Abstract

This research aims to determine whether there is an influence of work motivation, work discipline and work environment on the performance of PT employees. Fresh Natural Earth Bekasi City. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study were employees of PT. Bumi Alam Segar numbered 386 with a sample of 80 respondents. The data collection technique is by distributing questionnaires. Hypothesis testing in this research uses Multiple Linear Regression analysis. The results of this research show that: (1) Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect in partial tests on Employee Performance of 2.504 > 1.99167 and a significance value of 0.014 < 0.05. (2) Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect in a partial test on Employee Performance of 4.064 > 1.99167 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. (3) The work environment does not have a positive and significant effect in the partial test on employee performance of 1.912 < 1.99167 and a significance value of 0.060 > 0.05. (4) Work Motivation, Work Discipline and Work Environment have a positive and significant effect in a simultaneous test on Employee Performance of 49.707 > 2.72 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

The Effect of Work Environment, Work Stress, and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at SDIT AT - Taqwa Lubang Buaya Setu. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between the variables of Work Environment (X1), Work Stress (X2), and Work Motivation (X3) on the variable Employee Performance (Y) SDIT At-Taqwa Lubang Buaya Setu. The research data is data taken using a questionnaire distributed to employees of SDIT At-Taqwa Lubang Buaya Setu. The population in this study were 69 employees. The sample used in this study is a saturated sample where the population is the same as the number of samples used, namely 69 employees. The analysis technique in this study uses SEM- PLS using SmartPLS Version 4.1 software to process data in this study. The findings of the research conducted show that: 1) The work environment does not have a significant influence on employee performance at SDIT At-Taqwa Lubang Buaya Setu. 2) Work Stress has a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance at SDIT At-Taqwa Lubang Buaya Setu. 3) Work motivation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at SDIT At-Taqwa Lubang Buaya Setu.

Abstract

Quality human resources (HR) is one of the basic capitals of development. Efforts to improve and develop the quality of human resources have become the main requirement for a nation in the republic of Indonesia to be able to compete at the global level. In the era of globalization and increasingly connected economies, countries compete with each other to create innovation, attract investment, and expand export markets. Qualified human resources are better able to meet these challenges, as they have the knowledge, skills and ability to adapt to change. Quality human resources encourage innovation and creativity, they have the ability to solve problems, and develop new technologies.

Abstract

The development of products, especially the front part, is one part that can support the appearance and become a mandatory requirement for every woman. Consumer products, especially those who want to travel to campus, are more selective in choosing the latest products, especially The Originote sunscreen for consumers. This study was conducted to determine simultaneously and partially the independent variables, namely Brand Image, Price, and Product Quality, the dependent variable Purchase Interest. The method used in this study uses a quantitative method, where in this study using Purposive Sampling calculations with the Hair formula. The entire population in this study was 100 respondents. Based on the results of the study in the partial test (T) that the variable of brand image affects purchase interest. for the price variable affects purchase interest. the product quality variable affects purchase interest. Furthermore, in the simultaneous test of brand image, price and product quality affect purchase interest. This explains that there is a contribution of brand image, price, product quality to purchase interest.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the performance of Anglo Eastern Plantation Group and specifically to test and analyze the effect of supervision on employee performance at Anglo Eastern Plantation Group (Blankahan Eastern). It also aims to test and analyze the effect of organizational culture on employee performance at Anglo Eastern Plantation Group (Blankahan Eastern) and to test and analyze the effect of supervision and organizational culture on employee performance at Anglo Eastern Plantation Group (Blankahan Eastern). The type of research used in this study is descriptive quantitative. The population used in this study consists of all employees at Anglo Eastern Plantation Group, totaling 221 individuals. The determination of the sample size was carried out using the Slovin formula, resulting in 142 individuals. The validity test was conducted using 30 respondents outside of the Anglo Eastern Plantation Group sample. The test results can be concluded that the supervision variable partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Anglo Eastern Plantation Group. The organizational culture variable partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Anglo Eastern Plantation. Supervision and Organizational Culture have an F-value of 86.441, which is greater than the F-table value of 3.07. This indicates that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that Supervision and Organizational Culture simultaneously and significantly affect employee performance at Anglo Eastern Plantation Group.

Abstract

The launch of Core Value BerAKHLAK and ASN Employer Branding "Proud to Serve the Nation" aims to encourage civil servants across all government sectors to adopt these values as guidelines in their thinking and working. The implementation of the Core Value BerAKHLAK at the National Civil Service Agency is carried out through several stages, from socialization, internalization, to evaluation of effectiveness. aims to encourage civil servants across all government sectors to adopt these values as guidelines in their thinking and working. The implementation of the Core Value BerAKHLAK at the National Civil Service Agency is carried out through several stages, from socialization, internalization, to evaluation of effectiveness. A behavioral guide for civil servants is developed to ensure these values are applied in every aspect of their work. Impact analysis shows that the implementation of the Core Value BerAKHLAK has successfully improved the performance and professionalism of civil servants, evidenced by the awards received and the increase in performance and stakeholder satisfaction indexes.

Abstract

Income is the amount of money or value obtained by an individual or company from economic activities carried out, such as the sale of goods, services or investments. Income is usually used as a benchmark to find out how successful the business is in obtaining profits from its business activities. The higher the income, it can be said that the business is running well. This study was used to analyze the influence of business capital, working hours and business duration on MSME Income (Survey on smoked fish traders in Kedungombo Reservoir, Grobogan, Central Java). The population of this study is smoked fish MSME actors In the Kedungombo reservoir, Grobogan, Central Java, totaling 60 traders. The sample of this study was taken from a total of 60 traders. The type of data used is quantitative data, the data source used is primary data. The sampling technique in this study is the saturated sample method or also called census. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire through validity and reliability tests. The data analysis technique uses classical assumption tests, namely multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test, normality test and hypothesis test using multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, f-test, R2 test. The results show that business capital has a non-significant effect on MSME income while working hours and business length have a significant effect on MSME income.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the purpose of analyzing the significance of the influence of social media promotions, product quality and store atmosphere on purchasing decisions for Abvistore fashion products in Tanon District, Sragen. The population of this research is consumers of the Abvistore Shop in Tanon District, Sragen. The sample in this study was 137 people with the sampling technique used was accidental sampling. The data collection method in this research used a questionnaire. The data analysis techniques used are validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test and R Square test. The result of the analysis stated that all questionnaire items as research instruments were valid and reliable, and the classical assumption test, both multicolinearity test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test, and normality test of variables were declared to passed the classical assumption test. Multiple linear regression showed that all regression coefficients were positive, which means that variable X1 (social media promotion), X2 (product quality) and X3 (store atmosphere) had a positive effect on the decision purchasing in fashion product at Abvistore. Hypothesis testing showed that social media promotion had no significant effect on purchasing decisions for Abvistore fashion products in Tanon, Sragen. Product quality has a significant influence on purchasing decisions for Abvistore fashion products in Tanon, Sragen. Store atmosphere has a significant influence on purchasing decisions for Abvistore fashion products in Tanon, Sragen. The F-test stated that the research model of he influence of independent variables on the dependent variable was correct. The coefficient of determination test shows that social media promotion, product quality and store atmosphere was able to explain purchasing decisions by 53.2%.

Abstract

This research aims to determine how the influence of organizational culture, emotional intelligence and motivation on Organizational Citizenship Behavior is mediated by employee performance. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. data collection techniques using a questionnaire using a 1-5 Likert scale. The sample used in this research was 100 respondents who were employees of PT Angkasa Pura 1 Surakarta. Data analysis in this study used Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Based on research results, organizational culture does not have a significant influence on the performance of PT Angkasa Pura 1 Surakarta employees, emotional intelligence and motivation have a significant influence on the performance of PT Angkasa Pura 1 Surakarta employees, organizational culture and emotional intelligence have a significant influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, motivation does not have significant influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, employee performance has a significant influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior not through mediated employee performance, emotional intelligence and motivation have a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior through mediated employee performance.

Abstract

Often, backward territories exploit the inequalities of economic and social development to enhance their own economic potential. It can boost economic growth by encouraging innovation and efforts to harness existing local resources. It is important to remember that no development model is suitable for all because each region has different potential and difficulties. The research consists of a free variable, namely economic growth (GDP), investment, and population, and a bound variable that is the inequality of economic development. The aim of this study is to identify the factors that influence the inequality of economic development in Indonesia both simultaneously and partially. The hypothesis is tested using the panel data regression method. Data analyzed with the Eviews10 program. The results of the research showed that in the F (simultaneous) test, economic growth, investment, and population numbers had a positive and significant influence on the inequality of economic development with a sig value of F 0.03<0,05. The results of the t (partial) test showed that economic growth did not have a significant impact on economic development inequality, with a sigt value of 0,054>0.05, investment had no significant impact, with sigt values of 0,93>0.05 and the population variable had a significant effect on the inequity of economic development, with the sigt worth of 0,02<05. So it can be concluded that only the population variable has a significant influence on the economic development inequality of the 34 provinces in Indonesia.
