In the business world, digital marketing is often used in marketing. This is supported by rapid technologicaldevelopments and an increase in the number of internet users, but it turns out that many UMKM have notimplemented it, such as in the Blitar Village. The problem faced by UMKMs in the Blitar Village is that marketingis still conventional due to a lack of knowledge related to digital marketing and technology. Knowing this, group 16held a digital marketing training program for UMKMs in the Blitar Village. The purpose of this program is toprovide education about digital marketing, and assistance in creating online media accounts. The methods usedinclude observation, preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The results of this program are D'Celvin and“Cap Ceret'' Coffee's social media accounts. It is hoped that the results of this program can help UMKMs to expandtheir market and develop their business.

Sampah merupakan salah satu bentuk permasalahan yang sering ditemui setiap orang di lingkungannya. Sampah adalah limbah produk atau barang yang telah digunakan oleh penggunanya, sehingga sisa hasilnya dibuang dan tidak berfungsi kembali. Mengingat pada kawasan pedesaan, khususnya di Desa Carangwulung, Kecamatan Wonosalam, Kabupaten Jombang, masih belum adanya sarana dan prasarana sebuah sistem pengolahan sampah. Hal ini membuat masyarakat desa kebanyakan memilih untuk membakar sampah secara mandiri di halaman belakang rumah masing-masing. Tidak terkecuali untuk wisata desa seperti Grojogan Selo Gonggo. Grojogan Selo Gonggo (GSG) bahkan tidak memiliki tempat pembakaran sampah yang membuat terkadang sampah menumpuk di tong sampah dan menjadikan proses pembersihan kawasan wisata sedikit lebih susah. Sehingga Kelompok KKN-T 11 membuat alat pembakaran sampah sederhana yang terbuat dari drum guna membantu mengurangi sampah dan memnimalisir asap yang belebihan pada kawasan wisata tersebut

It is undeniable that information technology is one of the main drivers of innovation in a business by enabling new ways to create and capture value, mechanisms for exchange of values and transactions, and the formation of a more adaptive organizational structure. One of the information technologies adopted and implemented by the company in optimizing the management of all of its resources is the ERP system. In this study, the ERP system implementation process was examined using odoo software at PT. XYZ which is an ERP provider that has 1750+ clients in several city companies in Indonesia. One of the implemented modules is the human resource management module which will accommodate the human resource management process in the company. In this module there are several sub-modules such as employees, leave/leave, nursing, contracts, and attendance. In implementing this system, using the rest API to connect applications with the company's back-office system.

Leadership is the main point of the development of an organization. Leadership is not only obtained from talent or charismatic nature, but can be obtained by mastering theoretical concepts and training in cultivating leadership. The availability of information, literacy and knowledge about the concept of leadership, as well as case studies of the implementation of leadership in organizations need to be improved, in order to foster a spirit of leadership and open up insight into leadership methods in organizational containers in Kemujang Village, Karimunjawa District, Kab. Jepara. The objectives of the community service activity to increasing knowledge about the principles of management and organizational leadership in Kemujang Village, increasing effectiveness in organizational management so that administrators are able to accommodate activities optimally and increase reference and literacy in the concept of organizational leadership and management. The methods used are presentations/lectures, discussions and case studies to discuss among the participants, as well as training in building leadership, organizational personality, understanding the roles, goals and functions of organizations and caring attitudes towards the community environment. The results of the basic leadership training services carried out by the service team can provide useful knowledge for participants who take part. So that it can be implemented in developing a qualified organization with various programs.

The result of data management in hospitals becomes the base of reports and decision-making by the hospital's director, so it should be done quickly and precisely. However, in RSUD Abdoel Wahab Sjahranie Samarinda, problems such as data incompatibility, incompleteness, and lateness still existed. The quality of data in the hospitals is related to the role of medical records. Based on these problems, this activity aimed to find the root of data inaccuracy and lateness in RSUD Abdoel Wahab Sjahranie and to give the recommendation of solutions based on the root of the problems found. This activity was conducted from October 2021 until January 2022. There were three stages of the activity such as preparation, data collection and analysis, and intervention. The root of the problems that were already found was grouped into four topics that are related to the Time of Medical Records' Return, Disease Code in Medical Record Unit and JPKM/case-mix, Data Acquisition and Accuracy, and Daily Census and Patient Recording. Solutions to these problems are to improve the returning Medical Record Sheets' and daily census flow and SOP, and redesign the Daily Census form. These improvements were giving the hospital good results regarding the faster return of medical records and acceleration of BPJS Kesehatan claiming time.

Socialization and counseling activities regarding village administrative governance are part of community service activities. The purpose of this socialization and counseling is to improve the ability or quality of the Marga Sungsang Pemdes village apparatus, especially in the field of administrative governance. The method used is socialization and counseling with dialogue or brainstorming techniques. With this activity, the performance and administrative capabilities of village staff and village officials as well as BUMDES managers in Marga Sungsang Village, Banyusin II District, Banyuasin Regency, will increase, so that it will change the traditional way of work into a professional way of working to improve community services.

Students as intermediaries giving influence in the household have a very important role in the family and even on society. The role and contributionof students is an important factor in facing various challenges in recovery efforts, family economy. Therefore, it is important to provide insight to students in economics. banyak menyadarkan kebutuhan hidupnya dari hasil bertani, karena sector pertanian menjadi salah satu sector yang terus diandalkan untuk menunjang laju pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional. Desa Jenisgelaran Kecamatan Bareng Kabupaten Jombang merupakan suatu wilayah dengan tipologi daerah perkebunan. Seringkali dijumpai tanaman pisang yang tumbuh di lahan masyarakat. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat adalah Meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat di desa Jenisgelaran dalam menghasilkan produk olahan keripik pisang dengan inovasi dalam bentuk rasa serta kemasan. Program Pengabdian Masyarakat oalahan keripik pisang dilaksanakan pada bulan November – Desember 2022. Lokasi kegiatan diselenggarakan di Desa Jenisgelaran Kecamatan Bareng Kabupaten Jombang. Kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah pendampingan pembuatan olahan keripik pisang. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat berjalan dengan lancar. Adapun pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat Desa Jenisgelaran meningkat dalam menghasilkan produk olahan kripik pisang dengan inovasi dalam bentuk rasa serta kemasan. Proses produksi keripik pisang adalah pengadaan bahan baku dan proses produksi (pengupasan, penggorengan, pengemasan). Berdasarkan analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa nilai tambah bruto adalah Rp.2.459.000, kemudian untuk nilai tambah netto adalah Rp.2.286.500, dan untuk nilai tambah perbahan baku adalah Rp.6.147.

Digital marketing merupakan suatu kegiatan promosi dan pencarian melalui media digital secara online dengan menggunakan jejaring sosial. Tujuan dari adanya kegiatan KKN ini adalah untuk memberikan pendampingan mengenai pemasaran digital, terutama melalui media sosial, bagi para pelaku UMKM yang ada di Kelurahan Pakunden untuk meningkatkan penjualan produk UMKM mereka. Permasalahan yang ada di Kelurahan Pakunden yaitu banyak dari pelaku UMKM yang kurang memahami pentingnya penggunaan digital marketing dan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi serta keterbatasan wawasan mengenai digitalisasi. Metode yang dipakai dalam kegiatan pendampingan ini yaitu dengan melakukan pendekatan partisipatif, dimana pada proses pendampingan ini para pelaku UMKM terlibat secara aktif dalam berbagai kegiatan yang dilakukan. Program yang dilakukan pada pendampingan ini meliputi rebranding produk, digital marketing dengan memanfaatkan media sosial seperti facebook, whatsapp business dan google bisnis, serta pendampingan pembuatan konten digital. Ada tiga UMKM yang tergabung dalam program pendampingan ini antara lain UMKM kripik tempe assyifa, UMKM ice cream anda, dan UMKM bidaran dan ciput. Kelompok kami berharap dengan adanya program pendampingan ini para pelaku UMKM dapat memanfaatkan penggunaan media digital dengan baik dan maksimal untuk meningkatkan pemasaran produk yang mereka jual.

Peranan penting siswa Generasi Millenial dalam keluarga sangat berpengaruh di dalam rumah tangga dan masyarakat yakni sebagai perantara dalam memulihkan ekonomi. Edukasi berwirausaha dimulai dengan memberikan bekal kepada siswa SMA sehingga mereka memiliki ketrampilan tertentu dan mampu mengurangi permasalahan pengangguran. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan di Sekolah SMA Negeri 1 Berastagi pada siswa kelas 10, 11, dan 12 tanggal 27 Januari 2023 di Aula SMAN 1 Berastagi. Tujuan kegiatan ini dilakukan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan wawasan terkait motivasi berwirausaha dalam era digitalisasi dan konsep pengelolaan keuangan usaha yang sederhana.
