Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tentang inovasi produk pengembalian kepercayaan nasabah polis bebas premi dalam taawun asuransi syariah Takaful. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan, pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dengan pimpinan, karyawan dan ahli waris. Data yang didapat diolah dengan metode analisis data deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa FULNADI merupakan hasil dari inovasi produk, sehingga menjadi program yang berbeda serta mejadi produk unggulan Takaful, di mana peserta yang mendapat musibah pada masa perjanjian akan mendapatkan klaim ditambah polis bebas premi kepada anak sebagai ahli waris, polis ini berisikan janji dari Takaful untuk meneruskan polis yang dilaksanakan orang tua, diberikan kepada anak yang merupakan ahli waris tanpa membayar premi. serta diberi beasiswa selama empat tahun di perguruan tinggi. Untuk menjamin kepercayaan nasabah, Takaful sebagai asuransi taawun, menepati janjinya, di mana Agency Takaful Sumbar membantu anggota yang dapat musibah untuk mempermudah mendapatkan klaim dan polis bebas premi, serta memonitor sampai klaim cair ke rekening nasabah.

Abstract

The goals of this research are to determine how unemployment affects poverty, how population affects poverty, and how both factors together affect the poverty rate in 19 West Sumatra Province districts and cities. The study's methodology in West Sumatra Province employed a quantitative strategy with secondary data. employing a quantitative strategy with panel data regression and E-Views 12 software, utilizing secondary data obtained via BPS. The population has a considerable positive effect on the poverty rate, according to the study's results. Where this effect is seen, H0 is rejected and Ha1 is accepted, with a probability value of 0.000 t-table (5.25>1.98). and H0 is rejected and Ha2 is accepted. The unemployment rate has a negative and negligible impact on the poverty rate, where the probability value is 0.2815>0.05 with the value of t-count < t-table (-1.08 < 1.98). because the population and unemployment variables both significantly affect the poverty rate. In this case, H0 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted when the probability value is 0.000007 from the F-table (13.58>3.10).

Abstract

The purpose of this research, firstly; explore the practices of accounts payable and receivable that occur in households, secondly; the formulation a sustainable financial literacy policy through digital applications and cooperative innovation and changing "titil" banks into sharia-based "installment" banks. The method used in writing this work is literature review and netnography. This approach is used to explore data via the internet from various conversations on social media as well as observing phenomena that occur in society related to debt and receivable transactions. Data was obtained through library or literature studies. Data analysis uses interpretive analysis to interpret data related to policies in carrying out continued financial literacy. Main findings in this research, namely, there are various types of debt practices in Indonesian households, there are models of debt to bank and non-bank financial institutions, there are models of debt to banks "titil", models of debt to loan sharks, models of debt via online applications (pinjol), debt to fellow neighbors, debt through cooperatives, debt by participating in social gatherings and so on. Various variations of debt models exist in Indonesian households. The way to overcome this is by presenting an application-based literacy policy. So, you can prevent debts from piling up further.
