Abstract

The research aims to find out whether there is any significant correlation between compensation, andperformance mediated by motivation in the Agricultural Development Polytechnic Malang. This research used aqualitiative method. The data was collected using questionnaire, and the technique used in taking the sample wasStratified Random Sampling. The sample comprised all employee Agricultural Development Polytechnic Malang.The total respondents were 104 people. The data analysis was conducted using Partial Least Square (PLS)Method by employing 3.0 SmartPLS program. The research results showed that all the hypotheses put forwardwere corroborated except the one dealing with motivation. motivation did not have a significant effect on employeeperformance because the existence of some compensation in the form of self-development is not felt by allemployees. In addition, compensation in the form of self-development is often not in accordance with the needs ofemployees. While work motivation has a role as a mediating variable on the effect of compensation on employeeperformance. Thus it can be said that motivation bridges the effect of compensation on employee performance.

Abstract

Water sanitation development is an important aspect in achieving public health and welfare in Indonesia. However,the problem of water sanitation is increasingly complex and difficult to solve. This study aims to evaluate watersanitation policies in an effort to provide clean water for the community, as well as analyze the factors that supportand hinder the implementation of water sanitation policies. The research method used is descriptive, focusing onWeekurra Village, West Wewewa District, Southwest Sumba Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province. TheGovernment of Southwest Sumba realizes that Weekurra Village has potential natural resources that can be used tomeet water sanitation needs and increase access to adequate clean water. Although water sanitation services areavailable in Weekurra Village, residents still have to travel a long distance (about 1.3 km) with about 16 minutes,through inadequate roads, to get clean water. This is a worrying problem. An inhibiting factor in the provision of cleanwater is the uneven distribution, where some regions have not benefited. This is due to the long distance betweenwater sources and residents' residences, as well as the lack of budget to build pipeline infrastructure and waterreservoirs for each individual. Based on research findings, there are several problems that have not been solved Therefore, several suggestions were proposed, among others: cooperation between the Village Government and theRegency Government of South West Sumba to formulate regulations governing sanitation and the provision of cleanwater, to ensure the need for clean water can be fulfilled properly as a basic human need. In addition, it is expectedthat there will be sufficient budget to build facilities and infrastructure such as storage tanks and pipe systems as aneffort to distribute clean water to the community in Weekurra Village

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the application of environmental performance and green accountinghas on sustainable investment, with profitability as a moderation variabe. The study looked at 50 companies in thebasic and chemical industries listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) over a 3-year period, from 2019 to 2021.The number of observed data reached 150. To evaluate the effect of research variables, PLS SEM analysis techniquesare used. Analysis calculations show that green accounting has a significant influence on sustainable progress;environmental performance has no real effect on sustainable progress; Green accounting with profitability as amoderation variable has a noticeable influence on sustainable progress; And green accounting with profitability as amoderation variable has a real influence on sustainable progress. The calculation of this research analysis illustratesthat environmental performance with profitability

Abstract

Village is an administrative division in Indonesia under a sub-district headed by the Village Head. Therefore, inthe East Java region, especially the Landungsari Village Government, Dau District realizes that LandungsariVillage-Owned Enterprises are good and of course must be managed properly so as to improve the quality ofsocial life of the community. The purpose of this study is to find out how the implementation of the village-ownedenterprise establishment program in improving the quality of social life of the community, to find out who isinvolved in the establishment of a Village-Owned Enterprise and to find out what factors affect the implementationof the village-owned enterprise establishment program in improving the quality of social life of the community.Implementation is implemented when a policy is formulated with clear objectives. Therefore, to find out theImplementation of the Village Owned Business Entity Establishment Program Policy (Bumdes) in an Effort toImprove the Quality of Social Life of the Community, to obtain data, data collection techniques by conductingInterviews, Documentation, and Observation, researchers use the type of Descriptive research with a Qualitativeapproach. Based on the Results of Research in Landungsari Village Regarding the Implementation of the Policyfor the Establishment of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) Program in an Effort to Improve the Quality ofSocial Life of the Community, it can be concluded that for now the efforts of the Landungsari Village Governmenthave run well and optimally, because the Landungsari Village Government has invited the community to worktogether in terms of maintaining and protecting all businesses that have been managed by Business Entity officers Village Owned both in terms of business implementation of Market Business Units, Agricultural Units, Livestock,Industrial Hum, Waste Management, and Savings and Loans Business Units as a form of empowering villagecommunities so that rural communities can increase income or income through market business programs.

Abstract

The village is the smallest government of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia, in carrying out its dutiesthe village needs an institution, namely the Village Consultative Body (BPD). The Village Consultative Body(BPD) is a form of democracy at the Village Autonomy level. The Village Consultative Body (BPD) functions todetermine village regulations with the village head, accommodate and channel the aspirations of the community,therefore the Village Consultative Body (BPD) as a consultative body originating from the village community, inaddition to carrying out its function as a bridge connecting the village head with the village community, must alsocarry out its main function, namely the function of representation (representation). The purpose of this researcheris to find out about the Organizational Effectiveness of Village Consultative Bodies (BPD) in the Preparation andDetermination of Village Regulations in Mautenda Village, Wewaria District, Ende Regency, East NusaTenggara. The benefits of this study are to determine the influencing factors in the Process of Implementing thePreparation and Determination of Village Regulations in Mautenda Village, Wewaria District, Ende Regency,East Nusa Tenggara. Effectiveness is how well the work is done and the extent to which people produce somethingas expected. This means that if a job can be completed according to planning both in terms of time, cost andquality, it can be said to be effective. This is so that the Village Consultative Body (BPD) in carrying out the task of achieving directed targets and organizational goals can be achieved. So researchers describe it in the form ofdata using Qualitative Research Methods with a descriptive approach, through data collection techniques such asobservation, interviews and documentation with the aim of parsing in detail. Based on the results of research inMautenda Village, Ende Regency, East Nusa Tenggara regarding the Effectiveness of Village Consultative Body(BPD) Organizations in the Preparation and Determination of Village Regulations has been very effective Inaccordance with article 30 of the Regional Regulation of Ende Regency Number 8 of 2017 concerning thefunctions, duties and authorities of the Village Consultative Body which functions to discuss and agree on theDraft Village Regulation with the village head, Accommodating and channeling the aspirations of the villagecommunity and also supervising the performance of the village head.

Abstract

Evaluation is an effort to identify and evaluate aspects of work performance that influence the success of an organization or agency. The performance evaluation system or process plays a very important role in optimalizing and managing human resources in an agency because if it is not communicated well it will affect the success of the agency and also the ability of employees to plan their careers. The aim of this research is to assess the current employee work discipline at UPT SDN Purworejo 1 Pasuruan City and to find out what percentage of employee work discipline is according to employee attendance records monitored at UPT. SDN Purworejo 1, Pasuruan City. In this research, the data analysis used to analyze the data is a descriptive method. This method systematically, factually and precisely describes or describes the relationship between the facts and phenomena studied without statistical calculations. The research sample used was all employees at the UPT SDN Purworejo 1 school, Pasuruan City. Data collection techniques were carried out through guidance and literature review.

Abstract

This research aims to determine human resource development strategies based on the implementation of PANRB Ministerial Regulation Number 1 of 2023 concerning Functional Positions in the Protocol and Communication Section of Batu City Leadership. The problem is focused on development strategies in the form of training, education and coaching. This research refers to the implementation of functional position competency development as stated in competency development in Article 46 of PANRB Ministerial Regulation Number 1 of 2023. The research method used is descriptive qualitative by analyzing human resource development strategies. Data was collected through interviews with department heads. and staff in the Leadership Protocol and Communications Section. This study concludes that the implementation of the development strategy has been implemented and improvements are needed at certain points during activities.

Abstract

The phenomenon of the emergence of coffee shop businesses in Indonesia has recently experienced rapid development. Changes in lifestyle and consumer tastes who want fast service and are supported by the development of modern technology have had a big impact on the culinary industry, including cafes. Access to product information and social media makes it easier for business actors to sell their products. This moment can be utilized as well as an opportunity for business people and cafe industry players to develop their businesses. Store atmosphere, quality products and quality service also have an important role in determining consumer satisfaction. The aim of this research is to find out how the store atmosphere, product quality and service quality influence consumer satisfaction. iThis type of research is explanatory research with an quantitative approach, data collection methods are carried out through questionnaires, observations and interviews. i iSample collection was determined using the Lemeshow formula, because the population in this study is unknown with a total of 100 respondents who are Padda Coffee consumers. The data analysis method used is multiple linear irregression analysis. iThe results of this research show that: 1) Store Atmosphere has a positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction with a calculated result of 3.877. 2) Product quality has a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction with a t-count of 2.871. 3) Service quality has a positive influence on customer satisfaction with a value of 4.274. Based on the calculation of the coefficient of determination, it is known that the store atmosphere variables, product quality and service quality jointly influence consumer satisfaction with a contribution of 75.2%

Abstract

Leadership style is a method used in the leadership process that is implemented in a person's leadership behavior to influence others, to act according to what he wants. This study aims to determine the leadership style of the Peniwen village head in realizing the development of a tourist village using qualitative research type phenomology. The results showed that the leadership style of the Peniwen village head was included in the charismatic leadership style when juxtaposed with the theory of Robert, Albanese, David D, Van Fleet (1994) and the Peniwen Village Head had implemented it in his leadership and proved that with the charismatic style the Peniwen village head succeeded in realizing the development of a tourist village through the preparation of programs.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the impact of flash sales promotions and free shipping short messages on the Shopee online market (marketplace) on spontaneous (impulse) buying decisions. The research population was 1354 with the criteria being active students at STIA Malang and the sample taken was 135 (10%) people using the purposive sampling method, followed by simple random sampling. The data was analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of the research showed that flash sale promotions were proven. real and positive impact on spontaneous (impulsive) purchasing decisions. Besides that, the short message advertising variable (tagline) has an influence on spontaneous buying decisions and the contribution of this variable is greater than the flash sales promotion variable. Together, flash sale promotions and free shipping short message advertisements (taglines) have a real and positive effect on spontaneous (impulsive) purchasing decisions. The coefficient of determination test shows a fairly close relationship between flash sales promotions and short message advertisements (taglines) with spontaneous buying decisions and a contribution of 67.5% to the spontaneous buying decision variable (impulsive), while 32.5% influenced by other variables not explained in this study. The research results are in accordance with the theory used and the results of other researchers. The recommendation given is that the Shopee marketplace should immediately innovate in carrying out sales promotions and advertising, because there are many attractive sales promotions from other marketplaces to attract customers
