Abstract

Penelitian ini berjenis deskriptif kualitaitif, dengan pengumpulan data: observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil dari proses pelaksanaan dan evaluasi pembelajaran tari kreasi dendang ulak lia pada kegiatan esktrakurikuler di SMP Negeri 8 Lais Musi Banyuasin. Dengan rumusan masalah: Bagaimanakah Proses Pelaksanaan dan Evaluasi Pembelajaran Tari Kreasi Dendang Ulak Lia pada Kegiatan Ekstrakurikuler di SMP Negeri 8 Lais Musi Banyuasin. Sedangkan penelitian ini difokuskan pada pelaksanaan pembelajaran sampai ke hasil evaluasi dari pembelajaran ekstarkurikuler tari di SMP Negeri 8 Lais Musi Banyuasin. Pada tahap observasi peneliti menggunakan siswa dan pendidik sebagai subyek dalam penelitian ini, dan wawancara dilakukan pada pendidik dan siswa guna mendapatkan data yang diperlukan, pada tahap dokumentasi peneliti mendapatkan dokumen berupa program kerja ekstrakurikuler dan foto-foto saat pelaksanaan latihan ekstrakurikuler tari berlangsung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidik menggunakan tehnik wiraga, wirama, dan wirasa dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran ekstrakurikuler tari. Dengan hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa: Pada tahap evaluasi pendidik mengadakan tes unjuk kerja, yaitu praktik/memeragakan tari kreasi dendang ulak lia secara kelompok dikarenakan tarian ini ditarikan secara masal atau berkelompok. Nilai rata-rata yang dicapai siswa secara keseluruhan aspeknya sebanyak 10 orang siswa, terdiri dari 10 orang perempuan yaitu nilai rata-rata 82.2 yang dapat dikategorikan baik karena berada pada rentang nilai 80-100.

Abstract

The huge potential in the electronic commerce (e-commerce) business cannot be separated from the development of internet users and the growth of the internet in Indonesia. The forms and interactions of e-commerce business actors in Indonesia are divided into various types, Shopee is a type of Online Marketplace Provider (OMP) e-commerce, apart from the profits that can be obtained from online shopping, there are also risks that may occur when the wrong goods are sent by the wrong party. seller and delays in delivery of goods. This research was conducted on one of the Shopee marketplaces, namely the Trendy You Outfit store, whether the responsibilities implemented by the Shopee marketplace have been implemented by the Trendy You Outfit store. The aim of this thesis research is first, how to carry out Shopee's marketplace responsibilities. second, how to resolve disputes at the trendy you outfit shop. The type of research is sociological legal research, namely research carried out on actual conditions or real conditions that occur in society. This research uses primary data originating from field data and secondary data consisting of primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials. The data collection technique used in this research is using unstructured interview methods and literature review. This research uses qualitative methods, namely research procedures that produce descriptive data, namely what is stated in writing. The research results show that the implementation of responsibilities at the Trendy You Outfit store in the Shopee marketplace has not yet been implemented. As a consumer, in accordance with the provisions of law number 8 of 1999 concerning consumer protection, article 4 letters b and h, the right to receive compensation, compensation and/or replacement is explained if the goods and/or services received are not in accordance with the agreement or are not as they should be. There needs to be legal protection, both preventive and repressive, for consumers if the seller's responsibilities to consumers are not fulfilled. And experienced losses from the consumer side and losses from sellers which had the impact of reducing interest in purchasing goods.

Abstract

The advent of digital platforms like YouTube has significantly transformed the global news landscape, challenging the long-standing dominance of Western news agencies. Traditionally, global news dissemination has been controlled by a few major Western outlets, resulting in a skewed representation of non-Western perspectives. This paper explores how YouTube is democratizing global news flow by providing a platform for diverse voices, particularly from non-Western regions. Channels such as Al Jazeera, TRT World, CGTN, and others have gained prominence on YouTube, offering alternative viewpoints that enrich global narratives. The platform's algorithm-driven recommendations and ease of access have enabled these channels to reach wide audiences, often surpassing traditional media in viewership. However, YouTube's content moderation policies and the potential spread of misinformation present challenges that need addressing. Despite these issues, YouTube's role in facilitating real-time reporting, interactive engagement, and niche journalism marks a significant shift in how global news is consumed and produced. This paper argues that while YouTube has its limitations, its potential to transform global news flow by decentralizing control and enhancing the diversity of perspectives is undeniable. Further research is needed to fully understand its impact and to develop strategies for mitigating its challenges.

Abstract

The research was carried out in the village of Makmur, Kerinci base district of Pelalawan. This research aims to analyze any factors that are significantly related to the participation of farmers in the implementation of the People's Sawit Rejuvenation (PSR) program in the village of Makmur, Kerinci Base district of Pelalawan. The sampling method used in this study is using simple random samplings. The data analysis used in this study is the Spearman Rank correlation test to measure the degree or intensity of the relationship between two variables, the free variable and the bound variable. The results of the research showed that there was a significant relationship between the factors of land size, income, motivation, experience, capital assistance and availability of means of production with the participation of farmers in the implementation of the People's Sawit Rejuvenation (PSR) program in the village of Makmur, Kerinci district. There is a need for increased participation of farmers through agricultural development to improve the capacity in palm coconut rejuvenation activities in the village of Makmur at the Kerinci Base district of Pelalawan, so that it can improve the value of palm farmers' use and it is necessary to monitor and evaluate the accompanying forces continuously so that there are no deviations in the program, so the People's Sawit Rejuvenate (PSR) program can continue for other farmers.

Abstract

The development of information technology has influenced the use of various types of media, as a tool in the learning process. So teachers are expected to be able to use these tools or equipment effectively classroom learning. In this article, we design teaching media or applications for English subjects. This teaching media is designed using the Microsoft Visual Studio 2022/VB.Net programming language with Past Tense subject matter. The aim of this teaching media design is to increase students' understanding through a visual and interactive approach. This application provides a menu including simple past tense, past continuous tense, past perfect tense, past perfect continuous tense, and is equipped with quiz questions. With this, it is hoped that students will be more involved in the learning process so that they can master the use of past tense effectively and have fun.

Abstract

Copyright violations in the digital technology industry in Indonesia have a significant impact on the development of innovation and company growth. Law no. 28 of 2014 concerning Copyright functions as a legal framework to protect copyrighted works in the technology sector, but copyright lawsuits often pose challenges for companies, especially startups, in innovating. Excessive or misused lawsuits can create barriers to competition and slow the pace of technological innovation. On the other hand, copyright protection remains important to maintain justice for technology creators. Dispute resolution through litigation and non-litigation channels, including mediation and arbitration, provides alternatives for the parties involved. The litigation route, although offering legal certainty, is often considered slow and expensive. In contrast, non-litigation settlement is more flexible, fast and economical. Both of these mechanisms are regulated by applicable law in Indonesia and allow parties to choose the resolution that best suits their needs. It is important for technology companies to consider effective dispute resolution strategies so that innovation can continue to develop without excessive obstacles.

Abstract

This study aims to uncover the phenomenon of love-bombing and how it triggers liminality in victims, as well as analyze the love-bombing process experienced by men and women on social media. This study also explores the differences in psychological impacts after love-bombing on both genders, especially among teenagers and young adults in the context of Indonesian urban culture. The method used is qualitative with a virtual ethnography approach, which allows the author to understand cultural phenomena in online spaces, especially on platforms such as WhatsApp and TikTok. Data collection techniques include participant observation, in-depth interviews, literature studies, and digital data archiving. The results of the study show that victims of love-bombing, both men and women, receive excessive attention from the perpetrators who aim to gain control over the victim or simply overcome their boredom. Love-bombing causes profound psychological impacts: men experience trauma and decreased self-esteem, while women face a long recovery process to rebuild independence. The liminality phase is characterized by changes in the perpetrator's behavior that create confusion and uncertainty, making men feel lost and women experience emotional dependence.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of the Ice Breaking technique on the learning motivation of class V B students at SD Negeri 94 Pekanbaru. This research uses a type of quantitative research with a pre-experimental design, which is one of the research techniques that can be used to determine the impact of exclusive treatment on other people in a regulated environment, namely experimental research. This research was carried out at SD Negeri 94 Pekanbaru. This research was carried out on class V B students, totaling 32 students. The results of the research show a relationship between the application of ice breaking and student learning motivation, namely Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, with the ice breaking variable (X) and the learning motivation variable (Y) having a significance value of 0.001 with a value of 0.05.

Abstract

The revocation of citizenship for terrorism convicts is a complex and controversial issue in Indonesia. The philosophical foundation for this action involves considerations of national security, the protection of human rights, and adherence to the principles of the rule of law. The revocation of citizenship for terrorism convicts is based on the interest of national security. The government believes that by stripping them of their citizenship, they lose access to resources and support that can be used to continue terrorist activities. This step is taken to reduce the threat to national security and society. However, the revocation of citizenship also raises questions regarding human rights. Basic rights of individuals, including the right to citizenship, are guaranteed by various human rights instruments adopted by Indonesia, such as the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the Human Rights Law. The government's responsibility in protecting the citizenship rights of terrorism convicts encompasses several aspects. First, the government must ensure that the revocation of citizenship is based on valid and convincing evidence and carried out through a fair and transparent legal process. The government should also ensure that terrorism convicts who lose their citizenship still have access to humane treatment and rights guaranteed by international law. They should not become stateless or be deprived of basic rights necessary for a decent life. Overall, the revocation of citizenship for terrorism convicts in Indonesia involves complex considerations between national security and the protection of human rights. The government has a crucial responsibility to maintain a balance between these aspects, ensuring that actions taken are in accordance with the principles of the rule of law and do not violate fundamental rights.

Abstract

Disability is developmental or developmental. Disability is characterized by significant limitations in intellectual functioning and adaptability. Children with developmental disabilities are children whose intellectual and cognitive abilities are below average. Such conditions can occur when the baby is in the womb or during childbirth, and can also occur in babies after birth. Many parties have revoked the right to vote for disabled people because the  reason is  that they are not considered "qualified" enough. make decisions, especially for persons with intellectual disabilities commonly known as "mentally retarded. The purpose of this writing is to find out whether persons with intellectual disabilities deserve their right to vote, and what are the requirements for the participation of persons with intellectual disabilities in elections. This research method uses a normative juridical method based on space the scope of the Government's role in protecting the rights of persons with disabilities, especially persons with intellectual disabilities in the holding of elections.
