The benefit of the results of this research is to be a source of learning for all groups. This research method is qualitative, the data collection instruments used are interviews and documentation. The informants in this study are the authorities and expatriates. Opportunity conclusions are drawn using cross-probability tables, while the impact is taken from interview conclusions. The conclusion from the implementation of Law No. 12 of 2006, namely points 2.6 and 8, is still not optimally fulfilled by the applicant (expatriate). For example point 8, to fulfill these requirements the applicant uses the services of other people such as 'brokers' or the like. As for points 1,3,4,5 and 7, the opportunity for a large applicant is that they can meet these requirements. For example, point 1 is when they apply for their age of 18 years or are married. This study aims to determine whether there is influence and how much influence standard operating procedures have on the service of lost and found unit officers to Garuda Indonesia airline passengers at Supadio Pontianak International Airport. The research method used in this study is a sequential mixed method with a sequential explonatory type. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires, interviews, observation, documentation and research sites at the Lost and Found unit of PT. Gapura Angkasa on the Garuda Indonesia airline at Supadio Pontianak International Airport. The results of the t test show that the independent variable (X) has a significant effect on the dependent variable (Y) with a significant value of 0.000 ≤ α 0.05, and the results of the coefficient of determination test (R2) show that the magnitude of the effect of the independent variable (X) on the dependent (Y) with the magnitude of the effect reaching 70.4% indicates that standard operating procedures are an important role for lost and found unit officers in serving passengers and 29.6% are influenced by other variables outside of this study.

Abstract

The class is a room that is included in the school building, which functions as a place for face-to-face activities in the process of teaching and learning activities. In a class there are students who differ in terms of knowledge, learning speed, and learning styles. They differ in ethnicity, culture, social class and gender. These differences can have important implications for school teaching, curriculum, policies and practices. This is what makes the teacher able to accept, accommodate, and appreciate the diversity of students in a community in the classroom to achieve the same goal. An educator must create a positive classroom environment where all students feel welcome and are involved in classroom learning. Community is one important aspect that must exist in every class. Community can be interpreted as a group consisting of teachers and students in the classroom and interact in teaching and learning activities. An effective teacher will strive so that in the learning he carries out an effective community is formed as well. The community that exists in a class in a learning activity will greatly influence student involvement in the learning process, and ultimately the achievement of learning objectives. The concept of this community is a learning result obtained from sharing between students and teachers, students and students about a material.
