Abstract

In this paper, a systematic review of the literature on the labor market integration (LMI) of people with disabilities (PWD) was conducted. PWD’s LMI is characterized by obtaining a (first) job, by the suitability of this job, by its security and maintenance, by a long-term career, by participation in the labor market, and by finding the meaning of this job. The stakeholder perspective of integrating PWD into the labor market could be extended to the long term. Thanks to the results and analysis supplied by this research, these partners will be able to channel their actions along the six phases identified. This article will enable the people involved to gain a better understanding of the phenomenon, solve the problems, and better assume their responsibilities. This study responds to the lack of literature review on the PWD’s LMI and provides an analysis and organization of this knowledge.

Abstract

This study examines the institutional challenges that constrain the performance of AMCOS in the face of climate change in Nyasa District, an emerging coffee-producing area in southern Tanzania. Employing a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through 20 semi-structured interviews and four focus group discussions with AMCOS leaders from four cooperatives, complemented by a review of relevant policy documents and operational reports. Thematic analysis revealed six interrelated institutional challenges: volatility in global coffee prices, resistance to adopting improved and climate-smart farming practices, the persistent influence of unauthorized private buyers (locally known as Kangomba), limited access to affordable financing, inadequate transportation infrastructure, and the lack of local coffee processing facilities. These challenges collectively weaken cooperative governance, erode member trust, reduce operational efficiency, and constrain the ability of AMCOS to facilitate climate-resilient agricultural development. The findings underscore the need for integrated policy and development interventions, including cooperative-friendly financing mechanisms, infrastructure investment, regulatory enforcement, and participatory extension services. Strengthening the institutional embeddedness and adaptive capacity of AMCOS is critical to improving smallholder farmer livelihoods and ensuring the long-term sustainability of the coffee sector in climate-vulnerable rural areas.

Abstract

This study examines the relationship between job stress and job involvement, and evaluates the direct role of perceived coworker support within an educational foundation setting. Using a quantitative survey involving all 75 employees of the Mahaduna Rohmatul Umam Foundation, data were analyzed using PLS-SEM. The results indicate that job stress does not significantly influence job involvement. Meanwhile, perceived coworker support demonstrates a strong and significant direct effect on job involvement, although it does not moderate the relationship between job stress and job involvement. These findings suggest that supportive colleagues can sustain employee involvement even when job stress is present. The study partially supports the Job Demands- Resources Model by highlighting the importance of job resources, particularly social support, in maintaining involvement. Practically, organizations are encouraged to foster collaboration and open communication to strengthen employees’ job involvement.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the work safety management audit program, occupational health, and performance appraisal on human resource productivity with organizational culture as a moderating variable. The research was conducted at four manufacturing companies in Palembang City using a quantitative associative approach. Primary data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 52 respondents, composed of Human Resource (HR) managers and staff, Human Resource Development (HRD), Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) managers and staff, internal auditors, and supervisors. Data were analyzed using multiple regression, t-test, F-test, moderation regression analysis (MRA), and coefficient of determination test. The results of the F-test indicate that the work safety management audit program, occupational health, and performance appraisal simultaneously affect human resource productivity. The t-test results show that the work safety management audit program and occupational health do not have a significant effect, while performance appraisal has a significant effect on human resource productivity. The MRA results reveal that organizational culture functions as a pure moderator of the relationship between the work safety management audit program and human resource productivity, as a quasi-moderator in the relationship between occupational health and productivity, and as a pure moderator in the relationship between performance appraisal and productivity. The R² test results show that human resource productivity is explained by 83% of the variables studied, while the remaining 17% is influenced by other factors outside this research. The findings highlight the importance of strengthening organizational culture to enhance the effectiveness of safety, health, and performance appraisal programs in improving productivity.

Abstract

The current study examines the influence of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use on the intention of fourth-year Bachelor of Science in Office Administration students to utilize Gregg Shorthand during their On-the-Job Training (OJT). With the evolution of technology and its impact on administrative tasks, the practical relevance of shorthand remains uncertain in modern training settings. Grounded in the Technology Acceptance Model, the study aimed to assess how students perceive the usefulness and ease of use of Gregg Shorthand and whether these perceptions influence their intention to use it. A quantitative approach was utilized, surveyed 178 students from Rizal Technological University with a structured questionnaire. Results from simple linear regression analysis indicated that perceived usefulness (β = 0.834, p = 0.001) and perceived ease of use (β = 0.879, p = 0.001) strongly and positively influence intention to use Gregg shorthand during OJT. The empirical findings suggest students are more inclined to use Gregg Shorthand when they perceive it as beneficial and easy to use. These conclusions indicate that shorthand could still be valuable in administrative training if taught more practically and relevantly. The study emphasizes the need to focus on curriculum alignment with practical applications and recommends enhancement of the syllabus pertinent to shorthand instructions, especially in fields demanding rapid accuracy. Furthermore, the study recommends more exploration into field-specific approaches concerning the needs of students and instructional design to enhance performance and engagement with Gregg Shorthand.

Abstract

This study explores the influence of green practices, environmental consciousness on consumers’ willingness to visit shopping malls, focusing on Ayala Malls in Makati City. As environmental sustainability gains traction, malls increasingly adopt eco-friendly initiatives to attract and retain environmentally aware shoppers. This research specifically investigates how sustainability efforts such as waste management systems, energy-efficient infrastructure, and green open spaces influence consumer attitudes and visit intentions. The objective is to determine how environmental awareness and green practices contribute to consumers' shopping intentions, and which initiatives most effectively foster positive perceptions and behaviors. A quantitative research design was used, gathering data from 385 via a structured questionnaire. Regression analysis was applied to assess the impact of green practices and environmental consciousness on mall visitation intent. Findings reveal a strong consumer preference for environmentally sustainable shopping environments. Respondents highlighted visible recycling measures, bicycle parking, and active sustainability campaigns as key factors shaping positive mall experiences. These green features were significantly influenced by the increased likelihood of mall visits. The study underscores the importance of enhancing green initiatives within malls. Recommendations include simplifying waste management systems, introducing sustainable consumption incentives, and embedding sustainability in corporate social responsibility (CSR) efforts. These strategies not only boost consumer engagement but also support long-term business viability. Future researchers may consider examining the changing consumer behavior trends and asses the long-term business value of green practice.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the perceived usefulness of Google Scholar among Office Administration students in state universities, focusing on its role in conducting literature reviews. The research seeks to measure factors that drive students to use Google Scholar, associated with students' intentions to continue using the platform in their academic work. The study specifically gathered data from Office Administration students enrolled in state universities during the academic year 2024-2025. Findings from this research will contribute to improving digital literacy programs and enhancing students’ academic experience. The study revealed a significant correlation between the perceived usefulness of Google Scholar and students’ intention to use it. It shows that the multiple factors, such as efficiency in finding relevant sources, quick access to information, availability of up-to-date research, user-friendliness, and cost-free access, are associated with students' intention to use Google Scholar for their academic research, especially in finding literature reviews. The strong positive correlations across various aspects indicate that students who perceive Google Scholar as a useful tool are more inclined to integrate it into their research activities, prefer it over other academic databases, explore its advanced features, and recommend it to others. The findings show that while students find Google Scholar convenient and accessible, some struggle with navigation and accessing full-text articles. The study recommends further research on the platform’s long-term impact and how digital literacy affects its use. Future studies may explore whether targeted training improves students' research skills, offering insights for universities to better support academic success.

Abstract

This study investigated the impact of shopping mall green spaces on customer revisit intention, focusing on the mediating effects of environmental awareness. A causal quantitative design was employed, using purposive sampling to collect data from 300 recurrent visitors to the Mall of Asia Sky Garden via a 5-point Likert scale survey. The data were analyzed using Pearson Correlation and Mediation Regression, with the significance of the indirect effect confirmed by the Sobel Test. Results indicated that all hypothesized relationships were supported, confirming highly significant positive correlations between Green Spaces, Environmental Awareness, and Customer Revisit Intention. The analysis established that Environmental Awareness partially mediated the positive relationship between green space quality and customer revisit intention. The study concluded that while green spaces directly fostered patronage, they also provided a significant psychological pathway by boosting environmental consciousness, which further reinforced customer loyalty.

Abstract

The expansion of application-based online transportation services has intensified competition across platforms at national and global levels, compelling companies to adopt strategies that foster long-term customer loyalty. This study examines the effects of CRM and service quality on customer loyalty toward Grab in Bojonegoro Regency, Indonesia. This study employs a quantitative approach using a survey method, in which data were collected through questionnaires distributed to Grab customers. The data analysis techniques included validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing using the t-test, F-test, and the coefficient of determination (R²). The results indicate that CRM has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Service quality is also found to have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Furthermore, CRM and service quality simultaneously have a significant effect on Grab customer loyalty. The coefficient of determination indicates that CRM and service quality explain part of the variation in customer loyalty, while the remaining variation is influenced by other factors outside the research model. These findings underscore the importance of integrating CRM strategies and enhancing service quality in fostering customer loyalty within the online transportation industry. This study is expected to provide an empirical contribution to the development of service marketing management literature and serve as a practical reference for online transportation companies in designing sustainable customer retention strategies within both regional and global market contexts.
