Abstract

This research aims does emotional intelligence affect work ethos .The population in this research are 44 employees at PT. Bussan Auto Finance Medan. While the samples submitted is 44 employees at PT. Bussan Auto Finance Medan. To discuss the problems it is done data collection library and field research. The results Data collection was done by analysis statistical methods using data processing via SPSS. It’s found that the determination coefficient R square 0,118 which in this case, 11.8% of the companys work ethic can be explained by variables emotional intelligence. While the rest explained by the other reasons. This means that approximately 11.56% of variable Y is the work ethic can be explained by X in this case emotional intelligence. So 88.44% is not examined. Company should conduct an evaluation and replacement of the order of intelligence the emotional well-working tools and appropriate spatial planning work with the development of technology jobs such as the use of tools workshop were replaced with new ones. In addition to evaluating tools office work, the company should also make improvements to human resources company by way of education and training in accordance with the new technology so they can use it effectively.Keywords: Emotional Intelligence, Work Ethos

Abstract

Indonesian Sustainable Palm Oil (ISPO) merupakan lembaga sertifikasi kelapa sawit yang akan memberikan standar kualitas produk-produk minyak sawit. Sertifikat ISPO wajib dimiliki setiap produsen minyak sawit dan turunannya di wilayah Indonesia. Proses sertifikasi sangat berat dan pekebun secara individual menghadapi berbagai kendala. Perguruan Tinggi sebagai institusi pendidikan khususnya Jurusan Agribisnis Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Riau memiliki peran penting dalam mendukung pemahaman pekebun kelapa sawit terhadap sertifikasi ISPO. Maka berdasarkan kondisi ini dilakukan kegiatan Pelatihan Pengenalan Indonesian Sustainable Palm Oil (ISPO) bagi Alumni Jurusan Agribisnis Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Riau untuk Mendukung Pengembangan Perkebunan Kelapa Sawit Berkelanjutan. Hasil perbandingan pre-test dan post-test pada pelatihan ISPO menunjukkan peningkatan persentase pemahaman peserta. Setelah pemaparan materi pelatihan, 100 persen peserta menyatakan telah memahami ISPO yang meningkat dari sebelum pelatihan 81 persen, dan 59 persen memahami konsep, prinsip dan penerapan ISPO dalam pembangunan perkebunan kelapa sawit berkelanjutan yang meningkat dari sebelum pelatihan nol persen.

Abstract

The conversion of rubber trees to oil palm is a collaborative effort by smallholders affiliated with the Wisma Tani KUD and PTPN V. The collaboration exists to help smallholders who are struggling to get funding to convert rubber plants to oil palm. The purpose of this research is to identify the characteristics of smallholders who took part in the conversion of rubber plants to oil palm at Wisma Tani KUD Rokan Hulu Regency. Understanding the extent of smallholder engagement in the implementation of rubber to oil palm conversion activities at Wisma Tani KUD Rokan Hulu Regency. Understanding the impact of smallholder characteristics on smallholder participation in the implementation of rubber to oil palm conversion operations at Wisma Tani Hulu Regency KUD Rokan. This study used cluster random sampling and was done in Hot Water Village, Pendalian IV Koto District, Rokan Hulu Regency, with a sample of 40 respondents. Descriptive statistical analysis and multiple regression analysis were employed. According to the findings of this study, smallholder participation in the planning stage is high, medium in the execution stage, high in the evaluation stage, and high in the exploitation of results. Education and land area have a substantial effect on smallholder involvement, whereas age, experience, and income have no significant effect on smallholder participation.

Abstract

The research was carried out in the village of Makmur, Kerinci base district of Pelalawan. This research aims to analyze any factors that are significantly related to the participation of farmers in the implementation of the People's Sawit Rejuvenation (PSR) program in the village of Makmur, Kerinci Base district of Pelalawan. The sampling method used in this study is using simple random samplings. The data analysis used in this study is the Spearman Rank correlation test to measure the degree or intensity of the relationship between two variables, the free variable and the bound variable. The results of the research showed that there was a significant relationship between the factors of land size, income, motivation, experience, capital assistance and availability of means of production with the participation of farmers in the implementation of the People's Sawit Rejuvenation (PSR) program in the village of Makmur, Kerinci district. There is a need for increased participation of farmers through agricultural development to improve the capacity in palm coconut rejuvenation activities in the village of Makmur at the Kerinci Base district of Pelalawan, so that it can improve the value of palm farmers' use and it is necessary to monitor and evaluate the accompanying forces continuously so that there are no deviations in the program, so the People's Sawit Rejuvenate (PSR) program can continue for other farmers.

Abstract

For farmers and their families, agricultural extension serves as informal education. Through extension activities, agricultural extension workers are expected to improve human resources in agriculture and also provide infrastructure and facilities for farmers. The function of extension workers in building farmer groups has an impact on the level of development of these groups. This study aims to determine how the influence of the role of extension workers on the development of horticultural farmer groups in Kuantan Mudik District. This research was conducted in Kuantan Mudik District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. All horticultural farmer groups in Kuantan Mudik District became the study population. Sampling was done with multi-stage random sampling technique and obtained as many as 60 respondent farmers calculated using the Slovin formula. Interview-based survey is the research methodology used. Data were analyzed by Structural Equation Model (SEM) using SmartPLS and descriptive analysis. The results showed that the role of extension agents consisting of facilitators, innovators, motivators, dynamicators, educators, and consultants had a positive and significant effect on the development of horticultural farmer groups which included routine activities and division of tasks, adequate facilities, farming experience, group norms and rules, and group achievement. The R Square value of 0.719 or 71.9% indicates that 71.9% of farmer group development is influenced by the role of extension agents, and the remaining 28.1% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

Penyuluhan budidaya tanaman hidroponik di DesaRambah Tengah Hilir, Kecamatan Rambah, Kabupaten Rokan Hulu, bertujuan untuk meningkatkan ketahanan pangan masyarakat setempat. Metode hidroponik dipilih karena efisien dalam penggunaan lahan dan air, serta mampu menghasilkan tanaman berkualitas tinggi dalam waktu yang relatif singkat. Kegiatan ini melibatkan pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada warga desa mengenai teknik budidaya tanaman hidroponik, mulai dari persiapan media tanam hingga panen. Hasil penyuluhan menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam budidaya tanaman hidroponik, yang berpotensi memperkuat ketahanan pangan dan kesejahteraan ekonomi warga Desa Rambah Tengah Hilir. Selain itu, metode ini juga diharapkan dapat menjadi alternatif bagi masyarakat dalam menghadapi tantangan perubahan iklim dan keterbatasan lahan pertanian.

Abstract

The banking sector distributes agricultural credit programs, namely KUR, which are given to laying hen breeders. One of the factors that determine the level of success and quality of the company is the company's ability to provide quality service to its customers so that there are no complaints about the services provided by bank employees. This study aims to analyze the perceptions of farmers on KUR people's business credit services at Bank Nagari Lintau Buo Utara, Tanah Datar Regency. The population in this study were all customers of laying ayan farmers with a total of 32 people. Data analysis using descriptive analysis, to determine the level of perceptions and expectations is a Cartesian diagram while the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) is to determine the level of customer satisfaction with services at Bank Nagari. The results showed that perceptions and expectations using cartesian diagrams and the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method of farmers towards KUR services were classified as very satisfied, namely 89.55% related to the five variables studied, namely physical evidence (tangibles), reliability (reliability), responsiveness (responsive). assurance, and care (empathy). While the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method needs to be improved because there is still 10.45% unmet satisfaction found in quadrant I, namely, laying hen farmers have high expectations while satisfaction is low.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kompetensi Auditor Internal, Dukungan Auditee dan Hubungan Auditor Internal Dan Eksternal terhadap Efektivitas Audit Internal pada Inspektorat Daerah Provinsi Riau. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data kuisioner, dokumentasi dan studi kepustakaan, dengan teknik nalisis data Regresi Berganda. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai auditor fungsional internal yang bekerja di kantor Inspektorat Daerah Provinsi Riau yang berjumlah 53 orang. Pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh atau sensus, sehingga sampel yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 42 auditor internal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kompetensi Auditor Internal dan Dukungan Auditee berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Efektivitas Audit Internal secara partial, sedangkan Hubungan Auditor Internal dan Eksternal tidak berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap Efektivitas Audit Internal. Berdasarkan uji F, disimpulkan bahwa Kompetensi Auditor Internal, Dukungan Auditee, dan Hubungan Auditor Internal Dan Eksternal secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Efektivitas Audit Internal. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian Koefisien Determinasi (R2) sebesar 73,5% variabel Efektivitas Audit Internal dipengaruhi oleh Komptensi Auditor Internal, Dukungan Auditee dan Hubungan Auditor Internal Dan Eksternal, sedangkan sisanya 26,5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Industri pariwisata telah menjadi salah satu sektor penting pembangunan nasional. Di Indonesia, sektor ini telah tumbuh pesat sebagai penyumbang pertumbuhan ekonomi regional dan sumber devisa. Salah satu bidang pariwisata adalah pariwisata alam, yaitu segala sesuatu yang berhubungan dengan wisata alam.  Kecamatan Rambah di Kabupaten Rokan Hulu yang memiliki wilayah pegunungan dengan 2 sungai besar yang melintasinya memiliki core competance (unggulan) daerah sebagai daerah agrowisata dalam arti luas, namun belum mendapat pengelolaan dari masyarakat. Hal ini karena pengetahuan masyarakat yang minim terhadap pengelolaan kawasan wisata alam. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan urutan metode sebagai berikut: observasi,  wawancara, ceramah dan diskusi serta pelaksanaan promosi menggunakan baliho dan video YouTube. Materi ceramah dan diskusi terkait penyadaran untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang agrowisata berbasis alam, serta melaksanakan promosi. Diakhir kegiatan diukur peningkatan pemahaman peserta tentang materi yang diberikan. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini nantinya adalah terjadi peningkatan kemampuan peserta terkait kawasan wisata alam, serta dilaksanakannya promosi menggunakan baliho dan YouTube.

Abstract

This research aims to find out 1) the characteristics of tofu and oil palm growers, 2) the perception of oil palm growers towards the available tofu and 3) the level of importance and the level of trust of oil palm growers. The method used is the survey method. The sample in this research is 30 oil palm farmers and 3 tofu people. The analysis technique used is qualitative descriptive, which is measured by likert scale and cartesian diagram. The result is that all oil palm farmers are of productive age, educated at the basic level, belong to medium families, the production of fresh fruit marks/month is less, regional minimum wage income, production is classified as medium, enough experienced, land area is relatively large. All people are of productive age, have secondary education, have experience, earn above the regional minimum wage, have a high level of production, and have a large number of dependents. Farmers trust touke as a helper for farmers in terms of marketing their agricultural products, with the highest level of trust especially the touke's willingness to give loans and owe saprodi, the lowest being a relationship of intimacy. The level of importance and the level of trust of oil palm growers in the main priority is the price, the attribute that must be maintained is to provide loans. Attributes that are low priority are keeping promises, close relationships, suggestions from friends and family relationships. Then the excessive indicator is the attribute of familiarity and advice from friends.
