Abstract

This research is inspired from thought of the importance of internal control of production process tomaintain quality. Internal control has an important role in maintaining the fluency operation of company so thatit runs in accordance with the appointed objectives. Internal controls are carried out to reduce misappropriationand to make employees conform with established regulations. Without internal control the company's operationalactivities will not run well and it is possible for misappropriation in its activities. The purpose of this study wasto determine how the production process control system is used in PT Manunggal Indowood Investindo.This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study. The data obtained by the author uses observationtechniques, interview techniques, and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique is descriptiveanalysis using qualitative approach.From the research data obtained by researcher in PT. Manunggal Indowood Investindo, the researcherfound the problem that occurs in the log to rotary section which is there is only one form and only that formcontains information on the date of the wood when it was come, the type of wood, the diagonal wood and thelength of the wood. And it might make a problems, problems that appear when the process immersion woods didnot reach one night. If it is not done overnight, the wood may still be dry and when the rotary part will break, andthe sap that has not been lost can cause dirt on the veneer.From results of theresearch and from the data obtained above the researcher tries to give advice to do1. Making a new form of internal control system, 2. The rotary section makes a request for issuing raw materialsto the log, then the log makes a raw material release form for turned over in the rotary section, 3. Abstract

Policy changes made by the government in the area of population services are aimed at achieving orderly populationmanagement. It plays an important role in government management and development. We support the implementationof SIAK in the population and citizen registration departments of Malang City and provide online services based onthe SmartNetizen application aimed at providing higher quality services to the community.This study aims to determine and analyze policy implementations for online service applications based on the SmartNetizen application of Malang City's Population and Citizen Registration Department. This study uses qualitativeresearch, collects data through interviews and documentation, analyzes the data using qualitative analysis, and usesqualitative analysis from Milles, Huberman, and Saldana's interactive analysis models. And investigate the purposeof the investigation. Find the problem and find the solution to the existing problem according to (2014).The results of the survey prove that applications for Smart Netizen application-based online services are supportedby the provision of an online web that is accessible 24 hours a day throughout the community. This service containsa variety of information that may be required in connection with the services available at the agency. You will find that it has a positive impact on service activities, such as the availability of necessary information related to thevarious purposes specified in the service, which can be accessed by the various applications used by netizens. Themechanism is believed to be unclear as the application for online services based on the Smart Netizen Applicationconducted by the City of Malang's Population and Citizen Registration Office is not supported by completeinformation such as population management systems and procedures. gain. Since the application for online servicesbased on the smart netizen application conducted by the Population and Citizen Registration Bureau of the city ofMalang has not yet spread to the community at the RT level, the system and procedure service for implementing theonline based on the smart netizen application is available. Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of influence of the service quality dimensions, which consist ofreliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangible, on consumer satisfaction at the Revolution Cyber Cafecafe, which we will briefly describe as RVN in Malang,In this study using Umar's theory, the type of research is explanatory. The research location is on JalanBungur Malang. The population in this study is all customers who come and use the services of the RevolutionCyber Café (RVN) internet cafe. While the sample in this study amounted to 75 customers who came. whencarrying out this research. While the sampling technique using purpose sampling. In analyzing the data, the methodused in this study used a descriptive method and was assisted by the SPSS 20 softwareThe conclusion of this study is that there is a discrepancy between customer expectations and performanceat the internet cafe Revolution Cyber Café (RVN) Malang. There are still many items of service performance thatare lower than customer expectations, so that in general the RVN cafe still needs to evaluate performance and makeimprovements to its existing performance.Keywords: Service quality

Abstract

Currently, the local government policy, especially for the Manokwari Regency Government, is to maintainpublic order and public peace. As a commitment and consequence of the implementation of Government affairs fromthe Central Government, namely regarding one of the legal products in Regional Regulation Number 5 of 2006,concerning Policies for Supervision and Control of the Circulation of Alcoholic Drinks. Due to the development ofManokwari Regency, currently there are many criminal acts that originate from the influence of alcoholic beveragesincluding fights that take the form of persecution and domestic violence, as well as commotions that cause no peacein the population.The purpose of this study is to find out more about the Evaluation Process of the Prohibition of Importation,Storage, Distribution, and Sales and Production of Alcoholic Beverages in an Effort to Maintain the Preservation of Regional Civilized Culture in Manokwari Regency, and also to find out what are the causes or obstacles in theEvaluation process. The policy is through a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach with datacollection techniques through interviews, observation, documentation and focus discussions. Because alcohol is aprotoplasmic toxin that has a depressant effect on the nervous system, which causes a person to lose consciousnessand the ability to control himself physically, psychologically and socially, therefore policy evaluation has the task ofdetermining what consequences a policy will bring. by describing the impact and assessing the success or failure of apolicy based on predetermined standards or criteria.The policy is made so that the legal basis for the existence of a policy can be expressed as what theGovernment does to do something, whether it is an investigation of the results of a policy which is likely to show thatthe policy is in fact very different from what is implied in the policy statements, because The people of ManokwariRegency hope that with the existence of these regulations, the policies that have been made in Law Number 05 of2006, can be implemented properly, in terms of the Prohibition of Importation, Storage, Distribution, and Sales andProduction of Alcoholic Beverages in Manokwari Regency.Keywords: Policy Evaluation, Prohibition, Importation, Distribution and Production of Alcoholic Beverages,Cultural Conservation.

Abstract

The tourism sector is currently a promising prima donna, for that with the authority possessed bythe region it can make local tourism potential as profitable economic and financial sources. In thedevelopment of tourism, elements involved in it are needed, namely the government itself, the privatesector and the local tourism-aware community. To realize regional independence in development and takecare of their own household, local governments must explore financial sources that exist in the region.One of them is exploring the potential of regional tourism because it is considered the most potentialfactor to contribute to PAD. In the Master Plan for Tourism Development of East Manggarai Regency for2015-2025, it aims to, among others, build regional tourism destinations with a cultural perspective,development of tourism infrastructure, tourism marketing efforts as an effort to foster interest in travelingthat is built in an integrated manner between the government, the business world and the community.From these efforts, finally regional income will get results in the form of increasing Regional OriginalIncome, and the East Manggarai area will be known outside the region and even allow it to be knownoutside the island and even outside the country of Indonesia.Keywords: Policy Formulation, Increasing Regional Original Income

Abstract

This research aims to know the leadership style of doing and the effectiveness of theleadership style in improving well-being and work motivation in pt indo indo gift of work. The typeof research used in the study is a qualitative approach using primary and secondary data sources. Thedata analysis technique on this study is a descriptive analysis of the presentation. Abstract

All coordinated activities to achieve the main goal of a company, one of with the internal control system.The internal control system includes the organizational structure, the procedure, the measurement arecoordinated to keep organization`s wealth, check the precision and the realibility of accounting data,as well as stimulate the efficiency and comply with management policy. This research focused on theinternal control system analysi of inventory on KPRI State University Of Malang.In conducting this research, author uses collecting data method such as interview, observation, and thenanalyze use literature study, as well as using the method of documentation. This research based oninventory accounting system theory. Inventoryaccounting system can be explained by flowchart.Based on result, it can be concluded that the system exist in KPRI State University Of Malang is stillhaving weakness. They are double assignment in the organization system,the minimum document andinformation system used in KPRI State University Of Malang. The aim of this research to analyzeapplication of the internal control system of inventoryon KPRI. This analysis do to solve problemoccurred on KPRI, so this research canminimize errors against application of the internal controlsystem of inventory

Abstract

The Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) is a Regional People's Representative Institutiondomiciled in the Province and Regency/City. In carrying out its functions, DPRD requires assistance from theDPRD Secretariat, another element of administrative service and providing support to DPRD. The Administrationand Personnel Sub-Section are one of the Sub-Sections in Batu City DPRD Secretariat who has the task ofpreparing correspondence and materials for increasing the capacity of human resources of the DPRD Secretariatand members of the Batu City DPRD.The purpose of this study was to find out the duties and functions of the Sub-Division of Administrationand Personnel in supporting the job of the DPRD Batu City and find out what factors were hindering theimplementation of these tasks. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research type. In this study, the primarydata are collected through interviews when the secondary data was through documentation. The informants ofthis study consisted of two subjects, namely the Head of the Sub-Division of Administration and Personnel andthe General Staff and Finance. The data collected were analyzed using a qualitative analysis of the interactivemodel developed by Milles and Huberman in Sugiyono (2019: 322).The results of this study show the main tasks and functions of the Administrative and Personnel SubSection in supporting the job of the Batu City DPRD are preparing materials for coordinating the managementof correspondence, official documents and preparing policy materials for increasing the capacity of humanresources of the DPRD Secretariat and DPRD leaders. The implementations of these tasks have been going well because every employee already understands and has expertise in carrying out the assigned tasks. In carrying outthe duty of supporting the function of the DPRD, there are several obstacles encountered, namely the limitedskilled human resources and the lack of infrastructure.Keywords: Main task and funstions, Sub-Section Administration and Personel, DPRD Function.

Abstract

This study was conducted by researchers to analyze the effect of E-service quality on E-Satisfaction ofstudents using the Tokopedia application at the College of Administrative Sciences (STIA) Malang, E-servicequality is the quality of electronic services that can support E-Satisfaction or from consumer perceptions. ononline convenience, trade/transaction methods, site design, and services. Maximum e-service quality from acompany is very useful for increasing the e-satisfcation of its users. This is the background for researchers toexamine the effect of e-service quality on e-satisfaction of students using the Tokopedia application at the Collegeof Administrative Sciences (STIA) Malang.This research is a type of quantitative research using descriptive research methods. The population of thestudy was all students at the College of Administrative Sciences (STIA) Malang users of the Tokopedia applicationwith a total sample of 120. This study used simple random sampling with data collection methods by distributingquestionnaires or questionnaires through google form and analyzing data using linear regression analysis. simplewith the help of SPSS application. The results of this study, the total mean e-service quality is 4.50 and is included in the high category, thetotal mean e-satisfaction is 4.48 and is in the high category. Hypothesis test with a value of 10.712 > 1.65787 (thevalue of t table) so that it is proven that there is an effect of e-service quality on e-satisfaction. The results of theregression analysis show that the regression coefficient value is positive + 0.550 which means that theindependent variable (e-service quality) has a positive effect on the dependent variable (e-satisfaction). Then thevalue of the coefficient of determination (R^2) is 0.503 . Thus, it can be concluded that the hypothesis of the eservice quality variable has a significant positive effect of 50.3% on e-satisfaction. Researchers suggest for theTokopedia application, even though all indicators in the variables are in good category, it would be nice if theTokopedia application continues to improve the quality of its services in the field of adding attractive promos andfacilitating the flow of refunds, because if the e-service quality of the Tokopedia application increases it willincrease e-commerce’s user satisfaction.Keywords: E-service quality, E-Satisfaction, Tokopedia, STIA Malang student
