Abstract

Educational institutions are a place for children to learn to acquire knowledge and develop various abilities and skills. Therefore, teaching in schools is an effort that is conscious, purposeful, systematic and directed at changing behavior or attitudes. Changes in behavior can occur when the teaching process takes place in schools. Islam is a way of life. Therefore, the ability to write, read, understand, and at the same time live up to the contents of the readings of the Qur'an, especially in schools brought by religious institutions or general education, such as junior high schools (SMP) and Madrasah Aliyah schools (SMA) are very important in improving the morale of students. Therefore, as parents at school, teachers should pay attention to and be responsible for the development of students' understanding. Studying the Koran is actually not too difficult, as long as there is a will and effort to learn it, you will definitely be able to read and understand the Koran well, Allah has guaranteed its convenience. for people who study the Koran. The fattaqun method was developed by the BISMI (Intensive Islamic Guidance) institution based in Bandung. This method provides teaching so that those who cannot read the Koran can easily learn to read the Koran and can recognize the rules of tajwid science and the art of reading the Koran. This method is still not widespread in society, it is still used in institutions, education and Islamic boarding schools. It should be noted that lately there are many Qur'anic learning methods that have developed in society, and each of these methods has its own characteristics, in terms of objectives, selection of teaching materials, sequence of teaching material (Gradation), indicators of completeness, objectives, teaching techniques and evaluation techniques.

Abstract

Brands have an important function for their owners, especially in the era of global trade. Trademarks provide an indication of the origin and quality of the goods or services traded. Trademark owners have the exclusive right to authorize or prohibit others from using the same or similar trademarks as theirs. Indonesia uses a constitutive registration system, in which exclusive rights are given to registered marks. Trademark applicants may not register the same mark as another well-known trademark. Registered trademark must be used. Trademark cancellation is carried out when the brand has not been used for three consecutive years. In general, trademark revocation occurs when a mark is not used in trade in goods and services. If the former owner still wants the same trademark rights, he/she must apply for trademark registration and go through the entire registration procedure. If the other party applies for the mark first, the old owner can object. If this effort fails, he can submit an annulment to the Commercial Court, cassation, and review.

Abstract

One of the issues that is currently surfacing is companies cutting workers' wages due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Actual wage deductions can be made in labor or wage regulations if they are based on: In accordance with the agreement between the employer and the worker and of course the applicable legal provisions. However, it is also true that many companies are cutting wages without workers' consent due to poor business conditions exacerbated by the pandemic. The survey method used in this research is a prescriptive law survey method, namely a survey that uses secondary information sources based on positive law in the field of employment as the main source of information. In the case that occurred at PT Y Bandung City, the company failed to fulfill the requirements and obligations to workers/laborers due to unilateral wage deductions. The way to reduce worker/labour wages during the Covid-19 pandemic was supposed to be with an agreement between the company and workers/labourers and it turned out that PT Y Bandung did not fulfill what was required of Law No.13. Mandate related to employment and Sekda No. 3 of 2020 mentions cutting wages during the Covid-19 pandemic and must be in line with the company's agreement.

Abstract

Indonesia as a democratic country cannot be separated from the voice of the people in running its government. Every Indonesian citizen has the right to vote and be elected as stipulated in Law Number 39 of 1999 concerning Human Rights. As a milestone in the embodiment of the principles of democracy, general elections to elect representatives of the people must be based on the voice of the people. In the general election process, it is not uncommon for errors to occur in determining the results of the vote acquisition results which can lead to a particular conflict. Taking into account the error in determining the results of the vote acquisition or what is commonly referred to as the General Election Result Dispute (PHPU), it is necessary to have a method of settlement that can be carried out by the Constitutional Court. In this case the author examines what is the authority of the Constitutional Court in resolving disputes over the Obtaining of General Election Results (PHPU) and regarding the procedures for resolving disputes over the Obtaining of General Election Results (PHPU) in accordance with existing laws and regulations.

Abstract

This study aims to provide an overview of the fading spirit of nationalism in the digital native generation due to the influence of westernization. The research method uses a qualitative and quantitative approach with a case study method that focuses on understanding the fading spirit of nationalism in the digital native generation due to the influence of westernization. The informants of this study were lecturers in the Social Sciences Education at the Indonesian University of Education and young people from the digital native generation using interview techniques. The phenomenon of westernization or imitating Western culture has developed massively in Indonesia. This is a threat to the fading of the spirit of nationalism in the digital native generation, due to the melting of Western culture with authentic Indonesian culture. The biggest agent in this phenomenon is the younger generation, especially the digital native generation who are friendly with technology. Love for the motherland is expected to be a shield for the swift currents of westernization brought about by globalization. The results of the study show that the younger generation already understands a sense of nationalism, namely love for the motherland, but they also reveal that westernization can affect the fading of the spirit of nationalism in the younger generation, especially the digital native generation, so there is a need for policies to deal with this problem from various parties.
