Abstract

The Marriage Law states that marriage can take place if the man has reached the age of 19 years and the woman is 19 years old. Apart from that, applicants who are less than the legal age can apply for a dispensation at the Religious Court. On the other hand,there are regulations from the National Population and Family Planning Agency (BKKBN) which recommend that the ideal marriage age be at a mature age, namely 21 years for women and 25 years for men. This research is included in the field research category and is descriptive-analytic in nature. Data collection techniques use interview and documentation methods. Based on research conducted by the author at the BKKBN D.I. Yogyakarta Region in looking at Law Number 16 of 2019, it can be concluded that the BKKBN supports increasing the marriage age from 16 years for women to 19 years for men and women. However, the BKKBN also has an ideal age for marriage which is still being disseminated continuously today. The efforts that have been made by the BKKBN in determining the ideal age for marriage are based on several aspects, namely; health, economic, psychological, educational and population aspects. The ideal age according to the BKKBN is also considered to have benefits for human life, especially for married couples. Abstract

The increasingly diverse development of cosmetic products is not fully followed by market growth, so companies need to understand the factors that influence marketing performance. This study aims to analyze the influence of market orientation, brand image, promotion, distribution, physical evidence, price, and product innovation on marketing performance through customer satisfaction, with digital marketing as a moderating variable. The study used a causal quantitative approach with a sample of 250 cosmetic consumers in East Java selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results show that market orientation, promotion, distribution, price, and product innovation have a significant influence on customer satisfaction, while brand image and physical evidence have no significant influence. Furthermore, brand image, physical evidence, and customer satisfaction have a significant influence on marketing performance, while the other variables do not show a direct effect. Customer satisfaction only mediates the relationship between product innovation and marketing performance, and digital marketing does not moderate the relationship between customer satisfaction and marketing performance

Abstract

Proyek pembangunan Gedung Dewan Masjid Indonesia (DMI) di Tenggarong merupakan proyek konstruksi yang memiliki potensi keterlambatan akibat berbagai kendala teknis dan manajerial. Keterlambatan proyek dapat berdampak pada pembengkakan biaya serta menurunkan kinerja pelaksanaan proyek. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis percepatan waktu dan pengaruhnya terhadap biaya pelaksanaan proyek dengan menggunakan metode fast track dan crashing. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan studi kasus pada proyek Gedung DMI di Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara, Kalimantan Timur, dengan bantuan perangkat lunak Microsoft Project 2021 sebagai alat analisis penjadwalan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode fast track mampu mempercepat durasi proyek dari 180 hari menjadi 172 hari (pengurangan 8 hari) dengan total biaya sebesar Rp7.515.228.305,93 atau mengalami penghematan sebesar Rp33.550.126,37 (0,44%) dibandingkan biaya normal. Sementara itu, metode crashing mempercepat durasi proyek menjadi 173 hari (pengurangan 7 hari), namun meningkatkan total biaya menjadi Rp7.571.605.400,81 atau bertambah sebesar Rp22.826.968,51 (0,30%) dari biaya normal. Berdasarkan hasil analisis waktu dan biaya, metode fast track dinilai lebih efektif dan efisien karena mampu mempercepat penyelesaian proyek tanpa penambahan sumber daya yang signifikan serta memberikan penghematan biaya. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi dalam pengambilan keputusan strategi percepatan pada proyek konstruksi sejenis

Abstract

Sustainable Human Resource Management (Sustainable HRM) has become a prominent topic in organizational research, driven by the increasing imperative to embed sustainability into corporate strategy and operations. This study employs a bibliometric approach to analyze the intellectual, geographical, and thematic progression of Sustainable HRM literature. A total of 229 articles published between 2005 and 2025 were retrieved from the Scopus database and analyzed using VOSviewer. The analysis includes author co-authorship, international collaboration, keyword co-occurrence, and temporal overlay visualization. The findings indicate a substantial growth in research output, with the United Kingdom, the United States, and India emerging as leading contributors. Author co-authorship mapping reveals influential clusters, notably around Jabbour CJC. Thematic analysis identifies five dominant clusters: green HRM, corporate social responsibility (CSR), employee well-being, strategic alignment, and workforce adaptability in the post-pandemic era. The overlay visualization highlights a chronological shift from foundational themes such as environmental sustainability toward emergent topics like digital transformation and organizational resilience. This study provides an integrative overview of the evolution of Sustainable HRM scholarship, identifies research gaps, and outlines directions for future inquiry. The findings offer both theoretical contributions and practical implications for aligning human resource strategies with long-term sustainability objectives

Abstract

Penerapan Rekam Medis Elektronik (RME) merupakan salah satu cara transformasi digital di sektor kesehatan dalam rangka mendorong penerapan sistem informasi terpadu. RME dimaksudkan untuk menggantikan pencatatan tradisional dalam rangka meningkatkan integrasi, akurasi, dan efisiensi data layanan pasien. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kesiapan penerapan RME di unit rawat inap Rumah Sakit Wiyung Sejahtera. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam metode deskriptif kuantitatif ini adalah Technology Readiness Index (TRI). Penelitian ini menggunakan populasi petugas rekam medis dan perawat rawat inap menggunakan instrumen kuesioner berupa Google Form untuk diisi guna mengumpulkan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Optimism yang masuk dalam kategori sangat siap memiliki skor rata-rata tertinggi (33,2). Sementara itu, variabel Innovativeness (22,6), Discomfort (22,5), dan Insecurity (16,9) masuk dalam kategori cukup siap. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa petugas rekam medis dan perawat rawat inap memiliki kesiapan yang relatif baik untuk mendukung implementasi RME, terutama pada variabel optimism yang memiliki skor tertinggi. Namun, masih ada ruang untuk perbaikan di bidang inovasi, kemudahan teknologi, dan penurunan kekhawatiran tentang sistem digital yang ada.Untuk memaksimalkan adopsi RME yang komprehensif dan berkelanjutan, studi ini sangat penting sebagai dasar pengambilan keputusan saat mengembangkan kebijakan internal rumah sakit, pengembangan teknologi, dan inisiatif pelatihan.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT Solo Garmindo with the aim of evaluating the impact of motivation, career development and a non-optimal work environment. The information sought in the research was collected through the use of questionnaires and interviews. 110 respondents were used in the study. It is hoped that this research will provide useful information for management and employees. The information obtained is processed by The use of multiple regression for quantitative analysis is used to understand how the independent variable affects the dependent variable, as well as to test models and hypotheses, while also checking validity and reliability. Regression observations show that motivation, career development, and work environment have a direct impact on increasing job satisfaction. Thus, increased motivation, sustainable career development and a good work environment are needed to increase employee job satisfaction in the future.

Abstract

Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) intended for groups registered in family-based integrated social assistance programs. This research aims to determine the impact or effects of the quality of assistance, level of education and changes in behavior on improving the welfare of PKH beneficiaries. The research was carried out using a quantitative approach using a sample of 167 PKH beneficiaries in Bandungan District, Semarang Regency, who were selected proportionally through random sampling. The data collection method involves the use of a questionnaire, then the data is analyzed using the SPSS program for multiple linear regression. The results of the study data analysis show that (1) the quality of assistance, level of education, and changes in behavior of PKH recipients have a positive and significant effect on improving their welfare, (2) these influences also occur simultaneously.

Abstract

The financial system based on technology is called Fintech and builds new products, services, technologies, and business models. This affects the stability of the financial system, smoothness, security, and speed of payments. The presence of fintech in the banking industry benefits both banks and customers. In practice, fintech can streamline the process of handling various tasks so that they are faster and more efficient. This study aims to determine how Fintech affects product development at BPRS Artha Amanah Ummat Ungaran, Semarang Regency. This field study has qualitative descriptive characteristics. Primary data was obtained from interviews, and secondary data was obtained from literature studies or documentation to complement the primary data. The study shows that the presence of fintech affects the progress of Islamic banking products. Customers really like some good financial technology products; one of which is a paperless online account, which reduces paper use because all transaction models are now internet-based.

Abstract

The purpose of this investigation is to evaluate the impact of tourism communication and the quality of local guide services on the level of tourist satisfaction at Gedong Songo Temple, Semarang Regency, and to evaluate the impact of tourism communication and the quality of local guide services on the level of tourist satisfaction at Gedong Songo Temple, Semarang Regency together. This study is quantitative research. Primary and secondary data are the two categories of data that are utilized. The instrument used in this research is a questionnaire which was processed using SPSS for Windows 17.0, while the number of samples are 97 respondents. The study's findings include: (1) There's an impact of tourism communication and the quality of local guide services on the level of tourist satisfaction at Gedong Songo Temple, Semarang Regency. (2) There's an impact of tourism communication and the quality of local guide services on the level of tourist satisfaction at Gedong Songo Temple, Semarang Regency simultaneously.

Abstract

Employees who are happy with their work are usually satisfied employees, who have a positive impact on their company by increasing performance and productivity. Workload, fatigue, and compensation are some of the factors that can influence job satisfaction. This research was conducted at PT. TI Matsuoka Winner Industry in Semarang Regency. Low job satisfaction can occur because some or most employees who have not been promoted sometimes feel bored with monotonous work. The purpose of this research is to find out how workload, fatigue, and compensation impact employee job satisfaction. 76 employees of PT. TI Matsuoka Winner Industry Semarang Regency is included in the sample of this research. This research data was collected through distributing questionnaires. Data is processed through multiple regression analysis. The results of multiple regression tests show: (1) Workload influences job satisfaction negatively and significantly; burnout affects job satisfaction negatively and significantly; and payment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Recommendations given to PT. IT Matsuoka Winner Industry Semarang Regency is as follows: (1) to give companies more manpower to help complete tasks. (2) to give employees more time to relax. (3) Performance appraisal takes priority when establishing promotion policies
