Abstract

This study aims to compare two applications of the KKNI curriculum used by the two Economic Education Study Programs, Unesa and STKIP PGRI Jombang concerning the agreement made by the Indonesian Economic Educator Professional Association (Aspropendo). This research is a descriptive study that uses a qualitative approach. Data collection in this study uses observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results of this study reveal that there are several differences and similarities between the implementation of the curriculum in the two study programs, this can be seen in the curriculum preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The advantages of implementing the KKNI curriculum can be seen in the courses that are characteristic of each university. Meanwhile, the deficiencies need to be improved. The researcher hopes that this research can be used as a reference and also as a consideration for other Economic Education Study Programs in compiling an IQF-based curriculum concerning the agreement made by Aspropendo.

Abstract

The study aims to highlight opportunities and implementation of web-based learning barriers in Indonesia. The study is a systematic review. The stage of this study uses Chitu Okoli model where the stage is planning, selection, extraction, and execution stage. Web-based learning offers great opportunities to gain access for unlimited learning, flexibility, using collaborative learning, visual language that is more interesting, integrates a variety of learning, increases the ability of independent learning, facilitates control of student activities, and saves lower costs. Nevertheless, web-based learning has challenges. In Indonesia, web-based learning lack of economic gap, iliteracy digital, difference in school infrastructure, teacher competencies, learning environments, student motivation, curriculum and the role of government as policy makers in providing regulation and policy. Although new cultural learning arises from formal and informal learning in the online (web) world, it does not directly negate traditional school-based learning. The results study are expected to be used as consideration of policy makers in making regulations and rules about web-based learning and making a curriculum that is adapted to biases and opportunities.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the skills of students through the application of the PBL learning model in economic subjects, specialization materials, at SMA Negeri 3 Yogyakarta. This research is a quantitative research design with descriptive verification research using a survey approach. The sample in this study was probably 47 students. This study found the results that the PBL learning model affected HOTS skills in economic subjects, specialization materials, at SMA Negeri 3 Yogyakarta with a contribution of 73.3%, while the researchers saw that 26.7% of the variables studied were by other variables that were not studied.

Abstract

This research was conducted to identify the learning that was conducted by using discovery learning models in improving student competence. This research is a classroom action research using three stages, which are conducted to SMK Negeri 1 Yogyakarta Students, the Competency of Office Automation and Management Skills (OAMS). This research was conducted on ten-grade students in the Office Technology Subject, Basic Competence (KD) 3.5 and 3.6, totaling 63 students who were divided into two classes. The results of this study indicate that as many as 58 students scored above the minimum score, and 3 students scored the same as the minimum score. Furthermore, on the daily test scores of KD 3.6, 15 students scored below the minimum score. Based on the results, this study concludes that the discovery learning conducted on SMK Negeri 1 Yogyakarta students can improve student competence where most of the students score above the minimum score, 5 students get the high score of 90, 3 students get the minimum score, and no student gets the score below the minimum score. Future research should be able to explore discovery learning using other methods, making questionnaires for students, and increasing the number of respondents to show the study results on a broader scale and deeper discussion.

Abstract

Education is an effort that is carried out in a planned, orderly manner and plans to create an efficient educational process so that students can improve their abilities. This study aims to determine simultaneously or partially the effect of learning styles, interest in learning, learning motivation, and learning facilities on learning outcomes in basic accounting subjects at SMK Negeri 1 Magetan. This study uses a quantitative research model. The population in this study consisted of 114 students where the researchers took 106 students to become a sample which was calculated using probability sampling techniques using simple random sampling. This research data collection technique using a questionnaire distributed online and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that 1) partially learning styles, interest in learning, learning motivation, and learning facilities had a significant and positive effect on student learning outcomes, and 2) simultaneously learning styles, interest in learning, learning motivation, and learning facilities had a significant effect and has a positive value on the student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This research indicates the influence of laboratory accounting, Computer Knowledge, computer anxiety, and the motivation to study on the students’ result of computer accounting in the XI Class of Buduran 2 Vocational High School. This study using multiple linear regression analysis techniques which is part of the kind of research ex-post facto calculation menggunakan.aplikasi spss 25 version. . The population of this study were all students of class XI majoring in Accounting at SMK Negeri 2 Buduran who visited 125 students. The results of the F-test show the acquisition of F-count (75.723) with a significance level (0.000), so it can be interpreted that Computer Knowledge, accounting laboratory facilities, computer anxiety, and learning motivation simultaneously affect computer accounting learning outcomes. The result of the t-test can demonstrate that 1) Computer Knowledge halfway significantly affects bookkeeping PC learning results 2) Laboratory offices in part significantly affect bookkeeping PC learning results 3) Computer anexiaty in part significantly affects bookkeeping PC learning results 4) Learning inspiration in part incomplete critical impact on bookkeeping PC learning results.

Abstract

The number of unemployed as of February 2021 based on education graduates increased by a percentage of 26.3% which reached 8,746,008 unemployed people. The high unemployment rate for SMK graduates is 2,089,137 people. Therefore, students must also be prepared to be able to have the ability and skills in entrepreneurship. This research is included in quantitative descriptive research with the aim of analyzing what factors can influence entrepreneurial intentions in class XI and XII students majoring in office management automation at SMKN 1 Surabaya. The factors that can influence the entrepreneurial intention of class XI and XII students of SMKN 1 Surabaya are entrepreneurship education with a percentage of 51.861%, family environment with a percentage of 17.067%, mindset with a percentage of 10.835%, behavior with a percentage of 9.336%%, ability with a percentage of 6.249 % , and confidence with a percentage value of 4.652%. The factors that dominate the intention of class XI and XII students of SMKN Surabaya in entrepreneurship are entrepreneurship education with a percentage value of 51.861% and the family environment with a percentage value of 17.067%

Abstract

This research is based on the importance of increasing creativity and improving student learning outcomes in Entrepreneurship subjects in SMK. The purpose of this research is to increase students' creativity and learning outcomes by using the demonstration learning method of Business Activities conducted by Entrepreneurship Teachers at SMK YPM 1 Taman, Sidoarjo. This research is a Classroom Action Research, using four steps, namely: 1) planning, 2) action, 3) observation, and 4) reflection. The four steps were then carried out with two research cycles. The results showed that the demonstration learning method succeeded in increasing students' creativity and learning outcomes in Entrepreneurship Subjects, where in the first cycle the number of students who had creativity based on observations was 70%, and student learning outcomes were 70%. Furthermore, in the second cycle students' creativity increased to 90%, and student learning outcomes increased to 92%. These results imply that learning with this demonstration method effectively improves creativity and student learning outcomes in schools.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the use of online learning as an online learning medium for Archives Management courses for students of the Unesa Office Administration Education Study Program. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The research subjects were 6 people consisting of 1 lecturer and 5 students of the 2017 Office Administration Education Study Program class A. While the triangulation of sources was 2 people consisting of 1 Archives Management lecturer and 1 2017 Office Administration Education Study Program student class A. Data collection techniques used interviews and questionnaires, while the data analysis technique used is the Analysis Interactive model from Miles and Huberman which divides the analysis activities into several parts, namely: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing or data verification. The results showed that for indicators of online learning: 1) most of the Office Administration Education students have facilities in the form of smartphones and laptops to support the implementation of online learning in the Archives Management course; 2) for the Archives Management course, it is better to do conventional learning because it is more practical than theory, but due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the most effective is online learning; 3) reducing the fear of contracting the Covid-19 virus in the campus area can be suppressed by changing conventional learning to online or online learning such as zoom, google meet, WhatsApp groups, or others. As for the indicators of online learning media: 1) the ease of use of the application is being able to use learning videos that can be downloaded at any time to help re-learn the material that has been given; 2) the use of google classroom, google meet, and zoom is considered very effective to support learning activities.

Abstract

This research is focused on four variables, namely teacher teaching skills, teacher interpersonal communication, student learning motivation, and student learning outcomes at SMK Krian 2 Sidoarjo, East Java, to be precise in the OTKP (automation and office management) department of OTK Public Relations and Protocol subjects. This study processed primary data obtained from questionnaires that were distributed to 67 students as a sample. The analysis tool used is Partial Least Square. The results showed that teachers' teaching skills on student learning outcomes had a positive and also insignificant effects, of teacher interpersonal communication had no effect on student learning outcomes, student learning motivation had a positive and insignificant effect on student learning outcomes, teaching skills had a positive and significant effect on student learning motivation, teacher interpersonal communication has a positive and significant effect on student learning motivation, teaching skills have a positive and significant effect on teacher interpersonal communication, student learning motivation has a positive and insignificant effect on teaching skills and student learning outcomes, student learning motivation had the positive and insignificant effect of mediating communication about teacher interpersonal with student learning outcomes, teacher interpersonal communication has a positive and insignificant effect on mediating teaching skills with student learning outcomes
