adanya program aplikasi ini, memudahkan pengguna untuk mencari informasi tentang PKL dan memudahkan proses pendataan PKL.
