Abstract

This study aims to analyze curriculum innovation and learning at private Madrasah Aliyah in Padang Panjang City in an effort to improve the quality of graduates, through madrasa programs in order to develop mental, moral and intellectual as well as improve students' soft skills and hard skills in dealing with life in society and continue on to higher education. Private Madrasah Aliyah needs to continue to make reforms in the education system, even though currently the quality of private Madrasah Aliyah still needs a lot of innovation, so that graduates of private madrasas are able to compete with madrasas or public schools. This research is a descriptive qualitative research, data obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of research on curriculum innovation and learning at private Madrasah Aliyah in Padang Panjang City include developing curriculum innovation plans, curriculum innovation foundations, curriculum goal innovations that combine madrasah goals and national goals, teaching material innovations and evaluation system development, extracurricular innovations and innovations local content.

Abstract

[Small Habits that Have a Positive Impact on Character (Library Study of James Clear's Atomic Habbit Novel)] Purpose This paper presents the importance of forming good habits by doing small things. In the book Atomic Habit, by James Clear published by Gramedia. Reveal how very small changes can grow into extraordinary, life-changing results. Methodology or Approach - used in this paper using a library research method or approach, while data collection is carried out by reviewing and/or exploring several journals, books, and documents (both printed and electronic) as well as sources data and or other information deemed relevant to the study. The finding in this study is that eliminating bad habits and forming good habits is not an instant process. Even so, there are always ways that we can choose to create a better life with positive habits. The conclusion that can be drawn from the Atomic Habbit book is that habit forms include; thinking, recording, repetition 1, storage 1, repetition 2, storage 2, is done repeatedly until it is embedded in the subconscious and accustomed to behavior. While tips from good habits that can be applied in everyday life, are contained in the form of several provisions, including; The first rule, make it visible, the second rule, make it interesting, the third rule, make it easy, and the fourth rule, make it satisfying. How to stop bad habits is; Make it invisible, make it uninteresting, make it difficult, and make it disheartening.

Abstract

The Yellow Book (also known as “Kitab Kuning”) is an important factor that characterizes Pondok Pesantren (Islamic boarding schools). The Yellow Book is functioned by Pondok Pesantren as a reference whichits content is unquestionable. The fact that the Yellow Book was written a long time ago and continues to be used from time to time shows that the Yellow Book has been tested for its truth in a long history. This study aims to reveal the Yellow Book learning method, skills in the Yellow Book teaching, and assessment in the Yellow Book learning book. The research method used is qualitative with the type of library research. The results of this study indicate that the Yellow Book learning method used is Wetonan/Bandongan, Sorogan, memorization, mudzakarah, majelis taklim, bahtsul kutub, fathul kutub, muqoronah. The skills in teaching the Yellow Book are: reading skills, translation skills, and understanding skills. Assessment of the Yellow Book is by: a. Testing the reading skills by asking students to read one by one. b. Testing the translation skills by asking students to read and translate before group discussions. c. Testingthe comprehension skills by asking students to explain the contents of the Yellow Book in front of the audience directly, if necessary, holding questions and answers.

Abstract

ABSTRACT. This scientific article uses library research. Data is collected through text review and relevant research results. then the data were examined qualitatively by using content analysis. based on the results of the analysis and interpretation of the data, conclusions are drawn which are complemented by suggestions. Besides that, a literature study was carried out by examining various scientific journals and reading books that have a relationship with the visionary leadership of madrasa heads in the digital era. Visionary leadership emphasizes the importance of vision for the organization in realizing an effective and competitive organization. The power of leadership results in various policies and operationalization of work that are guided by the vision of the organization. A visionary leader is highly required to have clear goals and vision in the Institution he leads so that it becomes an advanced and competitive Institution. Thus, a visionary leader must be able to meet the progress that can be realized with full optimism even though there are many obstacles and obstacles. Effective Islamic education leadership can create many indications of achievement in Islamic education institutions, even at the same time the willingness of leaders who make changes and reforms using effective leadership patterns triggers reforms in a better direction. Abstract

Latar belakang dalam penelitian ini adalah metode pembelajaran the learning cell yang dilakukan di kelas XI pada mata pelajaran Al-Qur’an Hadis di MAS Nurul Huda Kecamatan Gunung Tuleh dapat memberi motivasi dan keaktifan dalam proses pembelajaran sehingga dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik, sehingga penulis merasa tertarik dan ingin mengkaji bagaimana proses nyata dalam pembelajaran dan penggunaan metode pembelajaran the learning cell untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas XI pada mata pelajaran Al-Qur’an Hadis di MAS Nurul Huda Kecamatan Gunung Tuleh. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian yang bersifat field research atau penelitian lapangan, dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Serta sumber data pada penelitian ini terdiri dari sumber data primer yaitu guru Al-Qur’an Hadis kelas XI dan peserta didik, dan sumber data sekunder terdiri dari, kepala sekolah dan wakil kurikulum. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang penulis lakukan maka penulis mengambil kesimpulan bahwa penerapan metode pembelajaran the learning cell pada mata pelajaran Al-Qur’an Hadis peserta didik di MAS Nurul Huda dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik, di antaranya: satu, persiapan yang matang sebelum pelaksanaan pembelajaran, dua, pelaksanaan metode pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan langkah-langkah model pembelajaran the learning cell, tiga, kemampuan guru dan disertai dengan antusias peserta didik yang tinggi. Faktor pendukung implementasi metode pembelajaran the learning cell adalah guru, media atau alat peraga, dan peserta didik itu sendiri. Faktor penghambat atau kendala yang dihadapi oleh guru Al-Qur’an Hadis dalam penerapan metode the learning cell di MAS Nurul Huda yaitu : perbedaan individu siswa, kesulitan guru dalam menentukan metode, materi dan media pembelajaran, dan kesulitan guru dalam mengatur waktu

Abstract

Strategi pembinaan karakter merupakan persoalan yang sangat urgen di dalam dunia pendidikan dikarenakan itu merupakan suatu cara untuk mencapai tujuan utamanya. Makanya diperlukan kerjasama orang tua, sekolah dan masyarakat, yang tentu mempunnyai peran yang berbeda, Oleh karena itu lembaga pendidikan Islam harus mempunyai strategi yang sangat baik dalam membina, membentuk, mengembangkan kemampuan, membentuk watak serta mengembangkan potensi peserta didik agar menjadi manusia yang berakhlak mulia sesuai dengan visi, misi Rasulullah SAW, sehingga menjadi Insan kamil. realisasi dilapangan tentu antara lembaga pendidikan lainnya mempunnyai strategi tersendiri dalam pembinaan karakter para peserta didiknya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menemukan strategi kerjasama guru dan orang tua dalam pembinaan karakter pada pondok pesantren Diniyyah Pasia Kabupaten Agam. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dan pengumpulan datanya dengan metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, Adapun sumber data penelitian kepala madrasah, guru dan santri serta orang tua. Teknik analisis data meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data. Dalam pengecekan keabsahan data dengan menggunakan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kerjasama guru dan orang tua dalam pembinaan karakter peserta didik pada Diniyyah Pasia lebih dominan diperankan oleh guru-guru dengan berbagai strategi yang dilakukan dan sementara peran orang tua lebih kepada aspek materi sehingga tidak terjadi kerjasama yang baik dalam pembentukan karakter.bila bersinergi orang tua dan guru berjalan optimal maka strategi ini efektif dalam pembinaan karakter peserta didik.
