Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of the Loan to Deposit Ratio, Capital Adequacy Ratio, and Return on Equity on the share price of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk for the 2017-2022 period. This research uses a quantitative method with an associative approach which aims to determine the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable and how big the influence of two or more variables is. The type of data used is quantitative data with secondary data sources consisting of financial report data from PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk 2017-2022 period. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression, t test and f test to obtain results regarding the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The research results show that partially the Loan to Deposit Ratio is positive but not significant, the Capital Adequacy Ratio partially has a significant negative effect while the Return On Equity has a significant positive effect. Meanwhile, simultaneously the Loan to Deposit Ratio, Capital Adequacy Ratio and Return On Equity together -the same has a positive and significant effect.

Abstract

In facing the rapidly developing digital era, Scarlett Whitening has succeeded in combining traditional business principles with digital marketing methods. One important approach taken is through collaboration with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) on various social media platforms, such as Instagram and TikTok. With appropriate KOL support, Scarlett Whitening succeeded in reaching generation Z, its main target market, with a more personal approach and in line with brand needs. This research aims to analyze the use of KOL brand Scarlett whitening in Generation Z. The research was conducted using a descriptive qualitative approach. Research data comes from search results in various digital databases and literature reviews. The research results show that by utilizing Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) in digital marketing strategies, Scarlett Whitening has succeeded in aligning the use of KOLs in its digital marketing strategy, such as through collaboration with KOLs who have significant influence and reach among the younger generation. The selected KOLs are not only popular because of their large number of followers, but also the content they present is of high quality and suits the interests and needs of the target market. Scarlett Whitening's main target market is teenagers aged 15-34 years, namely Generation Z, who have a tendency to be very familiar with digital technology. With a more personal approach and in line with the needs of the target market, Scarlett Whitening has succeeded in reaching generation Z with quality content that suits the interests and needs of the target market. The content produced by KOL for Scarlett Whitening often contains product reviews, usage tutorials, and testimonials from consumers. Through this content, information about the quality, safety and effectiveness of the Scarlett Whitening brand can be conveyed in an authentic and convincing way to potential consumers.

Abstract

Businesses that combine environmental and product aspects are currently growing quite rapidly. Consumers are not only served products according to their taste but can also enjoy natural views with fresh air. One business that utilizes natural aspects as a marketing strategy is Kopi Nako Kebon Jati. This research aims to analyze marketing strategies to increase sales of Kopi Nako Kebon Jati Bogor. The research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive approach. Data comes from analysis of the results of literature reviews and related official publications. The results of this research show that the marketing used by Kopi Nako Kebon Jati Bogor is the Marketing Mix which consists of 4Ps, namely product, price, place and promotion. Of these four things, efforts are made to maximize product marketing strategies. After that, it is supported by a social media platform via the Kopi Nako Kebon Jati Instagram account. This Instagram aims to provide useful information for consumers and reach a very wide market, so that it can increase sales of Kopi Nako Kebon Jati Bogor. The unique strategy that differentiates Kopi Nako Kebon Jati from the others is Hidden Gem, namely that they take a place quite far from the city center and make it a special attraction for Kopi Nako Kebon Jati which sells views of Mount Salak which are not available in coffee shops in general.

Abstract

The aim of writing this scientific work is to determine the role of human resource management in a company. Writing this scientific work uses the literature review method (library research). From the discussion it can be concluded that human resource management (HRM) has three functions, namely managerial function, operational function, and the function of achieving organizational goals in an integrated manner. Meanwhile, the tasks of human resource management are procuring staff, developing human resources, managing compensation, regulating occupational safety and health, managing employee relations and industrial relations. The main objective of human resource management is to increase the contribution of human resources (employees) to the company. It can be understood that all organizational activities in achieving their goals depend on the human resources who manage the company. Therefore, employees must be managed well so that they can help the company achieve its desired goals.

Abstract

This study examines the business recovery strategies implemented by Adit Furniture, a rattan craft company, in facing the challenges of the post-COVID-19 pandemic era. The pandemic has had a significant impact on the rattan craft industry, including decreased demand, supply chain disruptions, and changes in consumer preferences. This study uses a qualitative analysis method with a case study approach, where data is collected through direct observation at Adit Furniture's production site and in-depth interviews with the owner, employees, and related stakeholders. Observations were conducted to understand the production process, implementation of health protocols, and operational adaptations, while interviews aimed to gain information about the strategies implemented, challenges faced, and future visions. This study also reveals the challenges faced in the recovery process and the factors that contributed to the success of these strategies. These findings are expected to provide valuable insights for other rattan craft business actors in navigating the post-pandemic business landscape and designing effective recovery strategies.

Abstract

Abstract. Belawan Bahari Village is one of the sub-districts in Belawan where local people use the water area for fishing or fishing activities. The problem raised in this study is regarding the constraints experienced by the fishermen as well as regarding the strategies undertaken to improve the fishermen's economy from marine catches in the Belawan Bahari Village. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach with the type of research case study research (case study) and is descriptive in nature. The method used in this research is through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that fishermen still depend on tauke due to the constraints experienced by fishermen in meeting their economic needs, such as fishermen still lacking access to capital for fishing operational costs, fuel prices that have increased, lack of knowledge regarding the use of income for business development, and conditions nature that affects the state of the sea. In cooperating with the tekong/tauke/ship owners the income is divided, known as a profit sharing system, which also affects the economic life of fishermen, especially the income earned by fishermen. to reduce these constraints several strategies can be carried out as efforts or solutions, namely in the form of activities in the form of outreach or an extension for business development for fishermen's wives so that they can optimize marine catches, assistance from the government in the form of provisions such as facilities and infrastructure in catching marine products, providing direct subsidies in the form of reducing fuel prices, as well as support and monitoring from various parties, in order to improve the welfare of fishermen.

Abstract

In the digital era, technological developments have brought significant changes to the world of work, requiring companies to adapt quickly to remain competitive. Employee competency is a key factor in this adaptation process, because adequate competency can improve employee performance and, in turn, overall company performance. This research analyzes the importance of employee competency in improving performance in the digital era, with a focus on digital skills, adaptability, and soft skills such as communication and collaboration. The results of interviews with human resource managers and employees show that the development of digital skills, adaptability, and company support in continuous learning are very important to achieve optimal performance. Companies need to invest in comprehensive training programs and create a work environment that supports employee competency development. In this way, employees can adapt quickly to technological changes, work more effectively, and contribute optimally to the company's success

Abstract

This research aims to find out how work discipline influences employee erformance at UPT Losari, Makassar City Tourism Office. The independent variable in this research is work discipline while the dependent variable is employee performance. The researchers conducted research by distributing questionnaires and documentation to 40 respondents. This research uses a quantitative type of research where the population in this study is 40 people using simple regression analysis using (SPSS) Version 25 and Microsoft Excel. The results of this research show that work discipline is significant on employee performance and the results of hypothesis testing with the help of the SPSS version 25 application by carrying out the T test.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of service quality and price on consumer satisfaction. This research was conducted in Bantaeng Regency. The population in this research is an unlimited population, namely consumers who have used Simpati Telkomsel prepaid services. The sample in this research was 50 respondents. This research is explanatory quantitative research. The results of this research show that service quality does not partially have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction with a significant value of 0.345 > 0.05 and price partially has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. This shows that prices that are increasingly in line with consumer perceptions will increase consumer satisfaction and the prices set by Simpati Telkomsel can be competitive with other competitors and customers also feel that the costs they have to pay are in line with the benefits obtained.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze leadership style on employee performance through work discipline at PT. Padma Soode Indonesia. With three variables, namely leadership style as the independent variable (X), employee performance as the mediating variable (Z), and finally work discipline as the commitment variable (Y). This form of research examines quantitatively with primary and secondary data used in this investigation. Direct observation, interviews, and questionnaires were used to collect primary data. The author uses library data from documentation, reference books and research journals as secondary data. Processing of data that is ready to be obtained must be carried out using the SPSS version 26 program. This research stage includes a planning stage, an implementation stage, and a writing stage. The population of this study was 300 employees (respondents) in the stamping division, who used simple random sampling techniques to take samples from the existing population by means of simple random sampling, which can be done using a lottery model, namely all members of the population are given serial numbers, Then random numbers were taken with the number of numbers taken, according to the expected sample size and using the Slovin formula, the population was 171 employees (respondents). The results of this research show that leadership style influences employee performance in a statistically tested manner. Leadership style's influence on work discipline has not been statistically tested. Work discipline has a statistically proven effect on employee performance. Leadership style influences employee performance through statistically proven work discipline. Apart from that, the results of this research for the leadership style variable, advice that can be given is that leaders must communicate frequently with their subordinates in order to build trust and relationships, increase involvement and productivity, and generate feedback and ideas. For the work discipline variable, the advice that can be given is that employees must communicate with all team members in order to increase collaboration and cooperation, increase collaboration and cooperation, increase coordination and efficiency, build strong relationships. For employee performance variables, suggestions that can be given are that employees must meet the given deadlines in order to increase efficiency and productivity, build trust and credibility, improve the quality of work, support the achievement of goals.
