The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using audiovisual media on the learning motivation of class X OTKP students in general administration subjects at SMKN 4 Surabaya. This research is a research that uses quantitative methods. The population of this study as a whole consisted of all OTKP Class X students and 105 students, and the sample for this test was 84 students using proportional random sampling. The method of collecting information in this research is a closed survey in the form of a questionnaire. Tests in this study include validity and reliability. The data analysis method used the classical hypothesis test which combines the normality test with the heteroscedasticity test and the hypothesis test using a simple linear regression test. So the results of simple linear regression analysis for a significance value of 0.000 can be concluded that the use of audiovisual media has a significant effect because the significance value is smaller than <0> t table or 20.722> 1.659. Affect students' learning motivation

This research aims to; 1) develop an E-module on the management of economic education as an alternative to learning economics education using a learning management system during the covid 19 pandemic, and 2) know the feasibility of developing an E-Module for managing Economics education according to material and media design experts and student responses. This research is a type of R & D development research (Research and Development) because it seeks to develop an E-Modul using the ADDIE development model. The subjects of this study were 2 material experts, 2 media, experts, and 62 economic education students. The data collection techniques used in this study used three kinds of techniques, namely: observation, interviews, and, questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this study is a quantitative descriptive analysis technique. The results of the research and development of the economic education management e-module can be concluded that the feasibility of the economic education management e-module product as seen by the material experts obtained an average score of 3.57 which is included in the very feasible category. And the feasibility of the e-module product on the management of economic education seen by media experts obtained an average score, of 3.60 which was included in the very feasible category. As well as student responses obtained an average overall score of 3.38 which is classified as a very feasible category

This research was conducted with the aim of introducing economic activities to elementary school students through learning with the discovery learning method so as to provide students with an early understanding of economic activities. This research is a classroom action research conducted on students of SD Asy Syafi'iyah Surabaya with two cycle stages. This research was conducted to fourth grade students with a concentration in the field of economics as many as 50 students consisting of two classes. The results of this study indicate that 90% of students who take part in learning have learning outcomes above the minimum limit, and as many as 92% of students are actively involved in participating in the learning process. Based on the final results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that learning with the discovery learning method can improve the ability of fourth grade students of SD Asy Syafi'iyah Surabaya in understanding economic activities in the field of Social Sciences. It is hoped that further research can bring in more respondents, conduct regular tests and be able to research discovery learning with other methods. So that the next research can discuss more deeply and have a wider scope, then the results obtained will be more comprehensive.

The use of digital technology in learning is certainly necessary, especially if you look at the current world conditions that are being hit by the Covid-19 pandemic. The Covid-19 pandemic is arguably the relevance that drives the acceleration of digital learning. Departing from this, the purpose of this research is 1) to find out how the influence of digital learning on students' learning motivation 2) to find out how the influence of digital learning on student learning outcomes. This research is a descriptive quantitative study with a population of all students of class XI majoring in Social Sciences (IPS) 4th High School Yogyakarta. Based on the analysis conducted, this study found that digital learning (X) had an effect on students' learning motivation (Y1) by 76.3% while the remaining 23.7% learning motivation (Y1) was influenced by other variables outside the study with a significant value. 0.000 <0.05 and the t-test value obtained a t-count value of 16.463 > 1.992 t table. Then, digital learning (X) affects the learning outcomes (Y2) of students by 70.1% while the remaining 29.9% learning outcomes (Y2) are influenced by other variables outside the study with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and the test value t found the result that t count 14,029 > 1,992 t table. These results are due to the fact that digital learning has many variations and features that can be utilized, in addition to flexibility which is also able to help students learn anytime and anywhere.

This study aims to determining the validity of developing learning tools with Problem-Based Learning consisting of lesson plans and evaluation instruments consisting of basic competencies of analyzing the recording of merchandise sales transactions on credit, money orders and installment sale. The learning tools developed consist of lesson plans, learning instruction, and learning evaluations for learning high order thinking skills with the Problem-Based Learning Models. The results show that 1) The lesson plan used in learning activities is declared valid, 2) the learning instruction used in learning have been validated and declared valid with a very appropriate category, 3) evaluation of learning used to find solutions to improve and increase student self-confidence with PBL also declared valid with a very decent category.

The purpose of this research is to analyze: 1) the influence of studying from home on students’ learning motivation for Indonesian correspondence subject at class X OTKP SMKN 1 Sooko Mojokerto; 2) the influence of learning facilities at home on students' learning motivation for Indonesian correspondence subject at class X OTKP SMKN 1 Sooko Mojokerto; 3) the influence of studying from home and learning facilities at home on students’ learning motivation for Indonesian correspondence subject at class X OTKP SMKN 1 Sooko Mojokerto. This research was quantitative research. Data collection techniques which used were questionnaire and interview. The population in this reasearch were all of 102 students at class X OTKP SMKN 1 Sooko Mojokerto. The sample in this research was 81 students used proportional random sampling. The instrument trial in this research consists of a validity test and a reliability test. The data analysis techniques which used in this reaserch were: 1) classical assumption test which consists of normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test; 2) hypothesis test used multiple linear regression. The results of research showed that: 1) there was a significant effect of studying from home on the students' learning motivation for Indonesian correspondence subject at class X OTKP SMKN 1 Sooko Mojokerto; 2) there was a significant effect of learning facilities at home on students' learning motivation for Indonesian correspondence subject at class X OTKP SMKN 1 Sooko Mojokerto; 3) there was a significant effect of studying from home and learning facilities at home on students' learning motivation for Indonesian correspondence subject at class X OTKP SMKN 1 Sooko Mojokerto.

The study aims to analyze the effectiveness of WhatsApp social media as an online learning media for Unesa Office Administration Education students in office administration practice courses. This research is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were interviews and questionnaires to Unesa Office Administration Education students class 2017. The validity of the data used source triangulation. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman model, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results showed that the use of social media whatsapp as an online learning media in office administration practice courses was effective based on three indicators: in terms of intensity, seen from the implementation of online lectures, many were done using whatsapp as a learning media; in terms of communication, from the point of view of lecturers and students taking advantage of the features found on WhatsApp to send and receive lecture materials and assignments in pdf file format, photos, videos and also voice message features; in terms of satisfaction, seen from students who are satisfied because of the fulfillment of information needs during online lectures. Students are helped to distribute lecture materials that have been delivered by lecturers through whatsapp groups. In addition, the whatsapp group also helps students understand the lecture material so that they can complete the tasks given by the lecturer.

The aims of this study were to analyze: 1) the effect of library facilities on reading interest in Office Administration Education students at the Unesa central library; 2) the effect of librarian services on reading interest in Office Administration Education students at the Unesa central library; 3) the effect of library facilities and librarian services on reading interest of Office Administration Education students at the Unesa central library. This research is a quantitative research. The data collection technique that used is questionnaires and interviews. The population in this study was all 2017-2019 students of Office Administration Education at the State University of Surabaya with a total of 208 students. The sample in this study was 137 students using proportional random sampling. The instrument tests that used in this study were validity test and reliability test. The data analysis techniques using: 1) classic assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test); 2) hypothesis test using multiple linear regression. The results showed that: 1) there was a significant effect of library facilities on reading interest in Office Administration Education students at the Unesa central library; 2) there is a significant effect of librarian service on the reading interest of Office Administration Education students at the Unesa central library; 3) there is a significant effect of library facilities and librarian services on reading interest of Office Administration Education students at the Unesa central library.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of learning online through zoom cloud meetings on the subjects of archives in SMK Ketintang Surabaya. This research is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are interviews and questionnaires. The validity of data using triangulation of sources. The technique of data analysis using the Model of Miles and Huberman, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results showed that learning online through zoom cloud meetings on the subjects archival grade X OTKP 2 SMK Ketintang Surabaya has been running effective based on 4 indicators of the effectiveness of learning: in terms of the quality of learning, it can be seen from the process and results in learning in class X OTKP 2 SMK Ketintang Surabaya using learning media zoom cloud meetings that is quite accessible and easy to use. Learning outcomes students who meet the standard value of the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM) is 90% of students; in terms of the suitability of the level of learning, can be seen from the readiness of teachers and students on learning such as the fulfillment of the facilities and infrastructure that HP or laptop, wireless or internet quota, the teacher gives the material to be studied in advance by the students; in terms of incentives, it can be seen from the activity of the teacher in giving motivation to the students of class X OTKP 2 SMK Ketintang Surabaya each will begin the lesson by providing stimulus through a positive story and give advice. Teachers also provide additional value or points to students who are active; in terms of time, it can be seen from the teachers who give a deadline for a task, Students can complete the task on time in accordance with the time specified by the teacher

The purpose of the research was to analyze the impact of e-learning on student interest in studying in class X OTKP at SMKN 2 Buduran Sidoarjo. This study is a type of study with a quantitative approach. The population in this research were all students of class X OTKP totaling 75 students. The data collection method in this research were closed questionnaires and unstructured interviews. Instrument testing includes instrument validity and instrument reliability. While the data analysis techniques used in this study are: the classical assumption test which includes the normality test and heteroscedasticity test, and hypothesis testing using a simple linear regression test. The results showed that the results of simple linear regression analysis for a significance value of 0.000. Which is the significance value is smaller or < 0.05. While the value of the t count is 10,062 and the value of the t table is 1,995. This means t count > t table or 10,062 > 1,995, it can be concluded that e-learning has a significant effect on students' interest in learning.
