Jurnal Pijar : Studi Manajemen dan Bisnis merupakan jurnal yang membahas ilmu di bidang Manajemen dan Bisnis, jurnal ini sebagai wadah untuk menuangkan hasil penelitian baik secara konseptual maupun teknis yang berkaitan dengan keilmuan manajemen dan bisnis. Abstract

This study aims to assess the quality of education in the Japanese Language Diploma Program (D3) at Universitas Widyatama, evaluate the program's brand image, and analyze the impact of both quality of education and brand image on prospective students' intention to enroll in the program. The research employs a descriptive-analytical and verificative approach. The descriptive aspect seeks to illustrate how the quality of education and brand image influence prospective students' interest in enrolling, while the verificative aspect examines the direct effect of education quality and brand image on the enrollment intentions of third-year high school (SMA/SMK) students. Data were collected through a survey with a sample of 100 respondents, comprising third-year high school/ vocational school students and alumni who had been exposed to promotional efforts by the UTama Marketing Bureau and the Japanese Language Program. The results of the F-test indicate that both education quality and brand image have a significant combined impact on prospective students' enrollment intentions for the D3 Japanese Language Program at Universitas Widyatama, with an R-Square coefficient of 0.281, or 28.1%. This means that education quality and brand image together explain 28.1% of the variability in students' intention to enroll, while the remaining 71.9% is influenced by other factors not covered in this study, such as social, economic, or personal preferences. The findings provide insight into the factors influencing prospective students' decisions to choose the D3 Japanese Language Program at Universitas Widyatama. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine whether there is a partial influence of Leadership Style on Employee Performance at PT Citra Selaras Niaga Jakarta Pusat. This research method uses a quantitative associative method, data collection techniques using questionnaires. The population of this research is employees at PT Citra Selaras Niaga Jakarta Pusat with a population of 50 employees. Sampling used the saturated sample method, namely 50 employees. The research results show that Leadership Style has a significant effect on Employee Performance. The t-calculated value is greater than the t-table (3.626 > 2.008), with a significance value of 0.001, so it is smaller than 5%, namely 0.001 < 0.050, then Ha1 is accepted. Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. The t-count value is greater than the t-table (3.043 > 2.008), with a significance value of 0.004, so it is smaller than 5%, namely 0.004 < 0.050, so Ha2 is accepted. Leadership Style and Motivation together influence employee performance. The F-calculated value is greater than the F-table (8.316 > 2.810), with a significance value of 0.001, so it is smaller than 5%, namely 0.001 < 0.050, then Ha3 is accepted

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that influence students majoring in Accounting in Surabaya in choosing an Accounting study program. The research method used is a survey with a quantitative approach, where data is collected through questionnaires given to students at several universities in Surabaya. The factors studied include personal motivation, career prospects, the impact of the social environment, and the quality of education. The findings of the analysis show that personal motivation and career prospects are important factors that influence students' decision to enroll in an accounting study program. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji bagaimana PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk telah menerapkan konsep-konsep Tata Kelola Perusahaan yang baik (GCG) dan bagaimana pengaruhnya terhadap kepatuhan syariah, akuntabilitas, transparansi, dan manajemen risiko. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan metodologi studi kasus tunggal di Bank Muamalat. Penelitian ini didukung oleh tinjauan terhadap penelitian terdahulu dan didasarkan pada data sekunder dari laporan GCG, laporan tahunan, dan laporan keuangan syariah tahun 2011. Studi dokumentasi dan tinjauan literatur digunakan sebagai metode pengumpulan data, dan analisis kualitatif deskriptif digunakan untuk membandingkan praktik-praktik saat ini dengan standar GCG yang relevan. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa penerapan prinsip akuntabilitas dan transparansi di Bank Muamalat masih di bawah standar, yang ditunjukkan dengan komposisi komite audit yang tidak sesuai dengan ketentuan Bank Indonesia dan ketidaklengkapan laporan dana zakat dan dana kebajikan. Selain itu, independensi struktur tata kelola belum sepenuhnya tercapai, dan konsep pertanggungjawaban masih diterapkan secara parsial melalui Enterprise Risk Management (ERM). Kesimpulan dari studi ini menyoroti betapa pentingnya meningkatkan kerangka tata kelola dan memperkuat komitmen internal bisnis untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan publik dan keberlangsungan jangka panjang industri perbankan syariah di Indonesia

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui proses penyelesaian pembiayaan murabahah bagi nasabah yang meninggal dunia sebelum jatuh tempo penelitian di Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah (BPRS) Bandar Lampung. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa proses penanganan/penyelesaian pembiayaan murabahah di Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah BPRS Bandar Lampung sudah sesuai dengan Pernyataan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan (PSAK) No. 102. Penanganan pembiayaan murabahah bagi nasabah yang meninggal dunia sebelum jatuh tempo di Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah BPRS Bandar Lampung menggunakan beberapa langkah yaitu langkah awal, bank akan menghubungi ahli waris dengan melakukan pendekatan selektif. Selanjutnya bank akan menutup pembiayaan dengan asuransi dan bank akan melakukan proses administrasi yang sempurna untuk pembukuan agar pihak asuransi dapat segera mencairkan dana klaim asuransi. Dan terakhir bank akan memanggil kembali ahli waris untuk mengambil berkas agunan nasabah apabila asuransi telah melunasi.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze strategies for reducing fuel oil (BBM) subsidies as well as increasing income by implementing environmentally friendly electric vehicles in Indonesia. The research method used is a literature study of reputable articles and books. The research results show that there are strategies that the government can implement, including the implementation of fiscal incentives, infrastructure development, international cooperation, and public campaigns and education. Furthermore, the potential for increasing state income through the adoption of electric vehicles can also occur due to budget savings in the form of reducing fuel subsidies. However, there are challenges related to the implementation of electric vehicles, including limited charging infrastructure, high initial vehicle costs, limited human resources, lack of public awareness, and frequently changing regulations. The opportunity for this implementation is that Indonesia has abundant nickel reserves to implement electric vehicles. Therefore, it is recommended that the government improve charging infrastructure, provide fiscal incentives, and carry out campaigns to increase public awareness about the benefits of electric vehicles. By implementing the right strategy, Indonesia can reduce fuel subsidies, increase state income, and create a healthy environment. Abstract

The increasing public demand for health services provided by hospitals requires hospital management to operate hospitals professionally, including in terms of financial accountability. The implementation of transparency is expected to increase accountability and the level of public trust in hospitals. This study aims to provide an overview of applying the principle of transparency in financial management at the West Muna Regency Hospital. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The results showed that budget planning was carried out by involving various sections and units in the budget planning process. The process of financial supervision and control involves various parties. Financial audits by external parties such as the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK) are an effort to ensure transparency in financial management. In terms of public accessibility to financial information through financial reports, it is known that there is no online media such as sites that provide financial reports that can be accessed by the public. It is recommended the hospital consider developing and improving policies, especially regarding the publication of financial information, including strategies to publish financial reports through the hospital website to maintain the level of public trust in the hospital.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of leadership style on employee performance at the Public Relations and International Cooperation Bureau of Audit Board of Indonesia (BPK RI). The research method used is quantitative method. The population in this study was all 92 employees of the Public Relations and International Cooperation Bureau at the BPK RI. The sample was selected using simple random sampling with the Slovin formula. The research instrument was tested for validity and reliability. Hypothesis testing used simple linear regression, correlation, and determination. The results of this study indicate that leadership style does not significantly influence employee performance at the BPK RI Public Relations and International Cooperation Bureau. Abstract

The implementation of Strategic Human Resource Management (SHRM) in Indonesia’s public sector reflects a shift from administrative HR practices toward a strategic approach aligned with bureaucratic reform and the improvement of public service delivery. This study aims to analyze how SHRM is applied within government institutions and its impact on organizational performance. Employing a literature review method, this study draws upon national policies, official government reports, and previous research findings. The results indicate that the integration of HR functions with organizational strategy, the implementation of a merit system, digital transformation in HR processes, and the strengthening of transformational leadership significantly contribute to improving bureaucratic effectiveness. However, key challenges remain, including limited managerial capacity, organizational resistance to change, and disparities in implementation across institutions. The study highlights the importance of policy consistency, digital ecosystem development, and enhancing the strategic literacy of civil servants in ensuring successful SHRM implementation. These findings offer valuable insights for policymakers and practitioners in designing more adaptive and sustainable HR strategies in the Indonesian public sector.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and incentives on employee motivation in the vehicle sales sector in South Tangerang. In the automotive industry, it is very important to maintain and enhance employee morale, as it affects the level of sales, especially considering the intense competition in this field. The research method used in this study is qualitative, utilizing in-depth interview techniques with informants working at various vehicle dealerships, both two-wheel and four-wheel, located throughout South Tangerang. The results of the study indicate that both compensation and incentives have a positive and significant impact on employee motivation. Providing fair and transparent incentives has been proven to increase employee motivation, leading to greater enthusiasm at work and higher sales performance.
