Abstract

The study aimed to explore whether internal control practices, such as the control environment, control activities, and risk assessment, can address cash flow management challenges at the Bank of Kigali branches in Gasabo District. A cross-sectional survey design was utilized to collect data from Bank of Kigali branches in Gasabo District and Descriptive statistics was used to present the characteristics of the bank's internal control systems as well as cash flow management indicators. A correlational research methodology was employed to describe and measure the degree of association between internal control systems and cash flow management practices. The analysis of the correlation between cash flow management practices and control activities reveals a robust and statistically significant positive relationship. The significant positive impact of risk assessment, as indicated by its unstandardized coefficient of 0.597 and standardized coefficient (Beta) of 0.491, underscores the importance of robust risk assessment procedures. Abstract

This research describes the Clustering of User Personas on the Digital Marketing Strategy of Bakrie University. In carrying out the testing of this algorithm, the data used is sample data from Bakrie University students. In this application, the application of clustering using the K-means algorithm is used. In the results of this study, Bakrie University can do effective digital marketing using social media Instagram. The Industrial Revolution 4.0 has transformed technology and education, pushing institutions to adopt innovative marketing strategies. This study focuses on Bakrie University's digital marketing efforts using the K-Means clustering method to analyze student personas. Data from 100 students revealed three distinct clusters based on demographics, social media usage, and preferences. Cluster 1 (younger group) favored Instagram and YouTube, Cluster 2 relied heavily on Instagram, and Cluster 3 (older group) used a mix of Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook. On average, users across all clusters spent 4-8 hours daily on social media, emphasizing its significance in marketing. The study concludes that Instagram is the most effective platform for engaging all clusters, with YouTube serving as a supplementary tool. These insights demonstrate how clustering analysis can help educational institutions develop targeted, data-driven strategies to strengthen their brand, attract students, and enhance their competitiveness in the digital era.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) and Unemployment on Poverty Levels in Indonesia. The type of research used in this study is quantitative data. The analysis technique used is panel data regression analysis. The estimation tool used in the study iseviews10 and the analysis selected for use in this study isFixed Effect Model(FEM). The results of the study show that the value of Y = 9.464451 + 0.144933X1 + 0.134832X2 and the partial results of the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) variable have a positive but insignificant effect on the Poverty Rate in Indonesia, meaning that an increase in GRDP is not necessarily able to directly reduce the poverty rate. Meanwhile, unemployment was found to have a positive and significant effect, meaning that the higher the unemployment rate, the higher the poverty rate. When both variables were analyzed together (simultaneously), both were shown to have a significant effect on poverty, indicating that this combination of macroeconomic factors is important to consider in poverty alleviation. The level of explanation of the model is also very high, with an Adjusted R Square of 99.3%, meaning that almost all variations in the poverty rate can be explained by changes in GRDP and unemployment, while only 0.7% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.
