Abstract

In the business and daily life world, the principle of management is essential to avoid the risk of disadvantage and become the main method to achieve financial goals. Management always discusses the principles of financial management and company management. The need for media such as financial reports analysis is to manage the company to be a reference and as a company’s reflection of its condition holistically. The main purpose of financial statements is to be a reference to measure the condition of the company. Is the company in a good condition or is there any disablement on the finance itself? Finance reports include a scale, income statement, the summary of retained earnings, and a statement of finance reports. While management is the art of how a manager manages the company. Broadly speaking, this financial management includes planning, organizing, leading, directing/Commanding, motivating, Coordinating, Controlling, Reporting, Staffing and Forecasting. A manager must understand well all these management functions. The better the managerial skill will be directly proportional to the significance of performance quality in the company

Abstract

This study aims to explain the role of organizational culture in enhancing employee performance in a company. A qualitative approach with a literature review is used as the research methodology, while data collection techniques are conducted through documentary studies. The collected data is then processed through the process of reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The research findings indicate that organizational culture is formed from the implementation of values, norms, and policies by organizational leaders, while employee performance is measured based on their work results in completing organizational tasks. The role of organizational culture in improving employee performance includes aspects of innovation, attention to detail, benefit orientation, individual orientation, team orientation, aggressiveness, and job stability. This is beneficial in shaping work habits that align with the standards set by the organization; therefore, leaders need to propose ideas or policies that can shape the desired work culture.

Abstract

The role of brand management on consumer loyalty for the development of micro, small and medium enterprises is that brands build a good image among the public. The process is the goal of developing brand identity. This shows that the product offered is a unique product. In addition, it also talks about what kind of identity a brand wants to display. The identity that is displayed will later be attached as the personality of a brand. If the brand has been well received, MSME business actors automatically get the opportunity to improve the quality of their products. This must be done with flexible, effective, efficient, and sustainable planning. Thus, the products produced are guaranteed quality. With guaranteed product quality, consumer loyalty will also increase. After achieving customer satisfaction, the brand must continue to guarantee the improvement and improvement of product quality. The goal is to maintain customer satisfaction. Small businesses get the opportunity to make closer observations and research. This means that MSME business actors get easier and wider access to information. Finally, MSME players are able to produce quality products in accordance with consumer expectations.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the existence of several phenomena related to less than optimal employee performance at CV Ozzie Motor Bandung City. The aim of this research is to find out how much influence workload and work environment have on the performance of CV Ozzie Motor employees. The method used is descriptive and associative methods. The unit of analysis is 40 employees who work at CV Ozzie Motor, Bandung City. The research instrument is a questionnaire. The sampling technique uses samples without probability or saturated samples. The analysis method uses multiple linear regression and validity and reliability testing. The research results show that partially the workload variable (X1) has no effect on the performance variable (Y), while the work environment variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on the performance variable (Y). Simultaneously, workload (X1) and work environment (X2) influence performance (Y) by 22.9%, while the remaining 77.1% is the influence of other variables not studied.

Abstract

Compensation is a form of reward given by the company to employees as appreciation for their contribution to work, both in financial and non-financial forms. Compensation can encourage better employee performance, as they feel valued for what they have done for the company. However, it is not only compensation that can trigger good employee performance, but motivation also plays an important role in driving employee performance. Motivation is a process that arises from an individual's psychological factors, which then directs and determines the individual's actions towards achieving their goals. This psychological drive can encourage employees to strive hard to achieve their goals, be it personal goals or common goals within a company. This research uses a causal quantitative approach with a survey method, and the data is processed using SPSS. The results of the study show that compensation and motivation play a very important role in improving the performance of employees at PT. Aron Logistics Jakarta.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how the pattern of long-distance communication between students of Pancasakti University Makassar and parents for students who come from Manggarai East Nusa Tenggara (NTT). The research method used is qualitative, with the selection of informants by sampling by taking 20 student informants. The background of the author took this title because in general, children and parents are in close contact and often communicate face-to-face because they live in one house. But it is different with parents and children who do not live in the same house or live far apart due to differences in distance and place. Communication is carried out using media such as gadgets (cellphones) not communicating face-to-face. This long-distance communication creates a problem, namely that the communication that is established becomes effective or no longer effective because the communication between parents and children becomes an emotional relationship that is no longer intertwined.

Abstract

This qualitative research explores the strategies implemented by PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (ANTAM) in facing digital disruption in the industrial era 6.0. By using a case study approach and involving 10-15 key participants from ANTAM management, this research reveals the company's comprehensive digital transformation efforts. Data collection methods include in-depth interviews, participant observation, document analysis, and literature review. The main strategies implemented include the implementation of digital technology such as the Internet of Things (IoT), big data analytics, automation and robotics in mining operations; digital human resource development; transformation of organizational culture that supports innovation; as well as strategic partnerships and collaborations with technology companies, start-ups and research institutions. ANTAM also pays great attention to aspects of cyber security and data protection. The research results show that digital transformation has a positive impact on increasing operational efficiency, productivity, cost savings, work safety, new product development, as well as the competitiveness and sustainability of ANTAM's business. This research provides valuable insights for companies in the mining sector and related industries in formulating effective digital transformation strategies.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of working capital turnover on profitability at PT Pajjaiang Indah. The types of data used are qualitative data and quantitative data. The data source used is secondary data. The analytical method used is simple linear regression. The results of this research indicate that there is a significant influence between the influence of working capital turnover on profitability at PT. Pajjaiang Indah concluded that based on statistical analysis, it is known that the company value of simple linear regression is Y=0.48+1.8X and the correlation coefficient of determination (r2) is 0.25 or 25%, which means there is a positive and significant influence, then the test results are based on statistical analysis of the test -t, where it is known that t-count= 0.58< t0 0.48:1=2.353 which Ho rejects and Ha accepts, which means the hypothesis proposed by the author in this research is accepted.

Abstract

: In the last decade, inflation has become one of the main challenges faced by many countries, including Indonesia, which has an impact on economic stability and people’s welfare. Research Phenomenon: Inflation, defined as a general and sustained increase in prices, often erodes people’s purchasing power and causes economic instability, which in turn affects people’s overall welfare. This research problem focuses on how to identify effective inflation control strategies and understand their impact on the economy and people’s welfare. The aim of this research is to explore and analyze various inflation control strategies that have been implemented in Indonesia and to assess the implementation and effectiveness of these strategies in stabilizing prices and minimizing negative impacts on the economy and people’s welfare. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. This approach was chosen to gain an in-depth understanding of the complexity of the inflation phenomenon, the control strategies that have been implemented, as well as society’s perceptions and responses to these strategies. The research results show that although there are various efforts to control inflation, such as tight monetary policy and controlling prices of basic commodities, there are still challenges in implementation, including coordination between institutions and market response. Another important finding is that the success of controlling inflation is not only measured by price stability, but also by society’s ability to maintain their welfare. This study proposes that an effective inflation control strategy must be accompanied by supportive social policies, such as social assistance for low-income people, to maintain people’s welfare.

Abstract

One of the most common topics concerning a country's economy is economic growth. Economic growth is significant in a country's economy since it represents a proportion of a country's economic development or success, yet it is undeniable that numerous efforts must be undertaken. Wijono said that economic growth is a marker of progress in improvement. Something that can be the main driver of progress is international trade. Products and imports constitute international trade, one part of which is the main driver of economic growth. Therefore, commodities and imports at the same time have an impact on Indonesia's financial development.
