Abstract

Labor social security (Jamsostek) is a form of protection provided to workers and their families against various labor market risks. Various formal Jamsostek programs that have been running in Indonesia are: (i) for private sector employees, managed by PT Jamsostek; (ii) for civil servants, managed by PT Taspen and PT Askes; and (iii) for TNI and Polri members, managed by PT Asabri. The scope of this program consists of four worker protection programs, namely: (i) work accident insurance; (ii) death guarantee; (iii) old age security; and (iv) health care guarantees. Objectively it will be very difficult to make the Jamsostek program the main mechanism for the social protection system if the management remains as it is now. The monopoly system in the implementation of the Social Security program is an inhibiting factor for the development of the social security system for workers who wish to develop it. Currently, Indonesia needs an integrated national workers' social security system and its implementation is entrusted to private parties who have proven capabilities in this field. In this system, the government plays a more regulatory and supervisory role, and sets minimum standards for various components of social security that must be provided by every employer to their workers.

Abstract

Importing used clothing has become a controversial topic in recent years. Some see it as a good solution to fight poverty and promote resource saving, while others see it as a practice that is detrimental to the clothing industry and the environment. On one occasion, I will discuss the first, why thrifting used clothing is in great demand by the public, then, second, is there a legal basis for prohibiting the import of used clothing, after that, third, is there any negative impact from buying used clothing. Because at this time Thrifting has become a fashion product that is in great demand because of its very affordable prices, attractive models, and of course it has a brand label from abroad. However, the Trade Law and the Regulation of the Minister of Trade have given a warning that actually importers may not import used goods, clothing that is not suitable for use. And if you violate it, you will be subject to sanctions in the form of 5 years imprisonment and or a fine of 5 billion. Therefore, importers and the public are urged not to buy imported used clothes and to support domestic industries that are no less good.

The Civil Code explains that a lease agreement is an agreement in which one party will bind himself to provide the other party with the enjoyment of an item for a certain period of time by paying a price that both parties have mutually agreed upon in the agreement. Settlements carried out as a result of a default in the lease agreement are pursued by litigation in accordance with the provisions of the applicable laws and regulations and the party committing the default must pay compensation.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology and information can affect adolescent behavior patterns, especially sexual behavior. The influence of social media is one of the causes of free sex behavior, easy access to videos with pornographic content and no supervision. Sex education should be obtained from the family, school and community. Sex education instills religion, character and norms in it so that children are always in accordance with religious teachings, norms and character demands as Indonesian citizens. With this understanding, they can be more careful in associating and dealing with the opposite sex. Sex education in civic education can be directed based on the social and moral components.

Abstract

The choice of an electoral system is fundamentally more of a political process and considerations of political advantage are almost always a factor in the choice of an electoral system. Furthermore, the electoral system itself is divided into two, namely an open proportional system and a closed proportional system. With an open proportional system, citizens can specifically choose their parties and candidates for the legislature. Meanwhile, in a closed proportional system, citizens can only vote for a party, later the party leader has the right to determine the party's legislative candidates. The author describes that a closed proportional electoral system has advantages and disadvantages. This system has the advantage that applying a closed proportional system can later reduce the campaign budget, so there is no need to waste too much money. However, on the other hand, this system has drawbacks, namely that this system receives a lot of rejection from citizens who feel that this system is unfair and can open up a wide space for party leaders to commit all acts of fraud. Basically whichever system is chosen will have a tendency towards one of these two goals. A closed electoral system affects the political participation of citizens. The reason is, this idea has reaped a lot of rejection by citizens because they feel that this system will open the door to fraud for party rulers and later candidates for legislative members can be more inclined to their party leaders and not to citizens, because they feel that those who elect them are party leaders.
