Abstract

Welfare for people who have the main income as farmers can be assisted by housewives to boost family income with small businesses. These small businesses need to be given guidance and assistance so that their business develops according to the progress of the times. By collecting business data, it is possible to obtain business data for mothers and then sort out businesses that have the intention of developing a business. With the method of counseling business owners by visiting business places one by one to provide motivation in developing a business so that people who were not aware that business could develop finally have the will and motivation. Furthermore, business management training with digital marketing pressure points was held. As a result, the businesses owned by housewives are more developed by recognizing digital businesses but are still weak in planning management and recording results or finances. So that the follow-up plan for this assistance is training on business and financial records. It is even more important to collaborate with a digital financial recording application platform that is easier, safer and user-friendly for the community so that businesses can develop.

Abstract

The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic is still being felt by MSMEs in Indonesia to this day. MSMEs need to survive in the midst of the crisis by encouraging MSMEs to adapt and transform following business trends that are currently developing. One of them is MSME fish basket craftsmen and fermented cassava (Tape) producers in Kasiyan Village, Puger District, Jember Regency who require knowledge and understanding of digital marketing and financial literacy, as well as product innovation training in the form of Besek Tape as a means of broadening their horizons so that MSMEs can develop their businesses and are ready to face business challenges in the future.

Abstract

Bagon Village, Puger District, Jember Regency has 15 MSMEs managed by the community as a livelihood, various types of businesses can be found in this village ranging from culinary, handicrafts and also service providers. The service partners in this activity are seven MSMEs in Bagon Village. The problems faced by partners are aspects of business management, which are related to business financial management and marketing aspects. To solve this problem, the team carried out socialization about financial literacy and digital promotional media, besides that the team also provided assistance to partners to practice using a business transaction recording application, namely Kasir Pintar and creating social media such as Instagram and Facebook, creating accounts on marketplaces such as Shopee. and register your business on Google My Business. The results obtained are increased knowledge and insight of partners in accessing financial applications and digital promotional media and optimizing these applications in the implementation of their daily business activities. The team also provides assistance so partners can compose interesting digital promotional content, such as creating promotional flyers. In the future, it is hoped that further assistance can be carried out based on the results of the evaluation by the team, so that partners can optimally use financial applications and promotional media.

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology today has changed the way humans interact with each other. Social media is one of the media that allows humans to interact without being limited by space and time. The positive impact of using social media can be used as a medium of information. However, this positive impact must be accompanied by an increase in digital literacy, especially in designing information that will be conveyed to the public, one of which is through the Instagram application rails. This service has the main goal of providing training in the form of making Instagram reels using the Canva application. The target of community service activity partners is in the form of non-formal institutions, the Yayasan YAWIKA Kota Pontianak. The method of implementation is done offline by coming directly at the location of community service. The results of this activity showed satisfactory results from the participants as well as increasing digital literacy, especially in optimizing social media as a medium of information and using the Canva application.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology requires businesses to be able to adapt quickly. Through the use of technology in business, it can help Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME’s) or other businesses develop their businesses so that they are known by many people. One area that has problems with limited technology in marketing products is Kemuningsarilor Village, which is in Panti District, Jember Regency. Through the Collaborative KKN, the local regency government sent students from 13 universities throughout Jember to perform community service which is expected to overcome existing problems. The Collaborative KKN was held for 35 days, from 23 July 2022 to 26 August 2022. With the MSME Digital Marketing Creative Socialization program by the 153 Collaborative KKN participants, it can help existing MSMEs in developing product marketing. The activity went through three stages, namely the preparation process, the implementation process, and closing. From this activity, MSME’s have increased in terms of understanding, knowledge and awareness of MSME actors regarding the use of digital marketing strategies to expand product reach.

Abstract

Bolu Village is a village located in Seyegan District, Sleman Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta Province. This village is developing an Agrotourism area as a financial improvement orientation. The use of technology in the form of social media branding is needed as an effort to promote the region. To introduce a new activity, service, or product, branding is an important step that needs to be done so that the wider community is interested in the object. This community service activity was carried out for 2 days involving 10 Karangtaruna members. By utilizing technology and owning a cell phone, this content creator training is able to provide insight for youth in an effort to increase visitors and increase finances. The evaluation results show that 20% of device ownership is still insufficient, and the rest is adequate. On average, all participants understand the basics of material in creating social media content and are able to implement it in the field. Approximately 90% of participants understand the material presented. This training is considered successful.
