Abstract

Blue Ocean Strategy offers a transformational opportunity for the tourism industry to escape fierce competition and explore new, unexplored markets. The research method used is a qualitative method based on literature studies from previous research, by evaluating and analyzing relevant scientific journals. To implement Blue Ocean Strategy effectively, there are several tools and frameworks that can be used, such as the Blue Ocean Strategy Canvas and the ECRR Blue Ocean Strategy concept. In order to create opportunities for the tourism industry without competition, a situation analysis was carried out using SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) to understand the current position of Bangka Belitung. Natural beauty is one of the strengths that can be developed in developing tourism in Bangka Belitung. Apart from that, it is also necessary to identify new market opportunities such as ecotourism, local culture or unique adventures. Through the application of the Blue Ocean Strategy and its principles, the Bangka Belitung tourism industry has the potential to create a unique and unexplored new market.

Abstract

This research aims to explain or describe integrated education quality management planning using a SWOT analysis at MAN 1 Mandailing Natal. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The research was conducted by direct interviews with the main respondent, namely the Deputy Head of Madrasah MAN 1 Mandailing Natal in the Curriculum Sector. Data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation, including the use of the madarasah's social media to seek additional information related to the matter under study. This research found that the integrated education quality management planning at MAN 1 Mandailing Natal involved all parties in the organization, from leaders, staff and teaching staff who formulated the vision, mission and goals of the madrasa. The SWOT analysis of integrated quality management planning at MAN 1 Mandailing Natal serves to determine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that will be faced by MAN 1 Mandailing Natal in planning an integrated education quality management. Effective integrated quality management will improve the quality of an educational institution, and produce graduates who are academically and non-academicly competent.

Abstract

This research investigates the role of employee integrity and teamwork in increasing work effectiveness in government organizational environments. The research methods used include identifying important factors, building a cultural integration model, analyzing positive impacts, identifying research gaps, and preparing practical recommendations. The research results show that employee integrity and good teamwork have a significant impact on increasing performance, adaptability, innovation, employee satisfaction and reducing conflict in government organizations. However, there are research gaps related to the lack of empirical studies, variations in organizational contexts, the influence of technology, implementation strategies, and measurement and evaluation. As practical recommendations, training and development, exemplary leadership, rewards and recognition, supportive policies and procedures, effective communication, use of technology, regular evaluation and conflict handling are needed. This research's contribution to the literature covers various fields of study such as public management, organizational studies, work and organizational psychology, and policy development. The findings of this research provide practical implications that can help government organizations improve their performance and effectiveness in providing quality public services.

Abstract

This research aims to explore diversity management strategies in improving team performance in the context of human resource management (HR). Using a literature study method, this research analyzes various strategies used by organizations to manage diversity and inclusion, as well as their impact on team creativity and performance. The research results show that well-managed diversity can improve team performance through positive synergy and higher innovation. In addition, these findings also highlight the importance of inclusion policies that support the participation of all team members.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Social Media Marketing, Service Quality on Customer Loyalty, with Brand Trust and Customer Satisfaction as intervening variables. The variables in this study are Social Media Marketing, Service Quality, Brand Trust, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Loyalty. This research uses a quantitative approach, based on the level of explanation, thus making it an associative research or a study that tests the influence between variables. The sample size consists of 180 respondents taken from the population of Gojek users in Indonesia, using purposive sampling technique. Data collection of variables was done using a questionnaire distributed through Google Form. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) in the AMOS software. The results of this study are as follows: Social Media Marketing does not have a significant influence on Customer Loyalty, Service Quality does not have a significant influence on Customer Loyalty, Social Media Marketing has a positive and significant influence on Brand Trust, Social Media Marketing has a positive and significant influence on Customer Satisfaction, Service Quality has a positive and significant influence on Brand Trust, Service Quality has a positive and significant influence on Customer Satisfaction, Brand Trust has a positive and significant influence on Customer Satisfaction, Brand Trust has a positive and significant influence on Customer Loyalty, Customer Satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on Customer Loyalty. Brand Trust fully mediates the relationship between Social Media Marketing and Customer Loyalty, Customer Satisfaction fully mediates the relationship between Social Media Marketing and Customer Loyalty, Brand Trust fully mediates the relationship between Service Quality and Customer Loyalty, and Customer Satisfaction fully mediates the relationship between Service Quality and Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of investment knowledge, capital market training, minimum investment capital and risk perception on student investment interest in the capital market (study at PT Phintraco Sekuritas Branch Office Semarang). This research design is a causal applied quantitative research. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The data collection method used a questionnaire. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique, and the sample size was 98 respondents. Instrument trials were analyzed using validity and reliability tests. The data analysis method used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of the t test research show that investment knowledge and risk perception have no effect on student investment interest. Capital market training and minimal investment capital affect student investment interest. The results of the F test research show that investment knowledge, capital market training, minimum investment capital and risk perception simultaneously affect student investment interest.

Abstract

The role of banks in financing Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and its impact on local economies is a crucial area of study in contemporary financial research. This study delves into the multifaceted relationship between banks, MSMEs, and local economies, employing a quantitative methodology coupled with a literature review technique. Through meticulous examination of existing literature and quantitative analysis of secondary data, this research aims to elucidate the extent of banks' involvement in MSME financing and its repercussions on local economic dynamics. By scrutinizing various financial reports, government publications, and academic sources, the study will discern patterns and trends in MSME financing patterns, evaluate the efficacy of banking policies supporting MSMEs, and assess the consequential effects on local economies, including growth indicators like employment rates and income levels. The findings are anticipated to offer valuable insights for banks, policymakers, and stakeholders, guiding them towards more informed decision-making processes and strategies to foster sustainable MSME growth and bolster local economic resilience.

Redo Prayitno. 2023. The Influence of the Work Environment and Incentives on Teacher Job Satisfaction at SMA Negeri 6 Batang Hari. Thesis, Islamic Education Management, Batang Hari Nusantara Islamic Institute. Based on the author's initial grand tour, there are various factors that influence teacher job satisfaction at SMA Negeri 6 Batang Hari. This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment and incentives on teacher job satisfaction at SMA Negeri 6 Batang Hari. This research is quantitative research with a type of approach. The population of this research is the number of all teachers who teach at SMA Negeri 6 Batang Hari. The data analysis used was multiple regression analysis and the data was processed with the help of the SPSS Version 20.0 program. The research results show that the work environment has a significant effect on job satisfaction with tcount>ttable (5.541>1.693). This shows Ha is rejected and H0 is accepted. Incentives have a significant effect on job satisfaction with the value obtained tcount>ttable (3.491>1.693). This shows that Ha is rejected and H0 is accepted. This means that there is a partial influence between the Work Environment and Incentives on job satisfaction. By looking at the results of the coefficient of determination (r square) of 0.961, which means that the Work Environment and Incentive variables are able to increase job satisfaction decisions by 96.1% and 0.039 or 3.9% is the remaining variable (residue) which is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

Industry 4.0 is a relatively new method of managing production processes. In the field of risk management, as a result of new approaches, modified frameworks, more complex IT infrastructure, and so on, new types of risks may appear. In many cases, the application of Industry 4.0 has shown that the relationship between people, systems, and objects has become a more complex, dynamic, and real-time optimized network. On the other hand, there is the fact that the increase in the volume and availability of data in real time has led to new requirements on infrastructure, management, technology and so on. The purpose of this paper is to conduct research on Industry 4.0 related to the main aspects and present a draft framework for implementing risk management in the Industry 4.0 concept.

Abstract

Many MSMEs, especially catfish and chicken pecel businesses, still pay little attention to the risks that affect their business. This research aims to analyze and identify operational risks in Kang Adi's Pecel Lele and Lamongan Chicken MSMEs. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method by collecting data through interviews and documentation. The research results show that there are several operational risk factors with impacts varying from low, medium to large. Apart from that, the frequency with which risks occur also varies, from very often to rarely. To anticipate these risks, business owners must be more concerned and proactive in identifying risks in order to minimize losses. Actions that need to be taken to anticipate and avoid operational risks at Kang Adi's Pecel Lele and Ayam Lamongan MSMEs include developing a comprehensive risk management system, employee training, and regular reviews of operational procedures. In this way, this business can be better prepared to face various challenges and risks that may arise in the future.
