Bagaimana pun Jardiknas memang diadakan sebagai jurnal pembelajaran bagi penulis, penerbit, reviewer, maupun editor. Abstract

Penelitian tindakan kelas ini berjudul “upaya meningkatkan sikap sopan santun berbicara peserta didik kelas ix smp negeri 2 pontianak melalui layanan bimbingan kelompok” penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilaksanakan berdasarkan hasil observasi pra siklus yang menunjukan bahwa terdapat peserta didik yang masih memiliki sopan santun berbicara yang kurang baik seperti berbicara lantang atau keras, menyela pembicaraan dan penggunaan bahasa yang baik dan benar. Dari jumlah 31 peserta didik hanya 6 orang yang memiliki sopan santun berbicara baik, peserta didik yang memiliki sopan berbicara cukup baik berjumlah 15 orang dan peserta didik yang memiliki sopan santun berbicara rendah berjumlah 10 orang adapun sampel yang diberikan layanan bimbingan kelompok berjumlah 10 orang peserta didik yang memiliki sopan santun berbicara rendah. Adapun aspek yang dinilai dalam setiap siklus antara lain: Berbicara lantang atau keras, menyela pembicaraan dan Penggunaan bahasa yang baik dan benar. Pada siklus 1 pertemuan1 peneliti menyampaikan materi tentang sopan santun berbicara persentase dari keseluruhan aspek ini adalah 31 % dan dikategorikan kurang baik. Siklus 1 pertemuan 2 peneliti meberikan materi tentang tata krama dengan persentase dari keseluruhan aspek ini adalah 39 % dan dikategorikan cukup baik. Pada pertemuan ini setiap aspek mengalami peningkatan skor yang diperoleh disetiap aspek. Siklus 2 pertemuan 1 peneliti memberikan materi berupa video tentang sopan santun berbicara dengan persentase dari keseluruhan aspek ini adalah 43% dan dikategorikan cukup baik. Siklus 2 pertemuan 2 peneliti memberikan materi berupa audio percakapan tentang sopan santun berbicara dengan persentase dari keseluruhan aspek ini adalah 53% dan dikategorikan cukup baik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa melalui metode STAD merupakan salah satu tipe kooperatif yang menekankan pada adanya aktivitas dan interaksi diantara siswa untuk saling memotivasi dan saling membantu dalam menguasai materi pelajaran guna mencapai prestasi yang maksimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan Kelas IX SMPN 13 Pontianak tahun pelajaran 2022/2023. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas belajar dan hasil belajar siswa meningkat setiap siklusnya berdasarkan hasil analisis, menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar siswa yang selalu meningkat setiap siklusnya yaitu, pada tahap prasiklus menunjukan bahwa dari 31 siswa Kelas IX terdapat 19 siswa atau 61% tidak lulus atau tidak mencapai nilai KKM 77 sedangkan, sebanyak 12 siswa atau 39% lulus atau mencapai KKM dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 71.93. Pada siklus I mengalami peningkatan dengan yang ditunjukan dengan jumlah siswa yang tuntas belajar atau mencapai nilai KKM sebanyak 20 siswa atau 65% sedangkan, yang tidak lulus sebanyak 11 siswa atau 35% dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 79,51. Selanjutnya pada siklus II menunjukan bahwa dari 31 siswa, yang lulus sebanyak 29 atau 94%, sedangkan yang tidak lulus sebanyak 2 siswa atau 6% dengan rata-rata hasil belajar 84,83. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar mata pelajaran PKn siswa Kelas IX SMPN 13 Pontianak Tahun Pelajaran 2022/2023.

Abstract

Kepemimpinan pembelajaran kepala sekolah merupakan salah satu faktor yang dapat mendorong sekolah untuk dapat mewujudkan visi, misi, tujuan, dan sasaran sekolahnya melalui program-program yang dilaksanakan secara terencana dan bertahap. Kepala sekolah sebagai manajer, dituntut menjaga kedisiplinan guru dalam melaksanakan tugas untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan guna merespon cepatnya perubahan yang terjadi. Penelitian tindakan sekolah ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan disiplin guru SMP Negeri 13 Pontianak dalam melaksanakan tugas di sekolah melalui Pembinaan Berkelanjutan. Tingkat Disiplin Mengajar (TDM) berbanding lurus dengan jumlah Hari Belajar Efektif (HBE) dan berbanding terbalik dengan jumlah Frekuensi Ketidak hadiran Mengajar (FKM). Semakin banyak HBE maka semakin tinggi TDM, dan semakin besar FKM maka semakin kecil TDM nya. TDM pada siklus pertama sebesar 40% dan siklus kedua sebesar 60% sehingga TDM guru naik sebesar 20% dari jumlah guru yang diberikan pembinaan berkelanjutana.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Upaya Meningkatkan Aktivitas Belajar peserta Didik KelasIX H Pada Mata Pelajaran IPS Melalui Model Pembelajaran Problem BasedLearning Di SMP Negeri 2 Pontianak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan aktivitas belajar peserta didik dengan menggunakan Model Pembelajaran Problem Based Learning. Subyek penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas IX H SMP N 2 Pontianak tahun pelajaran 2022/2023 yang terdiri atas 33 peserta didik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Tindakan kelas yang dilakukan dalam dua siklus. Teknik pengumpulan datanya dengan observasi aktivitas pembelajaran dan observasi Guru. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan persentase. Dari hasil analisis data menunjukkan Peningkatan Aktivitas Belajar PesertaDidik setelah penerapan Model Pembelajaran Problem Based Learning di kelas IXH SMP N 2 Pontianak Hal ini dapat terlihat dari aktivitas belajar IPS Peserta Didik meningkat sebesar 26,8%. Berdasarkan data rata-rata persentase aktivitas belajar IPS peserta didik pada siklus I sebesar 55,2%, sedangkan pada rata-rata persentase aktivitas belajar IPS peserta didik pada siklus II sebesar 82%, hal ini dilihat dari peserta didik yang awalnya pasif menjadi aktif.. Dari pelaksanaan PTKsiklus I dan siklus II dapat disimpulkan Model Pembelajaran Problem Based Learning dapat meningkatkan aktivitas belajar IPS peserta didik pada mata pelajaran IPS di kelas IX H SMP N 2 Pontianak tahun pelajaran 2022/2023.

Abstract

Application of the Direct Instruction Learning Model to Improve the Performance of Class VIII and IX Teachers in Preparing RPPs at SMP Negeri 25 Pontianak. School Action Research. Pontianak: SMP Negeri 25 Pontianak, 2022. This research aims to improve the ability of class IX teachers in preparing lesson plans using the 2013 curriculum as many as 12 teachers at SMP Negeri 25 Pontianak using the Direct Instruction learning model. This school action research was carried out in two cycles. The steps of each cycle include planning, action, observation, and reflection. The participants are class IX teachers who teach using the 2013 curriculum at SMP Negeri 25 Pontianak for the 2023/2024 academic year and the principal of SMP Negeri 29 as collaborators. Data was obtained through observation, field notes and tests. The validity of the data was attempted by triangulation. Qualitative data is analyzed through data reduction, data presentation and verification, while quantitative data is analyzed descriptively by calculating the percentage of test results. The results of this research show that the use of the Direct Instruction learning model in preparing lesson plans shows increased results, which are indicated by increased self-confidence, a pleasant and relaxed learning atmosphere, learning motivation, and the teacher's ability to prepare lesson plans increases. In cycle II it increased again to 10 teachers (83.3%). Meanwhile, the average test score was 58.25 in the pre-cycle, increasing to 62.5 in cycle I and increasing even more in cycle II, amounting to 65.5. This is evidenced by the increasing ability of teachers in preparing lesson plans from 3 people (25%) who completed it in the precycle, increasing to 8 people (66.6%) in the first cycle.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to find out the importance of the STEM approach in learning Indonesian and explain the implementation of STEM in improving critical thinking skills at SMP Negeri 13 Surakarta. This research is a qualitative descriptive research, which describes the importance of developing a STEM approach. The subjects in this research were teachers and students of class VII A of SMP Negeri 13 Surakarta. Meanwhile, the object of this research is the application of the STEM approach to procedural text material. Based on the results of this research, the role of the STEM approach is to provide contextual learning, requiring students and teachers to work together to solve a problem using real innovation that can be realized in the form of thoughts or media. Students become more active in learning, have an increased sense of wanting to help each other, are more confident, and are able to respect others and themselves. Our first application of STEM was that the teacher presented teaching material using power point media. Second, the teacher asks students what they know about procedural texts from the media. Third, the teacher displays procedural text material including the meaning, purpose, elements, types and linguistic characteristics of procedural texts. Fourth, the teacher gives students the opportunity to come forward to explain the structure of the procedural text. Fifth, the teacher explains the steps for compiling procedural texts. Sixth, students discuss in groups to write procedure texts and present their group results.

Abstract

There are some problems in the learning process that indicate a lack of connection between the components of learning objectives, learning experience, and evaluation. Understanding by Design becomes a solution to overcome the lack of connection between the components. Understanding by Design adopts backward design which begins with determining learning objectives. The next stage is determining assessments aligned with the previously determined learning objectives. The final step is designing learning activities which must be aligned with the learning objectives. Therefore, the components of learning, learning objectives, learning experience, and evaluation, in Understanding by Design are interrelated with one another. The purpose of this research is to analyze lesson plan development using Understanding by Design in teaching report text in the English lesson for 11th grade of SMK Negeri 2. This study used a qualitative approach using a case study method. Data collection was carried out through observation and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the development of the English lesson plan at SMK Negeri 2 Surakarta is in accordance with the Understanding by Design approach, which can be implemented by identifying desired outcomes, identifying evidence for assessment, and planning the learning process. The Understanding by Design approach, using backward design, assists teachers in developing lesson plans with interrelated components.

Abstract

Writing is an aspect in language skill that should be mastered well by every student. Writing is the main skill that is fundamental for every student in memorizing and explaining the knowledge and insights that they gain. In the academic field, writing has even become a benchmark for assessing and evaluating the achievement of learning outcomes. However, in practice there are a few students who have quite low writing skills. The teacher's role in providing a learning space that develops writing skills is very necessary. This research provides an in-depth analysis of the DIY (Do It Yourself) learning model which can help students in writing skills, especially in writing procedural texts. Creating a procedure text must be coherent, clear and effective so that readers can follow the steps correctly. Therefore, students are required to be able to write procedural texts well and correctly according to the structures and language features. This research used a qualitative descriptive analysis method based on case studies. The research objects were class VII C students at SMP N 4 Surakarta. The result of this study shows the DIY (Do It Yourself) learning model can help the students to write procedural texts easily using project based learning

Abstract

Methods are the key to achieving progress and sustainable development in a society. However, the challenge of accessing quality education remains a global problem, especially in less developed regions. In an attempt to address this problem, the concept of ESBN (Educational Serial Book Number) has emerged as a potential solution. ESBN is a serial numbering system applied to educational materials, allowing education managers to more effectively record, track, and monitor educational resources. This paper presents an overview of the concept, implementation, impact, and benefits of using ESBNs in improving accessibility and quality of education. Through the analysis of ESBN concepts, we explain how ESBN can improve the accessibility of education by facilitating a more equitable distribution of educational materials and easier online access. We are also exploring the impact of using ESBNs on the quality of educational materials through more effective monitoring and evaluation. By implementing the ESBN concept effectively, it is expected to create a more inclusive, measurable, and quality educational environment for all individuals, thus encouraging the achievement of sustainable development goals in the field of education.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of using the ice breaking technique in enhancing motivation and performance of seventh-grade students in learning Indonesian language at SMP Negeri 13 Surakarta. Data collection methods employed include observation and documentation. Observation was actively conducted by the researcher to monitor the learning process and the utilization of ice breaking by teachers. Documentation techniques such as questionnaires, tests, field notes, and observation sheets were utilized to monitor students' learning motivation and the implementation of ice breaking. Data analysis was conducted both qualitative and quantitative. The subjects of the study included seventh-grade students and teachers implementing ice breaking. The research findings indicate a significant improvement in students' learning motivation following the implementation of ice breaking. In the first cycle, only 20 out of 45 students achieved high motivation scores, whereas in the second cycle, 90% of students attained very high motivation scores. The average student motivation score also increased to 84 in the second cycle. Ice breaking has brought about positive effects by enhancing students' enthusiasm and concentration, consequently improving their learning performance.
