Abstract

Pemberian beasiswa merupakan salah satu upaya strategis untuk meningkatkan akses pendidikan dan mendorong pemerataan kesempatan belajar bagi mahasiswa berprestasi maupun yang berasal dari keluarga kurang mampu. Salah satu program beasiswa yang mendukung hal ini adalah Kartu Indonesia Pintar (KIP) Kuliah. Namun, proses seleksi penerima beasiswa seringkali menghadapi tantangan dalam hal objektivitas dan efisiensi penilaian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK) dalam seleksi penerima beasiswa KIP di STIKOM Uyelindo Kupang dengan mengimplementasikan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) dan algoritma Profile Matching. Metode SAW digunakan untuk menghitung nilai akhir berdasarkan pembobotan tiap kriteria, sedangkan metode Profile Matching berfungsi untuk mencocokkan profil ideal dengan data kandidat berdasarkan selisih nilai (GAP) dari setiap kriteria. Penggabungan kedua metode ini diharapkan mampu menghasilkan sistem seleksi yang lebih akurat, transparan, dan efisien dalam menentukan mahasiswa yang paling layak menerima beasiswa. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah prototipe sistem berbasis komputer yang dapat dijadikan sebagai alat bantu pengambilan keputusan oleh pihak kampus dalam proses seleksi beasiswa KIP.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan aplikasi Augmented Reality (AR) yang dapat digunakan sebagai panduan ziarah rohani di Kabupaten Sikka. Dengan memanfaatkan teknologi AR, aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pengalaman interaktif dan menarik bagi para peziarah dengan menyajikan informasi sejarah dan nilai-nilai spiritual dari berbagai situs ziarah. Kabupaten Sikka, yang kaya akan budaya dan kearifan lokal, memiliki sejumlah situs ziarah yang signifikan, seperti Patung Bunda Maria Segala Bangsa dan Gua Maria Watu Wea. Melalui aplikasi ini, pengguna dapat mengakses informasi visual yang meliputi model 3D, animasi, dan narasi audio yang menjelaskan keunikan setiap lokasi. Penelitian ini juga akan mengidentifikasi tantangan yang dihadapi dalam implementasi AR dan bagaimana teknologi ini dapat meningkatkan daya tarik wisatawan. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan tidak hanya meningkatkan pemahaman pengguna tentang situs-situs ziarah, tetapi juga mendukung pelestarian budaya lokal.

That objective from This research is to develop an automatic fish feeding system based on NodeMCU ESP8266 and integrated with Telegram. Therefore, a microcontroller-based fish feeding device was developed. utility A NodeMCU ESP8266, And A drive/servo motor That Can move return And move on to open And close That feeding channel hole to take fish food from That fish feeding tube using Telegram application Which Can become under control from a distance. . Users Can monitor using Telegram robot with That available feature. Test results show That system potential to optimize food, allows remote control, And allows farmer to care For theirs fish more effective.

Abstract

Basic education plays an important role in shaping the character and competencies of the young generation, including in East Kupang District, Kupang Regency, East Nusa Tenggara. However, the development of educational infrastructure in this area still faces various challenges, particularly regarding the equitable quality and accessibility of excellent primary schools. This research aims to utilize Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and the Naive Bayes algorithm classification technique to classify elementary schools in East Kupang District based on the completeness of facilities, infrastructure, and other supporting aspects. The research results indicate that the majority of schools are classified as exemplary schools, and the evaluation of the model using a confusion matrix shows an accuracy level of 100%. The classification results are then visualized in the form of a digital map through the integration of ArcGIS and Google My Maps, which illustrates the spatial distribution of exemplary and non-exemplary schools. This system can be used as a basis for strategic planning and policy-making in education development that is more targeted.

Abstract

In today's digital era, the need for a stable and reliable internet network is crucial, especially for institutions such as the Central Bureau of Statistics of East Nusa Tenggara Province, which relies on connectivity to support data processing and transmission activities. Although the Central Bureau of Statistics of East Nusa Tenggara Province utilizes three Internet Service Providers (ISP) with a total speed of up to 300 Mbps, uneven bandwidth distribution between rooms remains an obstacle to supporting work productivity. This study aims to analyze and optimize bandwidth management at the Central Bureau of Statistics of East Nusa Tenggara Province using the Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC) method. Through the NDLC stages, the network system is designed in a structured manner from analysis to maintenance. Data traffic management is carried out using MikroTik devices with the implementation of Quality of Service (QoS) and Queue Tree to ensure fair and efficient bandwidth distribution according to the needs of each work unit

Abstract

This study aims to redesign the appearance of the Property99 company landing page with a user-based approach using the Design Thinking method. Property99 as a digital company in the field of building contractor and construction services faces challenges in creating an optimal user experience through the existing landing page. The main problems identified include unresponsive design, confusing navigation, and features that do not support user needs. Through the five stages of Design Thinking: Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test, this study successfully designed a UI/UX Landing Page prototype that is more user-friendly, aesthetic, and functional. The tool used in the design was Figma, while testing was carried out using the Black Box Testing method. The results of the study indicate that this approach is able to improve navigation comfort, user trust, and the effectiveness of the company's information delivery. This research also makes a positive contribution to digital branding and user engagement in the context of the property business.

Abstract

Digital transformation in the automotive service sector is a strategic step to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. This study aims to develop a website-based automotive workshop service integrated with a customer input form and an admin-based monitoring system to streamline service processes and operational management. The software development method used is the waterfall model, which includes requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The website was developed using PHP, HTML, CSS, and MySQL database technology, supporting multi-user access for both customers and administrators. System testing was carried out using black-box testing and a usability test based on the System Usability Scale (SUS). The results show that all functions performed as expected and the usability score reached 82.5, indicating excellent user satisfaction. This website is expected to serve as an effective and efficient digital solution to support real-time workshop service management and enhance customer convenience in accessing automotive services.

Abstract

In today's digital era, E-commerce is growing rapidly and provides convenience for customers in online shopping, including in the purchase of computer equipment. However, the large number of product choices often makes it difficult for customers to determine the best choice according to their needs and preferences. Therefore, this research aims to implement the Preference Selection Index (PSI) method in the E-commerce system at DMC Computer store to help customers make the best product choices based on various criteria, such as price, specifications, brand, and customer reviews. The PSI method is used because of its ability to rank alternatives based on user preferences objectively. The results of this study show that the developed system can increase efficiency in the product selection process and provide more accurate recommendations for customers. Thus, the implementation of the PSI method in E-commerce can be an effective solution in improving customer shopping experience as well as store competitiveness in the E-commerce industry. Hopefully, this research can be a reference for the development of E-commerce systems that are more intelligent and responsive to customer needs. In addition, it is hoped that the implementation of the PSI method can continue to be developed and applied more widely in various industrial sectors to improve efficiency in the decision-making process and customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Lingkup dan jadwal proyek merupakan faktor krusial dalam sebuah proyek, yang menentukan bagaimana proyek dijalankan dan bagaimana proyek tersebut dapat dianggap selesai. Penting untuk memastikan pendistribusian informasi terkait lingkup dan jadwal proyek agar setiap pelaksana proyek dapat melaksanakan proyek sesuai dengan yang ditentukan dalam kontrak kerja. Kontraktor dapat menanggung biaya tambahan jika proyek tidak selesai dalam waktu atau lingkup yang ditentukan. Penelitian ini mengusulkan sistem manajemen lingkup dan penjadwalan proyek berbasis teknologi web dengan pendekatan pengembangan iterative. Hasil pengembangan menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini dapat memberikan informasi tentang jenis pekerjaan dan kuantitas setiap pekerjaan dalam proyek, di samping tugas-tugas dasar seperti pembuatan, pengesahan, dan penyuntingan proyek.

Abstract

Conventional emergency response strategies are often constrained by limited operational coverage, slow resource mobilization, and fragmented data acquisition, hindering coordination effectiveness during critical phases. This research proposes the design of an autonomous drone swarm system to support innovative disaster management and rescue operations. A coordinated multi-agent based system is designed to perform real-time monitoring, structured search and rescue, and post-disaster infrastructure evaluation. Rule-based behavioral modeling is used in complex emergency scenarios. Initial simulation results show greater area coverage, accelerated response times, and increased mission adaptability under dynamic conditions. The system is also designed to deliver logistical assistance such as food and medicine to hard to reach areas, such as ravines or steep mountains. The integration of artificial intelligence algorithms improves target identification precision as well as adaptive swarm response. This model is considered to have transformational potential to be the foundation for the development of future rapid-response autonomous rescue systems.
