Abstract

Delsa Barelng adalah delsa yang telrleltak di Kelcamatan Barelng, Kablpateln Jombang. Delsa Barelng melmiliki belrbagai macam potelnsi yang dapat dikelmbangkan. Salah satlnya adalah lMKM. Belrdasarkan data yang didapatkan mellalli slrveli, telrdapat selkitar 45 lMKM yang belropelrasi. lsaha Mikro, Kelcil dan Melnelngah (lMKM) melrlpakan salah satl ellelmeln pelrelkonomian di Delsa Barelng yang melmiliki pelranan pelnting dalam pelrkelmbangannya. Pelningkatan jlmlah pellakl lMKM belrdampak pada pelrelkonomian Indonelsia. masih banyak pellakl lMKM yang melngalami problelmatika dalam proselsnya. Selbagian belsar pellakl lMKM yang melngalami kelndala telrselblt adalah melrelka yang belrada dalam rlang lingklp delsa. Dimana masih telrdapat belbelrapa keltelrbatasan pada ellelmeln-ellelmeln pelnlnjang yang melnjadikannya belrkelmbang. Salah satl dari selkian pelnlnjang kelgiatan lMKM adalah adanya lelgalitas lsaha, branding, dan laporan kellangan. Delngan adanya pelnlnjang lMKM telrselblt, lMKM dapat melningkatkan dan melngelmbangkan lsahanya. Dari total selkitar 45 lMKM di delsa barelng hanya seldikit pellakl lsaha yang tellah melndaftarkan izin lsaha karelna selbagian belsar pellakl lsaha melnjalankan aktivitas jlal belli di hari kelrja, belllm mampl melngglnakan telknologi intelrnelt, selrta belllm melndapat informasi dan melngeltahli lrgelnsi pelmblatan izin lsaha. tim pelngabdian masyarakat tellah mellaksanakan sosialisasi dan pelndampingan selcara langslng pelmblatan nomor indlk belrlsaha (NIB) mellalli onlinel singlel slbmission (OSS) di Kantor balai delsa barelng dan selcara door to door kel rlmah masyarakat yang melmiliki lsaha mikro. Abstract

Tujuan pelaksanaan kegiatan ini guna memberikan solusi kepada mahasiswa dalam menjawab persoalan mengenai penulisan opini dan untuk membekali mahasiswa dengan keterampilan menulis opini yang baik dan benar. Sasaran kegiatan ini yaitu Mahasiswa Administrasi Negara semester IV dan semester VI di STISIPOL Candradimuka Palembang. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah pelatihan yang diselenggarakan secara offline yang diikuti sebanyak 25 peserta. Pelatihan dasar penulisan opini ini dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kapabilitas mahasiswa dan meningkatkan kualitas hasil tulisan mahasiswa. Evaluasi dalam kegiatan ini dilakukan pre-test dan post-test dan hasil yang didapati dari pelatihan ini bahwa dengan adanya pelatihan memberikan sumbangsih peningkatan kemampuan dan pengetahuan peserta (naik sebesar 30% dari semula 60% menjadi 90%). Diharapkan setelah mengikuti Pelatihan penulisan opini ini, peserta dapat tampil percaya diri dengan kemampuan menulis yang telah dimiliki dan menguasai teknik-teknik dasar penulisan opini agar dapat menghasilkan kualitas tulisan yang baik..

Abstract

Speaking competence in English learning become one of indicator that a learner has mastered the language. The using of proper media to beginner learner is necessary. The purpose of this Community Service is to build motivation and confidence of the English extra class’ students in MA Bidayatul Hidayah. The using of audiovisual assisted text is also followed by integrated activities such as listening, reading, pronouncing, and speaking which is expected that the students can get accustomed to English speech. Then the students’ competence in using English for communication can be improved.

Abstract

Early childhood is the age of the child which is very decisive for the formation of a person's character, personality, intellectual and moral. So, parents must be able to maximize the provision of positive stimuli to children during their golden age. There are many ways that can be done in cultivating character and morals, one of which is storytelling. In a fairy tale, it usually contains elements of education, norms, various emotions and characters. Therefore, storytelling is an effective way of instilling morality in children, fostering creativity in children, increasing vocabulary in children, and increasing imagination in children. The method in this service is storytelling. Informants or subjects in this service are the early childhood children of TPQ At-Taqwa Ar-Rohmah Pracimantoro Mosque. The result of this dedication is to provide fairy tales to early childhood to teach a variety of emotions and characters for inculcating morals in early childhood. The conclusion from the dedication carried out by the resource persons can be explained that storytelling is an effective learning method for conveying moral messages to early childhood, because at their age, they have broad imaginations and tend to like fun learning methods, so they don't get bored quickly . By storytelling, instilling morals in early childhood is also easier.

Abstract

The concept of Collaborative Government as an alternative basis is considered capable of realizing the acceleration and implementation of Tourism Areas. Collaborative Governance as a new paradigm that is used to deal with various issues in a complex society, the paradigm that is meant is the basic principle of equal relations between stakeholders in the public, private and community sectors. It is also a process that involves various stakeholders who are related to the interests or achieve a goal. This study analyzes Collaborative Governance in Sustainable Tourism Management, especially in Doplang Village. Then, this study uses qualitative research methods. The results of the research on the Doplang Tourism Village, Bawen District, Semarang Regency, are a source of income for the local community with the level of tourists visiting tourist attractions and also increasing people's income.

Abstract

Bonto Bahari is one of the sub-districts in Bulukumba district which is a famous tourism destination in South Sulawesi. Beach tourism and the business of making phinisi boats are the attractions that are most in demand by tourists. As one of the popular tourist destinations, the business of making souvenirs as souvenirs is a business that is in great demand by the people of Bonto Bahari. The availability of wood raw materials and the skills of the community in making phinisi boat souvenirs that have been passed down for generations are important factors in the development of this souvenir business. However, in its development, the Phinisi ship souvenir business has not been maximized in sales. The use of marketing strategies by utilizing digital marketing has been carried out but limited to social media. Business actors are more focused on tourists who come to the gallery. So that this condition causes sales to depend on the number of tourists visiting Bonto Bahari. This community service activity is carried out to help business actors analyze their potential and weaknesses. By conducting training and mentoring, it is hoped that business actors will be able to better understand their potential, weaknesses and strengths and be able to develop the right strategy in developing their business.

Abstract

Youth is a valuable asset for the nation's successor. Young people who have entered the world of work. The purpose of carrying out this community service is to provide knowledge or add broader insight to the Modongan village youth regarding the application of work relations in the industrial world. Industry is one of the efforts to improve the welfare of the population. In addition, industrialization is also inseparable from efforts to improve the quality of human resources and the ability to optimally utilize natural resources. In industrial relations there are also labor relations disputes that occur within a company. We tell the village youth that in the industrial world there are institutions that deal with labor relations disputes. Community service activities must also pay attention to aspects of education and training for young people. The importance of providing access to them to acquire the knowledge and skills needed in the world of work, so that they can become productive, independent workers while understanding their rights.

Abstract

This community service aims to examine the application of labor law in industrial relations in order to realize worker justice in Karang Taruna Pugeran Village, Gondang District, Mojokerto Regency. Karang Taruna is a youth organization that focuses on empowering youth and improving community welfare. This research was conducted with the aim of understanding the level of understanding and implementation of labor law and identifying the obstacles that exist in achieving worker justice in the Karang Taruna environment. The application of labor law in industrial relations to achieve worker justice stems from the need for protection of workers' rights and the creation of a balanced relationship between workers and employers. In this context, labor law aims to regulate the rights and obligations of workers and employers in order to create a fair working relationship.

Abstract

The goal of this PKM is to solve partner issues through digital sales applications (digital marketing) so that PPL products can reach a wide number of people. via a participatory approach, activities for farmers are being implemented by working together to develop answers via digital sales methods. Indonesia, like the rest of the world, is going through difficult circumstances. This is because the COVID-19 pandemic continues to spread, causing people's income to fall. As a result, one must be able to comprehend the numerous benefits and roles of using digital tools, motivating citizens and entrepreneurs to use digital tools in all activities. The advancement of digital marketing has an impact on the advancement of product advertising. The strategy employed to attain this goal is discussion combined with direct training at the Luwuk Farmers Association. By always following health rules, keeping your distance, and wearing a mask, this method is deemed in conformity with the goal of this service. It is intended that by participating in this activity, people would gain a better understanding of what it means to use digital marketing to boost corporate competitiveness. The majority of members feel optimistic about carrying out this activity.
