Abstract

Environmental Accounting or also known as Green Accounting is part of the company's accounting itself, namely by including costs related to the environment into the company's accounting. Corporate Social Responsibility from the perspective of the Triple Bottom Line and Environmental Accounting, in carrying out its operational activities, the company certainly does not only focus on Profit, but must pay attention to the State of the Environment (Planet) and Society (People) in the area where the company stands in specifically. Collecting data in this study used an online questionnaire through the Google form which was distributed to respondents. There are twenty-four indicators that are used to see how far the influence of the Triple Bottom Line, Environmental Accounting influences Corporate Social Responsibility activities at PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Fuel Terminal Palopo. Questionnaires were distributed using a Likert scale from 1 (very ignorant) to 5 (very knowledgeable). Based on the research results above, it can be concluded that the Triple Bottom Line variable has a significant influence on the implementation of the Corporate Social Responsibility program. The Environmental Accounting variable does not have a very significant influence on the implementation of the Corporate Social Responsibility program because in the implementation of CSR the community will pay more attention to what is given to them and the environment, but do not know about how the allocation is related to the costs incurred to implement this CSR program.

Abstract

The process of carrying out motorized vehicle testing at the Technical Implementation Unit (UPT) of the Balikpapan Transportation Service, test officers work every day with a high level of risk, in daily life vehicle test officers are always directly exposed to air pollution, noise, heat, exposure to toxic exhaust gases from vehicles, facing various possible risks ranging from mild risk to high risk. The aim of this research is; Want to carry out hazard identification and risk assessment in the process of testing motor vehicles from the beginning to the end of the work safety and health of the test officers. This study uses the HIRARC method. This research data uses 2 (two) types, namely primary data and secondary data. The primary data collection method is by interviewing the examiner and Plt. Head of UPT and perform documentation. While secondary data is done by way of literature review. The level of risk (risk level) that arises from defining the criteria of likelihood (likelihood) and level of severity (severity). Research result; (1) From the likelihood criteria, it shows that the average occurrence of work accidents is low (score 2) accidents rarely occur, probably 1 (one) time in 5 years. (2) From the criteria of severity, it shows that the average long-term severity is vulnerable (score 4) to risks that can actually occur in the long term, namely, chronic respiratory disorders, caused by frequent inhalation of toxic exhaust gases, illness in part of the spine, which is caused by work posture factors sitting, squatting which is repeated continuously for 7 hours/day. Based on the HIRARC theory, the intersection of likelihood score 2 (two) and severity score 4 (four) is in the high risk zone.

Abstract

The early period of President Joko Widodo's leadership and Vice President KH. Maaruf Amin in 2019 included Simplification of Positions in the government bureaucracy as one of the priority work programs. The bureaucratic simplification policy is in the form of simplifying positions to only two levels. ASNs holding positions below the 2 (two) levels will be transformed into certain functional positions. This very big change will certainly have a big influence on ASN's future career development. In order to find out how Career Development is implemented, this study uses the theory of Career Development according to Hasto Nur Joko Utomo and Meilan Sugiarto which provides indicators of Career Development namely (1) Employee and Organizational Relations; (2) Employee Personnel; (3) External Factors; (4) Politics in Organizations; (5) Award System; (6) Number of Employees; (7) Organization Size. So that the aims of this study are (1) to know and describe the Implementation of Position Transformation in the Provincial Government of Bali; (2) Analyze and Describe ASN Career Development Patterns; (3) Knowing and Analyzing Obstacles in ASN Career Development. In this study using a qualitative descriptive approach using observation data collection techniques, interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that the Provincial Government of Bali has carried out job transformations of 529 Administrative Officers. Then, all the career development indicators used will determine career development for ASN. The principle of career development in the Minister of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform Regulation on Civil Servant Career Patterns has also been fulfilled. However, there are several obstacles that can hinder career development including (1) Mindser ASN; (2) Assessment of Credit Scores; (3) Regulations; (4) Minimal Socialization. The conclusion in this study is that the Provincial Government of Bali has implemented a policy of Simplifying Bureaucracy and Pruning Organizational Structures through Position Transformation into Functional Positions, even though all career development indicators and principles have been implemented but there are still obstacles in their application in the implementations.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the relationship of public expression and interpretation to the meaning of State Defense in the digital era. This study used quantitative methods to a number of respondents who were selected. This study took a sample of social media as a medium to capture the National Defense of the Digital Public. The results found that about more than 3 percent of the people expected to be a role of State Defense in governance. Then about more than 8 percent who rated State Defense as a negative activity and there were about more than 58 percent who chose neutral. Thus State Defense is still expected as an adhesive element of the nation to rebuild sovereign, justice and prosperous governance

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of the PPKM policy on the tourism transportation industry and the movement of tourists to travel. Data collection was carried out using the in-depth interview method with 9 transportation industry players and 8 tourists interviewed within two months from November to December 2022. The technique for determining informants used purposive sampling. In this study using a qualitative descriptive analysis. The results obtained from this study prove that the PPKM policy greatly impacts the tourism transportation industry and the movement of tourists. So that until now we are faced with serious problems and become extraordinary challenges for tourism transportation industry players. This policy is also considered to be difficult for tourists who want to travel. Therefore, the results of these findings can be used as reference material for stakeholders, namely the government in formulating policies in the future. So that similar incidents become material considerations in implementing a public policy.

Abstract

Taman wisata edukasi jabal rahmah kini semakin banyak pengunjung karena berkembangnya kegiatan pariwisata di Taman Wisata edukasi jabal rahmah dapat memberikan dampak atau pengaruh yang luas baik itu dampak positif maupun negatif terhadap kondisi lingkungan fisik, kondisi ekonomi, sosial dan budaya bagi masyarakat sekitar di kawasan wisata tersebut, khususnya penduduk desa jango. Model pengembangan taman wisata edukasi jabal rahmah yang digunakan dalam pengembangannya adalah Community Based Tourism atau yang dikenal dengan pariwisata berbasis masyarakat, yang didalamnya memiliki 3 prinsip yaitu: a). Mengikutsertakan masyarakat dalam pengambilan keputusan yang di kelola oleh masyarakat yang tergolong dalam kelompok sadarwisata (Pokdarwis), b). Keterlibatan masyarakat dalam usaha-usaha untuk meningkatkan pendapatan, c). Pembuatan paket-pake wisata yang melibatkan semua potensi-potensi yang dimiliki di Taman wisata edukasi jabal rahmah, Kabupaten Lombok Tengah. Keterlibatan PENTAHELIX pengembangan pariwisata yang ada disekitar destinasi wisata dan desa lain yang terdekat sehingga dapat memberikan multifler effect kepada masyarakat luas.

Abstract

Background: Low-dose hormon therapy using natural ingredients called phytoestrogens such as soy milk is a way to overcome or reduce classic symptoms of perimenopause such as menstrual disorders polymenorrhea. Data from the Puskesmas and Posbindu in the Teluk Bayur area, there were 68 women aged 40 years and over who complained of irregular menstruation with elderly people ranging from 40-55 years. Objective: To analyze the effectiveness of soy milk to treat polymenorrhea in peri-menopausal women in the working area of Teluk Bayur Health Center, Berau District. Method: The research design used is a quantitative approach with the praw experiment method. This one group pretest-posttest design consists of one predetermined group. The sample is peri-menopausal women in the working area of the Teluk Bayur Health Center, totaling 23 people. Data analysis used the wilcoxon test. Results: The intensity of polimenorea before giving soy milk to peri-menopausal women was found to be entirely abnormal (polimenorea) totaling 23 people (100%), whereas after giving soy milk to peri-menopausal women most were normal (not polimenorea) totaling 17 people (73 ,9%). Soy milk is effective for treating polymenorrhea in peri-menopausal women in the working area of the Teluk Bayur Health Center, Berau Regency (p value obtained 0.000 <0.05). Abstract

This research reveals about the development of the Pasaman Regency area based on superior potential. The analytical tools used in this study are Location Quotion analysis, Klassen Typology analysis and Shift Share analysis. The results of the study show that there are 3 economic sectors in Pasaman Regency which are the basic (leading) sectors. From the results of the LQ analysis, information was obtained that the base sector with the highest LQ value was the Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries sector with an LQ value of 2.188 while the base sector with the lowest LQ value (1.046) was the Water Supply sector. From the results of the Klassen Typology analysis it was identified that there were only 2 sectors that were included in the category of developed and fast growing sectors (quadrant I), there was only 1 sector that was included in the growing category (Quadrant II) 5 sectors were included in the category of developed but depressed sectors (Quadrant II) III) and 9 Sectors fall into the category of relatively underdeveloped sectors (Quadrant IV). Meanwhile, from the results of the Shift Share analysis calculation, it is known that the regional growth component (N) is positive and the industrial mix component (M) in the Pasaman area has positive value sectors, namely water supply, waste procurement, waste and recycling, construction, wholesale and retail trade, car and motorcycle repair, accommodation and food and drink provision, information and communication, financial and insurance services, government administration, defense and compulsory social security, educational services, health services and social activities, other than the sectors above are negative while the competitive power component (C) for all sectors is negative except for the agriculture, base and fishery sectors, the transportation and warehousing sector. , the accommodation and food and drink provision sector, the education service sector, the health service sector and social activities, the other service sector

Abstract

This study explores the elements of spirituality in the poetry of Philip Larkin. Through a close analysis of selected poems, the study reveals how Larkin's use of vivid and memorable imagery, themes that explore the transience of life and the inevitability of death, and a deep sense of awe and reverence for the world around us, infuses his poetry with a spiritual dimension. The themes of death and the transience of life, as explored in Larkin's poetry, are central to many religious and spiritual traditions, and his exploration of these themes can be seen as an expression of his own spiritual beliefs. Additionally, Larkin's use of imagery creates a powerful emotional connection between the reader and the poet, and invites us to reflect on our own experiences and emotions, and to explore the spiritual connections that exist within us all. In conclusion, Philip Larkin's poetry is a powerful expression of spirituality, and serves as a testament to the power of language and imagery to evoke deep emotions and memories, and to reveal the spiritual connections that exist within us all.

Abstract

Prose as a form of literary work is a form of writing both fiction and nonfiction with certain elements and characteristics. The study aims to assess the use of archaic words in English prose literary works. Archaic words refer to ancient words whose use is no longer common today. The research uses a descriptive method that comprehensively reviews the use of archaic words in English prose literary works. Generally, the use of archaic words in English prose literary works can be found in medieval English literary works. The use of archaic words in English literary works is still preserved until today with the aim of providing color and sharpening the meaning of the words of a prose to the reader.
