Abstract

The transfer of the State Capital (KN) from Jakarta to East Kalimantan Province in North Penajam Paser Regency has now been determined by the government with the enactment of Law No. 3 of 2022 concerning the State Capital. In the law, it is explained that one of the functions of IKN is as a Center of gravity (CoG), namely symbolizing the sovereignty of a country, therefore IKN is a national vital object to maintain its existence from threats, therefore IKN requires a system and strategy to protect it in this case. non-military threat. In this thesis the researcher used a descriptive qualitative research method with the formulation of the problem from the problem statement to be able to protect the IKN from non-military threats in the Indonesian Archipelagic Sea Lanes (ALKI) II. The results of the research that the researchers got were the significance of non-military threats in the inland waters defense area in ALKI II, giving rise to an urgency to develop a new IKN defense strategy that can ward off non-military threats in the planning stages of the IKN transfer. Which then the researcher concluded that in efforts to move the IKN it is important to analyze the defense of inland waters in ALKI II with the aim of maintaining the defense of IKN with an inland waters defense strategy, in order to realize national defense from non-military threats.

Abstract

The dominant potential of agricultural activities is not in line with the dissemination of adequate information on agricultural activities, thus causing agricultural activities in Tebas District to be unknown to the wider community. Information about agricultural activities will be more easily accessed by the community in Tebas District with the existence of a web-based geographic information system where people can get non-spatial information and also spatial information from agricultural activities in Tebas District. The purpose of the study is to determine the use of GIS web applications in monitoring agricultural activities. The research location focused on the Tebas Komplek agricultural area which is designated as a sustainable food agriculture area in Sambas regency which includes Tebas Sungai Village, Pangkalan Kongsi Village, Dungun Perapakan Village, Serumpun Buluh Village and Mekar Sekuntum Village. The research method used in this study used remote sensing and waterfall methods. The remote sensing method is used to build spatial data by using remote sensing imagery, while the waterfall method is used to build a home GIS web for spatial data to be placed. The technique of collecting data on attributes of agricultural activities is carried out by filling out questionnaires, while spatial data collection is carried out by interpreting satellite images and testing the accuracy and tracking of land in the field. The results of the study stated that: 1) A Web Gis application design has been composed which contains the home page, poktan data page, poktan detail page, whole rice field data page, member detail page, login page, poktan data input page, and rice field data input page; 2) The agricultural land system in Serumpun Buluh Village has its own uniqueness compared to Mekar Sekuntum village, Tebas Sungai, Dungun Perapaakan and Pangkalan Kongsi in Tebas Agricultural Area Complex, which uses an overlay system. Serumpun Buluh Village uses a domicile system, which is based on the domicile of farmers and some are based on the location of land owned by farmers; 3) There are differences in the variation in the area of poktan spatial data in each gappoktan located in the Tebas Complex Agricultural Area. The conclusion of the use of the gis web application will make it easier for extension workers and gapoctans to monitor agricultural activities in the Tebas Komplek agricultural area.

Abstract

The Central Statistics Agency (BPS) noted that the number of enthusiasts in the aviation industry has increased, so airline entrepreneurs are also competing to meet this need. Super Air Jet (PT. Lion Air Group) is an LCC airline founded in 2021. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of promotion and prices on ticket purchasing decisions for users of Super Air Jet air transportation services at Batam's Hang Nadim International Airport. This research method uses a quantitative approach. The number of samples in this study were 86 respondents. The respondents in this study were the public or users of the Super Air Jet air transport service. Determination of the sample using random sampling technique. Data collection technique by giving questionnaires to respondents. In analyzing this, validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression tests, f (simultaneous) and t (partial) tests and the coefficient of determination (R2) are used. The test results show that: 1) Partially influences the decision to purchase tickets for super air jet air transport users at Batam's Hang Nadim International Airport. The partial test results show that Promotion (X1) has a significant value of the promotion variable of 0.000 ≤ 0.05 so it can be concluded that H1 is accepted or the promotion variable (X1) has an effect on customer satisfaction (Y) and Ho is rejected. Price (X2) has a significant value of the price variable of 0.000 ≤ 0.05 so that it can be concluded that H1 is accepted or the price variable (X2) has an effect on customer satisfaction (Y) and Ho is rejected. 2) Simultaneously influences the decision to purchase tickets for air transport users super air jet at Hang Nadim International Airport Batam. The results of these tests were obtained from the results of the F test with a significant value of 0.000 ≤ 0.05. So it can be concluded that H1 is accepted or in other words promotion (X1) and price (X2) simultaneously affect the purchase decision (Y) and Ho is rejected.

Abstract

Media are an important pillar of political socialization; that is the way a person learns about the functions of democratic principles and institutions in their formative years and beyond. Changes in the social and media environments affect the way citizens become politically socialized. With the emergence of digital media, communication has continued to change towards a socially networked, algorithmic and highly personalized environment. This new, networked communication logic, in which information is shared ubiquitously, accessible and aligned to personal interest, reshapes the mechanism through which media use can impact political socialization outcomes. While cultivation of universal perceptions in the population through mass media becomes less likely, political role models, previously found mostly in mass media can now be met in citizen's own online communities. This entry shed light on the interplay of digital media use and socialization outcomes and explains how a networked communication logic enhance good governance in Nigerian.
