Abstract

This research explores the implementation of digital marketing strategies for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in an increasingly competitive digital era. Through a descriptive approach, practical steps in adopting digital marketing strategies are identified, including creating responsive websites, strategically using social media, developing quality content, SEO optimization, and data-driven marketing. The challenges faced by MSMEs in implementing these strategies are also analyzed, along with tips and tricks to overcome them. Additionally, recommendations for the government and stakeholders are presented, including policies and programs that support MSMEs in digital marketing, as well as collaboration with digital platforms and service providers. In conclusion, with the right combination of strategies and continuous support, MSMEs can leverage the full potential of digital marketing to enhance their competitiveness and growth in the digital era.

Abstract

In providing services, the role of customer service is directly related to consumer choices, so reliable customer service is needed. This research aims to explain the role of customer service in increasing customer loyalty. The research method uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques through interviews and literature studies. The results of this research show that the role of customer service in increasing customer loyalty is very important through the services provided by the customer service department. Customer service is in the form of providing convenience to customers, because customer service is a connecting bridge or intermediary for banks and customers who want to obtain available bank services or products. Customer loyalty can be determined by their desire to continue using the services of Bank Sumut Syariah Branch in Sibolga City, this can be shown by their satisfaction with the services provided so far. The creation of customer satisfaction shows the loyal attitude of customers towards Bank Sumut Syariah Branch in Sibolga City.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the concept of consumer protection in the context of digital banking, with a focus on gaining a deep understanding of the concept, developments, and related regulations. A qualitative approach is utilized to explore the complexity of this phenomenon through a literature review method, allowing for an analysis of theories, concepts, regulations, and relevant literature in the fields of consumer protection and digital banking. Research steps include identifying the research topic, literature search, selection of relevant literature, data collection from selected literature, and systematic data analysis. The findings of this study are expected to provide a deeper understanding of the concept of consumer protection in digital banking, as well as its theoretical and practical implications in a continuously evolving context. By employing a qualitative approach and literature review method, this research is anticipated to offer valuable insights for the development of theories and practices in the fields of consumer protection and digital banking.

Abstract

The application of digital technology in office administration has a significant impact on work efficiency and productivity. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the application of digital technology in office administration, identify the challenges faced, and the solutions that can be applied. The research method used is a qualitative approach with correlational analysis through literature review. The results of the study show that digital technology improves work efficiency, productivity, and the quality of office products. However, there are challenges in its application, such as the need for training and adaptation to new technology. The proposed solutions include improving the digital competence of employees and developing technology-based administration systems. This research is expected to provide insights for office practitioners in facing the digital era and improving the effectiveness of office administration.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate Human Resource Development management as an effort to improve the quality of education at TK PKK Majidi. The study involves 10 teachers from TK PKK Majidi as its subjects. The results indicate improvement, although not yet fully optimal. The school principal endeavors to enhance teacher quality by prioritizing HR development and skills training. Therefore, the next HR development strategy involves mandatory monthly training sessions for teachers. There are various types of training available for teachers to enhance their skills and competencies, ranging from leadership training, skills development, motivation, creativity, to participation in children's training activities. The findings suggest that when children become creative, teachers have achieved good quality in creative education.

Examining the organizational behavior aspect also known as organizational behavior is the goal of this study. Abstract

The aim of this research is to test and analyze the influence of Micro Fundamentals on Company Value with Ownership Structure and Capital Structure as Intervening Variables in Food and Beverage Sector Companies Listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The population of this research is food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) with a total research sample of 3 companies in 1 company selected for 10 years from 2010-2019, this technique uses Smart-PLS4 based analytical and statistical methods. in this research is a quantitative method with secondary data collection with independent and dependent variables. Data taken from financial reports or annual reports. Abstract

This research aims to analyze how ownership structure and growth opportunities influence the value of banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange by considering capital structure, profit margins and financial performance as intervening variables. This research method uses purposive sampling with a sample size of 5 companies in 2016-2023. This research is expected to provide theoretical contributions in the field of financial management and corporate governance as well as provide practical guidance for banking company management in making strategic decisions to increase company value. The model used in this research was processed using the smart-PLS application. The research results explain that ownership structure has a significant effect on capital structure, while growth opportunity does not have a significant effect on capital structure. Capital structure has a significant effect on profit margins, while financial performance does not have a significant effect on company value. An increase in the number of assets as an illustration of company size and banking companies can consider capital structure management and growth opportunities to improve the quality of financial performance in the future. Apart from that, it provides advice for investors in making the right decisions

Abstract

Indonesian population growth has influenced the growth of the economy. Banks are needed to support economic activity. To boost economic growth, the banking sector plays an important role in the economy in raising funds and re-routing them. The purpose of the research is to find the credit factor blocked by the bank in the distribution of funds carried out. Analysed using qualitative descriptive methods, the factors causing credit crashes are so diverse and include complex internal and external factors that require good risk management, careful assessment of debtors, as well as an in-depth understanding of the economic and legal conditions applicable in reducing the risk of credit crises.
