Abstract

ASGLOW is a micro business run by Akhmad Wardiansyah since December 15 2020. The product being marketed is a saffron face mist. The purpose of this study is to determine the application of financial preparation reports based on SAK EMKM. The type of approach used is the quantitative method. Based on the results of the interviews, it is known that the business owner does not keep records in accordance with SAK EMKM. The process of preparing financial reports for MSME ASGLOW, business owners use the Microsoft Excel G application because it is easy to use in managing numbers. The research conducted on ASGLOW SMEs can be seen from the financial position of ASGLOW SMEs, namely assets Rp. 5,857,900.00, liabilities (liabilities) Rp. -, equity (capital) Rp. 5,857,900.00, net profit Rp. 1,167,875 ,00. With this research, it is hoped that business owners will pay more attention to recording financial reports in accordance with applicable standards.

Abstract

Roads are the main component supporting economic mobility in an area, the condition of the road both will be able to lift the wheels of the regional economy. The south malang area is in the coastal tourist area, there are many beach tourist destination that you can go to holiday. Road conditions are of the main components supporting development area tourism in the south malang area. Good road conditions can increase interest tourist to visit and vice versa, so it is important to maintain the condition of the roads remain in very good condition.

Abstract

The liquidity ratio is a measurement of the ability of a company's assets to finance its short-term liabilities or debt. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance at the Bima Regency Animal Husbandry Service. The number of samples in this study was 60 ASN with a purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires and literature study. Data analysis technique using multiple linear regression. The research results show that motivation has no significant effect, while job satisfaction has a significant effect on job satisfaction. However, together motivation and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee performance at the Bima Regency Animal Husbandry Service.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze leverage as proxied by the debt to equity ratio, sales growth and firm size to financial performance as proxied by return on asset. This research was conducted on companies in the Consumer Non-Cyclicals Sector Food and Beverage Sub Sector, which were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2022 period. The sampling method in this research used a purposive sampling method with a sample of 30 non-cyclical consumer sectors, food and beverage sub-sectors that met the sample criteria. This study used multiple linear regression analysis techniques and used SPSS statistical test tool version 22.0. The results of this study show that the variable leverage and firm size have a negative and significant effect on return on assets, while sales growth does not affect return on assets.

Abstract

The research was conducted to determine the influence of Debt to Equity Ratio, Earning Per Share, Ratio on Asset, Ratio on Equity, Net Profit Margin, on the share prices of Food and Beverage Subsector Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2023.The population in this study are all financial reports of manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sub-sector for 2019-2023 which were published on the website www idx.co.id. The research sample was taken based on a purposive sampling technique. In this study, the research samples were 35 financial reports. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis.The research results show that partially the DER variable has a significant effect on stock prices with a significance value of 0.05 < 0.020. The EPS variable has no significant effect on share prices with a significance value of 0.05 > 0.973. The ROA variable has no significant effect on share prices with a significance value of 0.05 > 0.904. The ROE variable has a significant effect on share prices with a significance value of 0.05 < 0.000. Simultaneously the variables DER, EPS, ROA, ROE, and NPM have a significant effect on share prices, this can be seen from the probability value of 0.000 or the probability value <0.05. With a simultaneous coefficient of determination of 57.1%.

Abstract

This research examines the impact of digital literacy and e-commerce Ugase on digital entrepreneurial intentions in generation Z. Digital literacy isimportant in the digital technology era, and e-commerce business trends also shape the digital business worldview. This study explores the relationship between digital literacy, e-commerce business trends, and digital entrepreneurial intentions among Gen Z. Through this research, it is hoped thatimportant factors that influence digital entrepreneurial intentions among Gen Z will be revealed, as well as the importance of digital understanding inbusiness today. This. The population in this study was Gen Z born from 1996-2012. This type of research is quantitative research with a non-experimental/survey type of research. The sample used in this research was 90 respondents, distributed to respondents using questionnaires directly and via Google form media, then processed using PLS using a simple purposive sampling technique. The research results stated that digital literacyVariable had a positive and significant effect of 68.7% on Interest in Digital Entrepreneurship. The E-commerce usage variable has a positive and significant influence of 46.2% on Digital Entrepreneurship Interest. The Digital Literacy and E-commerce Usage variables have a positive and significant influence of 70,6% on Interest in Digital Entrepreneurship. Meanwhile, the remaining 29,4% is influenced by other variables not mentioned in this research model.

Abstract

Inaportnet or known as Indonesia Port Integrasion is a system that aims to operate and integrate online ship service and licensing activities from related agencies involved in port activities. The purpose of Inaportnet is to assist shipping companies and service users in handling customs clearance and docking ships at Indonesia ports. This study aims to determine the effect of the implementation of the inaportnet system on the process of clearance in and out of ships in PT Kartika Samudra Adijaya Method using simple linear regression analysis. The sample in this study amounted to 30 respondents. Data collection uses questionnaires. The results of this study show that for every 1% increase in the value of the implementation of the inaportnet system, the ship clearance process will increase by 0.250. The regression coefficient is positive, so it can be said that the direction of the influence of the implementation of the inaportnet system (variable X) on the clearance process in and out of the ship (variable Y) is positive. And based on the significance value obtained from the table above, it can be concluded that the variable of the implementation of the inaportnet system (X) affects the variable of the clearance process in and out of the ship (Y).

Abstract

There are so many companies nowadays, some are large companies and some are small companies. Every company certainly hopes to continue to exist in an era of intense competition. Without realizing it, technology is also experiencing rapid development too. The problem faced by companies is how to improve employee performance with current technology. The company realizes that employee performance is very important so that the company can compete with other companies. One way to improve company performance is by digitalizing the company. Steps that companies can take in implementing company digitalization are: creating a business website, carrying out digital marketing, implementing cloud computing, utilizing big data, implementing AI technology, and participating in digital training for their employees.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of celebrity endorsement, social media marketing, and brand image on online purchase intentions at the Blibli marketplace in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. This study uses a quantitative approach with a sample size of 175 respondents who have made at least one purchase at the Blibli marketplace. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling using the purposive sampling method. The analysis techniques used include validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing using SPSS software version 27. The results in this study show (1) Celebrity endorsement has a positive and significant effect on online purchase intentions at the Blibli marketplace. (2) Social media marketing has a positive and significant effect on online purchase intentions at the Blibli marketplace. (3) Brand image has a positive and significant effect on online purchase intentions in the Blibli marketplace. (4) Celebrity endorsement, social media marketing, and brand image simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on online purchase intentions at the Blibli marketplace.
