Abstract

In terms of village finances, the village government is required to prepare a Report on theRealization of the Implementation of the Village APB and an Accountability Report on the Realizationof the Implementation of the Village APB. This report is generated from a village financial managementcycle, starting from the planning and budgeting stages; implementation and administration, toreporting and accountability for village financial management. This research uses qualitative research,primary data is collected through interview techniques, and is supported by secondary data, namelydocumentation. Analysis of the research data uses an interactive model consisting of "data collection,data display, data condensation, conclusing; drawing and verifying” developed by Miles, Hubermanand Saldana.The results of this study prove that the Village Fund Allocation (ADD) can be resolved properly.Accountability Add management in increasing physical development is still not effective, because thereis also no evaluation of activities that should be carried out with the people of Tatengesan Village. The capacity of human resources is still inadequate, as evidenced by their inability to optimally manageADD activities. Community participation in the management of ADD is still relatively low, as evidencedby the almost no involvement of the community at each stage of ADD management. The VillageGovernment must really understand the duties and responsibilities, especially in the management ofADD and the role of the BPD as a reservoir of community aspirations also needs to be improved.Keywords: Policy Implementation, Planning, Implementation, Accountability, Village Funds

Abstract

Having a strong brand image is a must for every company. Because the brand image is a very valuable company asset. It takes hard work and a long time to build a reputation and brand image. Consumers tend to trust products with preferred or well-known brands. This reason underlies the company to strengthen its brand position in order to create a positive brand image for consumers. Through brand image, consumers are able to recognize a product, evaluate its quality, reduce purchase risk, and gain experience and satisfaction from certain product differentiation. This study aims to analyze the effect of brand image and brand trust simultaneously on purchasing decisions for Samsung smartphones, analyze the effect of brand image and brand trust partially on purchasing decisions for Samsung smartphones. This study uses quantitative research methods. The type of approach that the researcher uses is a quantitative descriptive analysis approach with explanatory research. Data collection techniques using interviews and questionnaires. The data obtained in the form of data from primary data and secondary data. The population in this study were 369 people with a total sample of 79 respondents. Determination of the sample using purposive sampling technique. After the data was obtained, the data were analyzed quantitatively using multiple linear regression analysis, F test and t test. The results show that brand image and brand trust have a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions, as evidenced by the F value of 28,042 with a significance level of 0.000. Brand image has a partial effect on purchasing decisions, as evidenced by the tcount value of 2,761 with a significance level of t of 0.007 < 0.05. Brand trust has a partial effect on purchasing decisions, as evidenced by the tcount value of 3.646 with a significance level of t of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

Evaluation is one of the important stages that must be carried out in any public policy process,musrenbang evaluation aims to find out how far the success of development is achieved. Musrenbang is short fordeliberation of development plans. The meaning of musrenbang is a forum between actors in order to compilenational development plans and regional development plans. Implementation is regulated in law No. 25 of 2004concerning the National development planning system. The purpose of this study is to find out the policy modelfor deliberation of development plans (musrenbang) at the sub-district level in improving development in junrejosub-district, as well as to find out who is responsible for evaluating the deliberative policy of development plans(musrenbang) at the sub-district level in improving development in junrejo sub-district. The types of researchused in research are qualitative research methods, data collection techniques through three methods, namelyinterviews, documentation, and observation. The informant determination technique is to use purposive sampling.Meanwhile, to test the validity of the data, it is to use data triangulation techniques. The results of this study showthat the mechanism for evaluating the deliberation of development plans that apply in musrenbang in Junrejosub-district is to recapitulate the data on development goals submitted by each village and / or kelurahan, theformation of a list of priority activities for the preparation of village development work plans for the plannedfiscal year, the formation of a priority list of regional problems in the village to be delivered in the sub-districtmusrenbang, the formation of a list of team names, village delegates, who will follow the sub-district musrenbang,the last is the formation of the village musrenbang minutes.

Abstract

The implementation of the E-warung PKH program in Sumenep Regency refers to the Regulation of the Ministerof Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia Number 25 of 2016 concerning Assistance for the Development ofBusiness Facilities through Electronic Warung Gotong Royong Joint Business Group Family Hope Program (EWarung KUBE PKH). The E-warung program is a government system that provides financial assistance tounderprivileged communities to improve their welfare. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of thePKH E-warung Program in Sumenep Regency by taking into account policy targets, characteristics ofimplementing actors, available resources, attitudes of implementers, organizational discourse, and socialeconomic aspects. The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The results showed thatthe implementation of the PKH E-warung Program at the Sumenep Regency Social Office was quite optimal.However, there are several problems that often arise, such as delays in aid funds that do not enter the beneficiaries'Family Welfare Card (KKS) accounts every month, and lack of funds for making proof of food receipts forbeneficiary families. Welfare in this context refers to meeting the material, spiritual, and social needs of thecommunity in order to live a decent life and be able to develop one's potential. In addition, there are often networkproblems on Electronic Data Capture (EDC) machines. Based on the conclusions of the study, the researcherrecommended that program implementers, especially Bank Mandiri and the central government, provide separatefunds for making proof of food receipts for beneficiary families in each E-warung, so that all parties get fair andequitable treatment.

Abstract

Currently, stock investment has increased significantly because it provides promising profits, but not a few alsoexperience failure when investing in shares. So before deciding to invest in shares, potential investors mustanalyze the finances of a company by looking at several financial ratios, including ROI, ROE and EPS. Thisstudy has a formulation of the problem whether the variables ROI, ROE and EPS affect stock prices and whichof these variables most affect stock prices. While the purpose of this study is to examine the effect of ROI, ROEand EPS on Stock Prices both partially and simultaneously. The research method used in this study isExplanatory Research with a sample of 10 banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).The data used is secondary data collected using the data documentation method. Data analysis techniques usemultiple linear regression analysis. The theoretical basis used is the theory of ROI, ROE, EPS and Stock Price.Based on the data analysis conducted, data was obtained that ROI partially has no effect on stock prices, ROIpartially has no effect on stock prices, EPS partially affects stock prices and together ROI, ROE and EPS affectstock prices. As well as the EPS variable that most dominantly affects stock prices.

Abstract

Most of the large companies in Indonesia have implemented online recruitment as a recruitment methodbecause it is considered to save costs, time and effort in the recruitment process. This study uses descriptivedata types collected through documents available on the linkedin web, companies and users or applicants.To ensure that the data is appropriate as REQUIRED, triangulation is carried out, to test the validity of thedata by utilizing the sources, methods, investigators, and theories used. The results of this study prove thatappropriate personal branding, professional networking and professional networking provide benefits forapplicants and companies in recruitment. For companies, if the data and information listed by applicantson LinkedIn is not appropriate, then the purpose of online recruitment has not provided optimal results,saving costs, time and effort in the recruitment process. So the company needs to be observant in seeingand knowing the applicant's information and the applicant must present complete and up to dateinformation. So companies must improve the screening process in the recruitment process with LinkedInmedia by utilizing the tools provided by LinkedIn to simplify the recruitment process, and be able to searchfor and find the prospective employees needed to improve effective hiring decisions

Abstract

Natural bathing tourism objects are one of the significant potentials in the development of tourism in an area.The purpose of this study is to evaluate the policy of developing Banyu Biru natural bathing tourism objects andtheir impact on improving the economy of local communities. This research uses qualitative and quantitativeanalysis methods by collecting data through surveys, interviews, and field observations. The results showed thatthe policy of developing Banyu Biru natural bathing tourism objects has been running quite well in terms of itspositive impacts, namely: in the form of physical buildings, resources and local economic conditions that increase every year, but there are several impacts that make its implementation still not optimal, especially in theuse of attraction stages, road security to Banyu Biru natural bathing tourism and no public transportation to thetourist attraction. Based on the results of the policy evaluation of the development of Banyu Biru natural bathingtourist attraction, it can be concluded that this policy has succeeded in improving the economy of the local community through increasing the number of tourists, increasing income, and increasing job opportunities. However,there needs to be better attention to environmental aspects, human resource development and innovation to ensure the sustainability of sustainable tourism development and have a positive impact on local communities.

Abstract

This research used a quantitative method and descriptive analysis to determine data trends, followed bycorrelation and regression tests, and then path analysis to calculate the direct influence of electronicword of mouth (X1) on purchase decisions (Y) at 0.1982 = 0.0392 or 3.92%. The magnitude of brandimage's (X2) direct contribution to purchase decisions (Y) is 0.5272 = 0.2777 or 27.77%. The combinedcontribution of electronic word of mouth (X1) and brand image (X2) in influencing purchase decisions(Y) simultaneously is 0.442 = 44.2%. The remaining 55.8% is influenced by other factors not explainedin this research. The importance of the contributions of electronic word of mouth (X1) and brand image(X2) in influencing purchase decisions (Y).

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology has become a global trend today,including the digitalization of the government sector, which is better known as electronic government(E-Government) or Electronic-Based Government Systems (SPBE). SPBE developmentby a governmentinstitution aims to improve information and service connectivity quickly and efficiently, not only betweeninstitutions but also with the public as users of public services. The year 2022 is the beginningimplementation of SAKTI Full Module namely the Institutional Level Financial Application System forthe APBN Management Work Unit, with integrated database, including including the Financial andDevelopment Supervisory Board (BPKP). This study seeks to examine the application of SAKTI inmanaging state finances, and to find out whether system quality,information quality, and service qualitysupport user satisfaction, individual performance, and provide benefits to the organization. This studyused a qualitative method, by conducting interviewswith employees, focus group discussion,literaturestudy and document review, and observing the implementation of SAKTI for the 2022 fiscal year at theBali Province BPKP Representative Office.The results showed that system quality, information quality,and service quality very well support state financial management from the budgeting stage, budgetexecution, to financial reporting. Thesuggestions given included improving SAKTI's performance suchas updating application features, validation mechanisms, increasing SAKTI's server capacity andincreasing the competence of financial managers through integrated training.

Abstract

Promotion is one of the marketing activities to persuade and influence consumers to be interested in or buy theproducts or services offered by the company, so that it is expected to increase sales volume which in turn is forthe survival of a company. The type of research used is explanatory with a quantitative approach, and the dataanalysis used is bivariate with the help of Product Moment correlation statistics.The results showed that the type of promotion used by the company was WOM, free after-sales service,advertising via radio, newspapers, billboards. The results of the correlation analysis show a positive correlationcoefficient of 1.11 in other words that the relationship between promotion and sales volume is in the perfectand positive category so that the promotion costs incurred by the company have a positive and decisiverelationship, therefore promotional activities should be maintained and in the digitalization era it is better totake advantage of social media
