MSMEs in Indonesia play a role as a trigger for economic growth in developing and developed countries. MSMEs also have a crucial function in overcoming problems in a region or region. When the economic situation slumps due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, business people must be really observant in making decisions. The Sidoarjo government has again taken steps as a form of controlling the economic sector during the pandemic. The purpose of this study is to identify the implementation of policies to strengthen micro, small and medium enterprises during the Covid-19 pandemic in Sidoarjo. The research method used is a literature review using 25 journal articles. The results of the study show there are several MSME protection schemes carried out by the government in Sidoarjo, namely as follows: First, there is financial assistance and social assistance for MSME actors affected by Covid-19, especially those who are vulnerable and classified as very poor. Second, tax incentives for MSMEs. Third, relaxation and restructuring of credit for MSMEs through the KurdaSayang program. Fourth, expansion of MSME working capital financing. Fifth, synergistic cooperation between local governments and related stakeholders as a buffer for MSME products. Sixth, training on the use of e-learning digital platforms. Meanwhile, the implementation of policies to strengthen micro, small and medium enterprises during the pandemic in Sidoarjo, can be seen from the communication, bureaucratic structure, resources and attitude of the implementers.

This study aims to describe and analyze the personnel management of village officials by developing SIMPEG application to realize Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of Village in Kendal Village, Sekaran District, Lamongan Regency. The type of research is research dan development (R&D) method by using prototype model that consists of 3 steps, which are: listen to customer, build/revise mock-up, and customer test drives mock-up. The techniques of data collection are literature study, deep interview, observation, and documentation. The results show that the personnel management using SIMPEG application has realized the 17th SDGs of Village (partnership for rural development through management and integration of information and communication technology (ICT). The development of Village SIMPEG application also is one of the efforts to realize the principles of electronic government and orderly personnel administration. However, this application still needs develpment by providing upload button to upload files related to several SIMPEG menu. The upload button can be used as an electronic archive that support information, such as educational history form, training history form, and award history form

ABSTRACT Technological advancements are growing which make the government have to issue policies, due to the large number of road users who create congestion at every intersection in Sidoarjo, the implementation of the Area Traffic Control System (ATCS) program to optimize the implementation of traffic management control systems, in order to create control over traffic violators. traffic and minimize congestion at crossroads. This study aims to determine and analyze resources as for the following indicators; the human resources of the existing officers do their duties and functions well, the budgetary resources are adjusted to local revenues, the equipment resources provide the maximum possible service if there is damage it will be immediately repaired, the authority resources are related to the traffic transportation sector on the road, such as development, development, monitoring, control, and evaluation of communication systems.

This research raises issues of political participation of marginalized groups (transvestites and gays) in regional head elections in Banyuwangi Regency in 2020. Seeing the number of transvestites and gays in Banyuwangi Regency which reached 979 people. If viewed from the number of votes, of course, they surely can influence the election results in Banyuwangi Regency. Transvestites and gays are very interesting to study, because they have high exclusivity and different ways of socializing in society in general and of course have unique political interests and expectations of public policies that benefit them. The results showed that, although transvestite and gay groups have a distinctive pattern compared to other groups of society, especially those related to their political interests. However, the political participation of gay and transvestite groups belongs to the observer group. That is, gay and transvestite groups only participate in voting in the vote only

There are various problems faced by Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), especially those related to business competition, technological developments, and transformation into the digital era. These various problems require the strategic role of the government and other stakeholders to be present to provide solutions. The ability of SME entrepreneurs can be developed through various forms of intervention, both in the form of mentoring and training. This study is intended to describe the concept of stakeholder involvement, assistance in the form of business coaching, and training programs using the ADDIE system model. There needs to be empirical research on government institutions that function to foster and develop SMEs in various forms, for example through business incubators or other formats

This study aims to determine the implementation of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in Bligo Village, Candi District, Sidoarjo Regency and to determine the supporting factors and inhibiting factors for the implementation of the Expected Family Program. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method with the technique of determining the informant using purposive sampling. The location of this research is in Bligo Village, Candi District, Sidoarjo Regency. Data collection techniques obtained by means of observation, documentation and interviews. The collection technique consists of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The method used for research is the method according to Edward III and has 4 factors consisting of communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the Family Hope Program in Bligo Village, Candi District, Sidoarjo Regency in terms of communication is still not optimal, in terms of resources, it is in accordance with the job disk and the facilities provided are appropriate, in terms of disposition, implementation is in accordance with regulations and has commitment. and in terms of bureaucratic structure has been implemented. Constraints faced from data inhibiting factors which are still top-down and supporting factors for very high public enthusiasm

Writer 's it aims to analyze and describe the strategies an obstacle Strategies Prevention of Marriage Children in the District of Sidoarjo . Writer 's is based on a fact that child marriages still occur in age or mentality of the child's thought patterns that are caused due to the circumstances pregnant at the outside of marriage on children that are into a problem which should be in preventing the marriage of children . Methods The author 's is using descriptive qualitative , techniques of collecting the data is done with interviews in depth , observation and study of literature that is relevant . The technique of determining the informants used purposive sampling. The informant in the Writer 's this is the Head of the Protection of Women's Rights and Protection , Head of Fulfillment Rights of the Child , Head of Security Family & Community Engagement , Head of Processing Data Population at the Department P3AKB, Ket ua Children's Forum and Actors Marriage Children in the District of Sidoarjo . Mechanical analysis of the author 's of this is the type of analysis of qualitative Referring to the theory of Miles and Huberman. The author 's results show that , prevention of child marriage is successful , as evidenced by the programs that run on the prevention of child marriage so that the number of child marriages in Sidoarjo can be reduced, in the absence of a culture of "marrying children as soon as possible so they don't become old virgins" This also supports the decline in the number of child marriages. K endala in the prevention of marriages child one of them is the lack of willingness of young people to think critically the mindset of young people should continue learning with the strategy of prevention marriage of children who applied P3AKB , associated with P ola think those parents who do not give priority to the ideals of children then from the Office of P3AKB should provide regular counseling to parents as one of the strategies of prevention marriage of children , so the mindset of parents are not primitive. Regarding the use of technology, parents must limit the use of cellphones, laptops, computers and so on

Public services in Indonesia, seen from the service accountability, are still not optimal. Meanwhile, there are problems regarding the performance of service employees to the community, the lack of service delivery and lack of socialization and training on the performance of service employees at the Sidoarjo Regency Manpower Office. The purpose of this study is to identify and describe the service performance of the Sidoarjo Regency Manpower Office in the perspective of administrative responsibility. The location of this research was carried out at the Sidoarjo Regency Manpower Office. This research method uses descriptive qualitative by using purposive sampling technique in determining informants. Qualitative data aggregate techniques were obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. Technique of analyzing data by reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the service performance of the Sidoarjo Regency Manpower Office in providing services to the community needs to be increased in socialization so that employees can improve service performance properly or maximally. Administrative responsibility in service performance shows that the responsibility carried out by employees to the community is very good in providing these services

The Community-Based Drinking Water and Sanitation Provision Program (PAMSIMAS) is a program of the Central Government and Local Governments with support from the World Bank, with the aim of increasing the supply of drinking water and sanitation and improving healthy living behavior among the community. In the implementation of the PAMSIMAS program in Tanjekwagir Village, there are several obstacles including the lack of supporting facilities, especially pipe connections and lack of budget funds. This study aims to analyze and describe the implementation of the PAMSIMAS program and the obstacles in implementing the PAMSIMAS program in Tanjekwagir Village. This type of qualitative descriptive research with the technique of determining the informant using purposive sampling. Research informants were the Head of Tanjekwagir Village, Head of BUMDes, Head of BPSPAM, and community users of the PAMSIMAS program. The research location is in Tanjekwagir Village, Krembung District, Sidoarjo Regency. The data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques from Miles da Huberman (2011: 247) are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research on the implementation of the PAMSIMAS program in Tanjekwagir Village are reviewed using communication indicators that have several dimensions. First, tansimisi in the implementation of the PAMSIMAS program uses socialization media directly to the community and utilizes technology by creating a website so that it is easier for people to get information about the PAMSIMAS program in Tanjekwagir Village. Second, clarity in the implementation of the PAMSIMAS program is the target of this program, the PAMSIMAS program was created to provide access to clean water to the community so that people's clean and healthy living behavior can be improved for the better. Third, consistency in the implementation of the PAMSIMAS program is carried out by the Drinking Water Supply Facility Management Agency (BPSPAM) in accordance with PP No. 16 of 2005

Archiving activities are part of the dministrative activities in an organization, which are very important. Archival management is a major factor in supporting the course of administrative activities in an organization. However, in practice, there are still organizations that are lacking in managing archives, so it can also affect the service process to the community. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of electronic mail archiving applications in the form of APEL SISA in Kendel Village to realize the development of information and communication technology in achieving the Village SDGs. The method used is descriptive qualitative. The focus of this research refers to the theory of Muhidin and Winata (2016) that digital archive management activities include two things, namely archive storage and archive retrieval. The data collection techniques in this study were through interviews and observation. The results of this study indicate that by using APEL SISA, archive storage in Kendal Village, which was originally manual, becomes more effective and efficient in providing services to the community, and electronic retrieval of archives can facilitate archive management at the Kendal Village office. Based on this, the management of archives in Kendal Village needs to be done all electronically to make it easier to manage archives that are stored and find back archives when needed.
