Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan sebuah tinjauan literatur sistematis (Systematic Literature Review/SLR) terhadap studi-studi terkait digital marketing pada Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Sulawesi Utara yang dipublikasikan dalam kurun waktu tujuh tahun terakhir (2018–2025). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi tren penelitian, karakteristik metodologis, serta fokus strategis yang berkembang dalam studi-studi tersebut. Delapan kategori analisis digunakan dalam kajian ini, yakni: Analisis Bibliografi, yang menunjukkan puncak jumlah penelitian terjadi pada tahun 2022 (7 studi), kemudian menurun pada 2023 (3 studi) dan naik kembali pada 2024, serta memperlihatkan bahwa mayoritas artikel diterbitkan pada jurnal berindeks SINTA 6, disusul SINTA 5 dan SINTA 4; Area Penelitian, yang didominasi wilayah Manado dan Minahasa; Fokus Industri, yang paling banyak diteliti adalah industri kuliner dan aneka industri; Desain Penelitian, dengan dominasi pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif dan kualitatif deskriptif; Alat Analisis, yang paling sering digunakan adalah analisis naratif dari hasil wawancara serta analisis regresi; Metode Pengumpulan Data, didominasi oleh penggunaan kuesioner dan wawancara; dan Implementasi Strategi, di mana sebagian besar studi membahas penerapan digital marketing secara umum, disusul oleh fokus pada pemasaran media sosial dan content marketing. Temuan ini memberikan pemetaan awal yang penting untuk memahami arah dan karakteristik penelitian digital marketing pada UMKM di Sulawesi Utara, serta dapat menjadi landasan bagi penelitian dan kebijakan lebih lanjut yang kontekstual dan aplikatif.

Abstract

Education is a crucial factor influencing a country's development. As scientific advancements accelerate, competition among educational institutions becomes more complex, necessitating innovative teaching and learning methods. To address the declining enrolment at Prince's Creative School, a thorough understanding of the expected service quality is essential for attracting more students. This research aims to identify the key service quality indicators at Prince's Cre@tive School and propose enhancements based on these indicators. Data was gathered through questionnaires distributed to 66 students to pinpoint significant issues needing attention. Additionally, in-depth interviews with school management were conducted to gain insights into the root causes of the problems and to gather improvement suggestions. Further analysis of the questionnaire data was performed using the IPA Matrix and Fishbone Diagram techniques. The analysis revealed five attributes that require performance enhancement, along with recommendations to improve these indicators. The principal emphasized the importance of addressing student needs (EE6), noting that while the mean importance was 3.52, the mean performance was 3.38. Other key areas included administrative staff assistance in providing necessary information (A2), with mean importance at 3.61 and mean performance at 3.41, as well as the comfort of the school hall (F2), which had a mean importance of 3.50 and mean performance of 3.36. Subsequent interviews with the principal sought to explore potential proposals for improvements, which were later reclassified.

Abstract

Penelitin ini mengkaji faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi minat beli konsumen terhadap produk PT Honda Prospect Motor di Jakarta. Variabel yang diteliti meliputi Kredibilitas Sumber, Kredibilitas Merek, Akurasi Informasi, Kualitas Informasi, dan Efektivitas Komunikasi Media Sosial, yang semuanya memengaruhi sikap konsumen dan keputusan pembelian. Metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei digunakan, dengan fokus pada konsumen yang telah membeli produk Honda lebih dari satu kali. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Social Media Communication Efficacy secara signifikan mempengaruhi sikap konsumen dan niat pembelian, dengan sikap konsumen sebagai faktor mediasi. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan berharga bagi PT Honda Prospect Motor dalam mengembangkan strategi pemasaran digital yang lebih efektif untuk meningkatkan persepsi konsumen dan mendorong perilaku pembelian. Studi ini juga menekankan peran media sosial dalam membangun Kredibilitas Merek dan memastikan keakuratan informasi untuk membina hubungan konsumen yang lebih kuat dan meningkatkan daya saing di industri otomotif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh positif kemampuan innovas terhadap keberjalanjutan bisnis, serta peran mediasi daya saing berkelanjutan, dinamika linkungan, dan ketahanan organisasi. Studi ini melibatkan 300 pemilik UMKM di Tangerang yang dipilih melalui metode purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa kemampuan inovasi tidak memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap keberlanjutan bisnis. Namun, kemampuan inovasi berpengaruh positif terhadap daya saing berkelanjutan, yang kemudiab berdampak positif pada keberjlanjutan bisnis. Selain itu, dinamika lingkungan dan ketahanan organisasi terbukti memediasi hubungan antara kemampuan inovasi dan keberlanjutan bisnis. Temuan dalam penelitian ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi pengembangan strategi inovasi yang mendukung daya saing berkelanjutan dan keberlanjutan bisnis UMKM.

Abstract

Salah satu penyebab rendahnya rasio kewirausahaan di Indonesia adalah rendahnya kreativitas kewirausahaan pada pemuda di Indonesia. Pendidikan kewirausahaan di universitas saat ini berupaya meningkatkan kreativitas kewirausahaan sebagai kunci pendorong kemampuan inovasi dan wirausaha mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap kreativitas individu dan kreativitas di universitas yang dimediasi oleh inspirasi kewirausahaan pada mahasiswa di Kota Jambi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini mengumpulkan sampel dengan metode non-probability purposive sampling. Kriteria spesifik yang ditetapkan penelitian yaitu mahasiswa dari jurusan bisnis manajemen yang sedang aktif berkuliah, telah menerima pendidikan kewirausahaan atau sedang mengambil kelas pendidikan kewirausahaan di universitas, dan berdomisili di Kota Jambi. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu penyebaran kuesioner secara online. Responden dalam penelitian ini ada sebanyak 200 responden. Metode analisis data penelitian dengan PLS-SEM dengan program pengolahan data SmartPLS-4. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa seluruh hipotesis penelitian diterima, yaitu pendidikan kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap inspirasi kewirausahaan, kreativitas individu, dan kreativitas di universitas pada mahasiswa di Kota Jambi. Inspirasi kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kreativitas individu dan kreativitas di universitas pada mahasiswa di Kota Jambi. Terakhir, inspirasi kewirausahaan secara signifikan memediasi pengaruh positif antara pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap kreativitas individu dan kreativitas di universitas pada mahasiswa di Kota Jambi.

Abstract

Persaingan dalam sektor mi instan semakin ketat, sehingga mengharuskan produsen memahami faktor-faktor penentu yang memengaruhi pilihan pembelian konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh persepsi harga dan kualitas informasi kemasan terhadap perilaku pembelian konsumen, dengan kepuasan sebagai variabel mediasi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah produk Mi Sedaap di Jakarta Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei yang diberikan kepada pengguna Mi Sedaap, menggunakan metode purposive sampling untuk mengidentifikasi responden yang memenuhi tujuan penelitian. Analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) untuk menyelidiki hubungan antar variabel dalam model penelitian. Penelitian ini menawarkan wawasan bagi produsen tentang taktik informasi berbasis harga dan kemasan serta perannya dalam meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen dan perilaku pembelian. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menginformasikan terciptanya strategi dan kebijakan pemasaran yang lebih sukses yang selaras dengan preferensi konsumen.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of examining the effect of operational cash flow, accrual, and leverage on profit persistence with BTD as moderation. This study used a sample of 55 manufacturing companies from the industrial sector listed on S&P Capital IQ and IDX for the 2020-2023 period with a purposive sampling technique. Data was collected using documentation techniques sourced from secondary data. Data processing using SPSS 29. This study found that partially operational and accrual cash flow had a negative effect on profit persistence. Meanwhile, leverage has a positive effect on profit persistence. In addition, this study also found that BTD strengthen the relationship between operating cash flow and profit persistence, book tax differences also strengthen the relationship between leverage and profit persistence. However, BTD do not strengthen the relationship between accruals and profit persistence. The results of these findings have relevant implications for academics and practitioners, namely adding to academic literature,providing a basis and reference for subsequent research to explore factors that have not yet been revealed. The results of this study can provide guidance for business practitioners in making decisions related to investment and better accounting policies to maintain financial performance stability in the long term.

Abstract

This study explores the dominant leadership styles among academic leaders in a private university in Bandung and their influence on administrative staff performance in the context of digital transformation. The research is grounded in the growing importance of adaptive, value-based, and technologically driven leadership to support higher education institutions in facing the challenges of globalization and digitalization. Using a quantitative approach, the study surveyed 30 administrative staff from various faculties and academic departments. Data were collected through structured questionnaires that measured three dimensions of academic leadership: transformational, transactional, and digital leadership. Validity and reliability analyses confirmed that all items used in the instrument were statistically valid and internally consistent (Cronbach’s Alpha > 0.9). Descriptive results revealed that transformational leadership was the most dominant style perceived by respondents, characterized by visionary direction, inspirational motivation, integrity, and support for professional development. Although transactional and digital leadership also received positive responses, some gaps were identified, such as limited involvement in addressing internal issues and inconsistent application of digital strategies. Based on the findings, it is recommended that academic leaders strengthen strategic vision, promote innovation and technology use, provide fair evaluation systems, and enhance feedback mechanisms. Active involvement in professional development initiatives is also crucial to foster a collaborative and high-performing academic environment. This research contributes to the understanding of effective academic leadership and provides practical recommendations for institutional improvement in the digital era.

Abstract

The examination in this research investigates the relationship between the employee’s performance to the person-job fit and job autonomy with work-life balance being the variable of interest. Using the quantitative method, data in forms of surveys were collected from 166 employees and analyzed in SmartPLS to check for correlation between the variables. The findings indicate that work life balance strengthens the link between both person job fit and job autonomy and job performance. It stresses that employees who are granted autonomy perform better and are more innovative whereas with work life balance lowers tension and enhances concentration and performance. This study encourages the managers to take into account both the workers’ preferences as well as the targets of the company in order to increase the level of effectiveness and motivation. It adds to the body of HR management by suggesting a practical approach to achieve a higher productivity of the office and to improve the living standards of its employees.

Abstract

The research investigates the relationship between product reviews for electronic devices and purchase intention among Indonesian Gen Z customers. It explores how review valence, review quantity, brand trust, and product familiarity influence purchase intention with a focus on perceived risk, and brand image. This study used quantitative approach as a method of research. It used a survey to collect data, and the survey was distributed to 103 valid Gen Z respondents who had previously purchased electronic devices online. The data were analyzed using statistical analysis to test the hypotheses. The research results indicate that product familiarity, review quantity, review valence, and brand trust are among the significant variables that influenced electronic product purchase intentions. In order to enhance consumer trust and purchase likelihood, e-commerce platforms and businesses should focus on boosting both the quantity and quality of online reviews.
