Abstract

As technology evolves and trends change, perfume products continue to face challenges to remain relevant and attractive to an ever-evolving market. Data mining allows companies to identify customer segments based on consumer behaviors, preferences, and characteristics. The purpose of this study is to identify the purchase pattern of perfume products based on the tendency of consumers to buy products at the same time. The method used in this study is quantitative, based on transaction data. The programming language used in this study is PHP 5. The use of an a priori algorithm makes it easier to determine the association rules based on the support and confidence values. The association pattern is formed with a minimum of 15% support. It is found that the most frequently sold goods have a total of 5 item transactions, so the most frequently purchased perfume product itemsets at the same time are Jasmine and Fantasy.

Abstract

People often have difficulty purchasing and remembering train departure schedules, especially those with busy and complex trips. The purpose of this research is to create a multimedia-based train departure schedule reminder application that is able to handle ticket availability properly and provide accurate information. This research uses a qualitative method based on a literature study and observation for two months at Garongkong station in Barru Regency, South Sulawesi. Using the Kotlin programming language application, Visual Studio Code tools, and MySQL Database. The results of making multimedia applications can display information on train departure schedules, ticket purchases, and automatic time notifications that have been scheduled by the regulator.

Abstract

One of the problems currently is that many traffic lights are not functioning properly. Handling and repair of facilities by officers is carried out periodically and awaits information from the public. It is felt to be less efficient because the number of points is very large, while the number of officers is small, which slows down handling, resulting in losses to society, such as increasing the number of traffic accidents and crime. This research aims to design a prototype traffic light dysfunction monitoring system that can monitor traffic light status in real time. The qualitative research method uses an Arduino Uno controller, ESP8266, an IoT-based voltage detector sensor, and an AC712 current sensor. The results of making the prototype make it easier for officers to monitor traffic light status in real time at observation points and can reduce the number of traffic accidents on roads that can harm the public.

Abstract

Often, humans interact using facial expressions that can reveal emotions as evidence of whether someone is telling the truth or not. This research aims to help identify a person's expressions, such as silence, laughter, and smiling. Research using quantitative methods with Android Studio applications and real-time machine learning, displaying accuracy parameters on expressions. The results show the success of the application in detecting facial expressions and displaying accuracy parameters for expressions such as wide-eyed, closed eyes, smile, neutral, and laughter in real-time.

Abstract

The lack of initial flood risk mitigation information to the community causes a lot of property damage and loss of life. This research aims to design a flood notification prototype so that people can avoid flood disasters. This research uses quantitative methods with an experimental approach, utilizing an ESP 8266 microcontroller connected to a wireless network and ultrasonic sensors to detect water levels based on the Internet of Things (IoT). This research succeeded in designing a flood notification system to make it easier for the public to obtain real-time water level information as an initial stage of early evacuation.

Abstract

An Android-based application for making MPASI (complementary food for breast milk) and healthy snacks made from local ingredients is an innovative solution in increasing the accessibility and efficiency of providing optimal nutrition for toddlers. This research aims to develop an application prototype that provides recipe guides, nutritional calculators, and locally based educational training. The research method involves designing and testing applications with an iterative approach that involves users. The results show that this application helps users choose healthy local ingredients, prepare nutritious menus, and increase awareness of the importance of baby nutrition.

Abstract

The Educational Game Application of Fruit Design introduction for Elementary School and Android-based Kindergarten, is one of the android-based applications specifically designed for Education and also Games to introduce Fruits to PAUD and Kindergarten students to stimulate the learning process of students to have an interest in getting to know the fruits that are around us. This Android Educational Game Application is designed using a Prototype model system design approach which has the advantage of being able to work with a small team of even just one person, prototypes are also versatile in making a finished application and then shown to system users, whether it is in accordance with user needs or not, if not then adjustments will be made as necessary. To show the system and design of this application using the UML (Unified Modeling language) method which shows modeling diagrams and testing using Black Box Testing. Based on the results of this Educational Based Application, it shows that the game can be made to teach PAUD and TK students and can also stimulate interest in learning because it is equipped with games to test students' knowledge about the types of fruits that are around us.

Abstract

In an increasingly complex digital era, sentiment analysis has become a vital instrument in understanding the nuances of public opinion. This technique, which utilizes artificial intelligence and Machine Learning, allows us to extract knowledge about people's attitudes, emotions and perceptions towards various issues. This research examines public sentiment regarding the issue of fraud in the 2024 Election on the social media platform Twitter using a text mining-based sentiment analysis approach. Data was obtained through a crawling process using the Python programming language. The research methodology includes a series of stages, starting from data cleaning to improve quality, continuing with word weighting using the Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) algorithm, and ending with modeling using the Naïve Bayes Classifier algorithm. Model evaluation was carried out systematically by applying the Naive Bayes, Confusion Matrix and K-Fold Cross Validation methods to measure the level of accuracy and effectiveness of the model developed. This research aims to produce in-depth knowledge regarding the trends and dynamics of public sentiment regarding the issue of fraud in the 2024 Election in the realm of social media, especially Twitter (X). Based on the research results, it shows a percentage of 67.7%.

Abstract

The use of multiple-choice exam questions in academic evaluations in schools is often fraudulent, such as cheating or student cooperation, which can reduce the validity of the assessment. This application is designed to randomize the order of questions and answer options automatically, so that each student gets a different question. Using qualitative methods based on black box testing and white box testing using laptop hardware, smartphones, and Windows 10, XAMPP, MySQL, and Visual Studio Code software. Test results show that this application is effective and efficient in randomizing questions and answer choices, minimizing cheating, preventing collaboration, and encouraging students to learn better.

Abstract

Bhabinkamtibmas in its work area often faces various challenges in reporting situations and activities. As the spearhead of the police, Bhabinkamtibmas is responsible for maintaining security and order at the village or sub-district level, as well as building effective communication with the community. This research aims to create an application that can help Bhabinkamtibmas in reporting situations and conditions in their work areas more easily and effectively. This research uses qualitative methods. This research uses analysis of existing systems, application design, testing, and implementation, and data collection is carried out by direct observation and literature study from relevant sources. This application makes it easier for Bhabinkamtibmas to manage and report its activities, so that supervision and community service tasks can be carried out in a more structured and transparent manner.
