Abstract

Bahan ajar Merujuk pada materi atau alat pembelajaran ,baik dalam bentuk fisik maupun digital, yang disusun dengan cara teratur untuk mendukung guru dan siswa dalam proses pendidikan agar dapat mencapai hasil belajar yang diinginkan. STEAM merupakan pendekatan pendidikan yang menggabungkan berbagai bidang ilmu untuk meningkatkan kemampuan penyelesaian masalah dalam konteks nyata dengan cara yang inovatif. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan yaitu mengetahui bagaimana efektivitas penggunaan bahan ajar terintegrasi STEAM dalam pembelajaran di sekolah. Pengambilan data deskriptif ini menggunakan metode tinjauan literatur. Subyek penelitian ini yaitu 10 jurnal dan buku pendidikan yang berkaitan dengan pembelajaran STEAM. Berdasarkan analisis literatur dari sejumlah artikel dan buku, penggunaan bahan ajar terintegerasi STEAM terbukti efektif dalam memperkuat hasil belajar serta keterampilan berkolaborasi peserta didik di sekolah.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the use of the Agency Level FinancialApplication System (SAKTI) on financial management and financial performance atthe Makassar ATI Polytechnic. Using a qualitative descriptive method with a sampleof ten (10) SAKTI users in the finance section and financial data on budget realizationfor 2019-2023. The results showed that the use of the Agency Level FinancialApplication System (SAKTI) increased the efficiency and effectiveness of financialmanagement at the Makassar ATI Polytechnic. Through the effectiveness ratio andefficiency ratio can provide an overview of efficient and effective financialperformance. Financial performance at Makassar ATI Polytechnic for the averageeffectiveness ratio shows 92.60% with the effective category and for the averageefficiency ratio shows 96.93% with the less efficient category.

Abstract

Improving employee performance is essential for promoting companyprogress in facing an unstable business environment. This study aims to determine theeffect of recruitment and job placement on employee performance at PT. Sulotco JayaAbadi. The research employs a quantitative approach with a saturated samplingmethod, involving 50 employee respondents. Data collection techniques includeobservation, documentation, questionnaires, and interviews, while data analysis isconducted using validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression, t-test, and Ftest,with the assistance of SPSS version 25. The results show that recruitment has asignificant effect on employee performance, as indicated by a t-value of 2.613 > ttable2.011 and a significance level of 0.012 < 0.05 (H1 accepted). Job placement alsosignificantly affects employee performance, with a t-value of 3.942 > t-table 2.011 anda significance level of 0.000 < 0.05 (H2 accepted). The F-test results indicate thatrecruitment and placement simultaneously have a significant effect on performance(F-value 23.161 > F-table 3.20; sig. 0.000 < 0.05), thus the hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

Employee performance plays a crucial role in determining organizationalsuccess. This study aims to examine the effect of reward and punishment on employeeperformance at PT. Sulotco Jaya Abadi, Tana Toraja. A quantitative method wasemployed using a saturated sampling technique with 50 respondents. Data werecollected through documentation, questionnaires, and interviews, and analyzed usingSPSS version 25 with validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression, t-test,and F-test. The results showed that reward and punishment simultaneously have asignificant effect on employee performance (F value = 20.463; significance = 0.000 <0.05). Partially, reward has a significant effect (significance = 0.010; t value = 2.694 >t table = 2.011), and punishment also has a significant effect (significance = 0.009; tvalue = 2.731 > t table = 2.011).

Abstract

This study analyzes the marketing communication strategies of RumahMakan 17 Propinsi, Abdullah Daeng Sirua branch, Makassar, using the MarketingMix (7P) concept and identifies the barriers encountered in its implementation. Aqualitative approach with descriptive analysis was employed, with data collectedthrough interviews, observations, and documentation from five informants, includingthe owner, employees, and customers. The findings reveal that the marketingcommunication strategies encompass high-quality products, affordable pricing,strategic location, promotion through personal selling and word of mouth, friendlyservice, efficient processes, and authentic physical evidence. However, theimplementation faces challenges such as message delivery errors, environmentalnoise, misunderstandings of local menu terms, and customers’ psycho-social factors.The study recommends adopting digital technologies like social media and employeetraining to enhance marketing communication effectiveness. These findings provideinsights into the relevance of traditional strategies in the digital era and the need for ahybrid approach to improve competitiveness.
