Abstract

Sistem antrean dapat ditemukan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, baik di fasilitas publik seperti pelayanan bank dan pelayanan kesehatan, maupun di fasilitas swasta seperti tempat makan dan tempat belanja. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai penerapan model M/M/S pada sistem antrean pasien di Poliklinik Pratama IPB. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengamati karakteristik sistem antrean yang diterapkan dan menentukan rata-rata laju kedatangan pasien, rata-rata laju pelayanan pasien, rata-rata banyaknya pasien di sistem, rata-rata panjang antrean, rata-rata lamanya pasien di sistem, dan rata-rata lamanya seorang pasien di antrean. Data penelitian diperoleh dari hasil observasi yang dilakukan selama tiga hari di Poliklinik Pratama IPB Dramaga, Kabupaten Bogor, Jawa Barat. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan diperoleh bahwa sistem antrean yang diterapkan adalah M/M/2 dengan disiplin first come first served. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh beberapa hasil berikut. Rata-rata laju kedatangan pasien adalah 16.5 pasien/jam, rata-rata laju pelayanan pasien adalah 16.3 pasien/jam, rata-rata banyaknya pasien di sistem adalah 1.31, rata-rata panjang antrean adalah 0.988 orang, rata-rata lamanya pasien di sistem adalah 4.763 menit, dan rata-rata lamanya seorang pasien di antrean adalah 3.6 menit.

Abstract

The Generalized Space-Time Autoregressive (GSTAR) model is an extension of the Space-Time Autoregressive (STAR) model. The difference between the two models lies in the parameter assumptions. In the STAR model, the parameters are assumed to be independent of location, so this model is only suitable for data with homogeneous locations. Meanwhile in the GSTAR model, the parameters are assumed to change for each different location. This research aims to develop the best model for forecasting the Rupiah exchange rate against the Singapore Dollar, Thai Baht, and Philippine Peso. The appropriate model used for the Rupiah exchange rate data is the GSTAR(51)I(1) model. The weights used in this study are uniform location weights and inverse distance. The modeling results show that the best model is the model with inverse distance weighting, which has an MSE value of 371.8907 with MAPE values for each of the Rupiah exchange rate data against the Singapore Dollar, Thai Baht, and Philippine Peso of 0.3154214%, 0.8369436%, and 0.6237245%, respectively.

Abstract

Gold is considered as a reliable investment tool for long-term savings and/or investment portfolios. Investors who do not like high risks trust gold to be a safe haven commodity that can mitigate the impact of any financial crisis. Gold and stocks are often used as substitutes for each other, where the two have an inverse relationship. Copula is used to capture the dependence relationship between world gold prices and the stock indexes. The data used are the stock index data for the JKSE Indonesia), PSE (Phillipines), Nikkei 225 (Japan), HSI (Hong Kong), and world gold prices (XAU) from January 1, 2014 to December 31, 2019. From the data, the ARMA-GARCH model is made to solve the problem of autocorrelation and heteroscedasticity. Then, the correlation between assets is calculated using the rank correlation. Furthermore, four pairs of data are made from each stock index with the price of gold. Next, the best copula and the estimated Value-at-Risk (VaR) are sought for each portfolio. From the results of the selecting of the best copula for each pair of data, it is found that gold can be a safe haven asset in the Hong Kong's stock market. The VaR results show that the biggest loss is in the Japanese market.

Abstract

Bimbingan konseling (BK) pada jenjang pendidikan SMA memiliki peran penting dalam memberikan layanan konsultasi akademik maupun non akademik kepada para siswa. Oleh karenanya, kemampuan dan kepribadian guru BK, serta fasilitas penunjang yang memadai sangat diperlukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan membangun model empiris untuk mengevaluasi kinerja layanan BK berbasis kepuasan siswa, terhadap faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kualitas kinerja BK SMA Negeri 1 Dramaga. Penelitian ini melibatkan 125 siswa dengan cara mengisi kuesioner secara online. Pendugaan parameter model dilakukan menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM). Tingkat kepuasan siswa secara keseluruhan terhadap layanan BK sebesar 94%. Kemampuan Guru BK dan program kerja konsultasi memiliki peran dominan dalam memengaruhi kepuasan. Layanan informasi BK berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan, sedangkan faktor kepribadian, fasilitas ruang diskusi, dan program kerja klasikal berpengaruh negatif terhadap kepuasan siswa. Upaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas kinerja BK SMA Negeri 1 Dramaga diprioritaskan melalui peningkatan kinerja program kerja klasikal dengan memperbaiki kualitas penyampaian informasi seputar perguruan tinggi.

Abstract

Perencanaan produksi adalah salah satu strategi untuk menghadapi berbagai permasalahan dalam proses produksi. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam perencanaan produksi cukup bervariasi. Seringkali tujuan-tujuan tersebut bersifat samar sehingga mengandung ketidakpastian atau fuzzy. Penelitian ini bertujuan memodelkan masalah perencanaan produksi sebagai model fuzzy goal programming (FGP). Ketidakpastian pada fungsi tujuan diselesaikan menggunakan fungsi keanggotaan fuzzy. Fungsi keanggotaan fuzzy dibangun dengan refererensi batas optimal dari masing-masing fungsi tujuan dan batas toleransi yang diinginkan oleh pembuat keputusan. Model FGP diformulasikan dengan pendekatan max-min Bellman-Zadeh. Model diimplementasikan menggunakan bantuan software LINGO pada industri rumahan konveksi jilbab di Kebon Jeruk, Jakarta Barat dengan fungsi tujuan meminimumkan waktu produksi dan memaksimumkan keuntungan. Hasil implementasi menghasilkan tingkat produksi jilbab yang mengoptimalkan fungsi tujuan, yaitu meminimumkan waktu produksi dan memaksimumkan keuntungan. Minimum waktu produksi yang diperoleh 2105 menit, sedangkan maksimum keuntungan yang diperoleh yaitu Rp 3.460.295,68.

Abstract

Model ARIMA dan GARCH adalah model yang dapat mengatasi volatilitas yang sering terjadi pada harga saham. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membandingkan kinerja model dan mencari efektivitas ARIMA serta GARCH dalam peramalan harga penutupan saham Bank BRI. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder time series yang bersumber dari website Yahoo Finance mengenai harga penutupan saham harian Bank BRI mulai dari 1 September 2014 sampai 30 September 2023 dengan jumlah pengamatan sebanyak 2260 hari. Berdasarkan hasil ramalan, MAPE dari model ARIMA(2,1,0) didapatkan sebesar 2,256% sedangkan model ARIMA(2,1,0)-GARCH(3,3) sebesar 21,735%. Oleh karena itu, model terbaik untuk meramalkan harga saham BRI adalah model ARIMA(2,1,0) dengan peramalan data yang dihasilkan cenderung stabil dan selang kepercayaan yang cenderung melebar di setiap periode.
