Jurnal Pijar : Studi Manajemen dan Bisnis merupakan jurnal yang membahas ilmu di bidang Manajemen dan Bisnis, jurnal ini sebagai wadah untuk menuangkan hasil penelitian baik secara konseptual maupun teknis yang berkaitan dengan keilmuan manajemen dan bisnis. Abstract

This research is entitled The Effect of Reward and Punishment on the discipline of teacher performance at the Zaid Bin Tsabit Foundation. The aims of this research are: To determine the effect of reward on the disciplinary performance of teachers at the Zaid Bin Tsabit Foundation, to determine the effect of punishment on the disciplinary performance of teachers at the Zaid Bin Tsabit Foundation, to determine the effect of reward and punishment together on the disciplinary performance of teachers at the Foundation Zaid Bin Tsabit. This research method uses quantitative research with a sample size of 53 people. The results of the research showed that there was no significant influence between reward on the disciplinary performance of teachers at the Zaid Bin Tsabit Foundation, there was a significant influence between punishment on the disciplinary performance of teachers at the Zaid Bin Tsabit Foundation, and there was a significant influence between the reward and punishment variables together at the Zaid Foundation Bin Tsabit.

Abstract

The development of the business world demands effective human resource management. However, the high unemployment rate in Indonesia highlights the need to foster creativity and innovation to create new job opportunities, especially in the digital economy era, which enables promising online business opportunities. The purpose of this research is to understand how planning models for the development of creativity and innovation can be applied in the digital economy era. The research method used is descriptive quantitative research. The population in this study consists of actors in L.Fashion.Id (resellers and customers), totaling 78 individuals. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that creativity and innovation have a significant impact on the digital economy. Additionally, the digital economy in L.Fashion.Id has increased sales volume over the past three years.

Abstract

PT Agro Nusantara Indonesia has experienced fluctuations in fertilizer production over the past five years. This has been identified as being due to a lack of employee training and motivation. Job training is important for improving employee skills and can help companies optimize their investments. Motivated employees tend to be more enthusiastic and proactive in achieving company goals. This study used a quantitative method with a survey approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 52 PT Agro Nusantara Indonesia employees. A saturated sample was used, where the sample size equals the population size. The data analysis techniques used were t-tests and multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that: Job training does not have a significant effect on employee performance, Work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance, and Job training and work motivation have a simultaneous considerable effect on employee performance. The company needs to improve its work motivation programs to improve employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of Organizational learning culture and Transformational leadership on Job performance through the mediating role of Job satisfaction in the banking industry. The method used is a quantitative approach with Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) to analyze data from frontliner employees in the banking sector in East Java. The results showed that Organizational learning culture and Transformational leadership have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance and Job satisfaction. Job satisfaction is also proven to mediate the effect of Organizational learning culture and Transformational leadership on Job performance. The limitation of this study lies in a sample limited to frontliner employees in the banking sector in East Java, which may not represent the entire banking industry. Suggestions for future research are to explore additional factors that may influence the relationship between Organizational learning culture, Transformational leadership, Job satisfaction, and Job performance, and to expand the sample to various sectors and geographical areas

Abstract

Global competition has forced many companies to establish new strategies in order to face competition in several corporate sectors, either by providing information to increase sales. Promotion is one of the sectors experiencing competition. Apart from being used for promotional media, the promotion mix can also be used to increase sales. PT. Niaga Digital Persada or Frozen Food Jakarta is a company in the field of Supplier Distributor. Frozen Food Jakarta is now using Promotion Mix for its marketing activities because it is considered more effective and efficient. Not only for marketing matters, but Frozen Food Jakarta utilizes the Promotion Mix as a means of promotion to increase sales. This study aims to find out what promotion mix is ​​used by PT. Niaga Digital Persada Frozen Food Jakarta in increasing product sales. While the method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method, with data collection techniques through observation and in-depth interviews with 2 informants who are familiar with the Promotion Mix process at Frozen Food Jakarta. The data analysis technique used in this study is the Miles and Huberman technique. The results of this study are to discuss the problem in depth, the Promotion Mix used by PT. Niaga Digital Persada Frozen Food Jakarta is Advertising, Sales Promotion, Public Relations, Personal Selling. By using the same promotion, Frozen Food Jakarta promotes interesting services and product information so that it can increase the company's sales, and make the Frozen Food Jakarta company grow. The conclusion of this study is that it can be seen that PT. Niaga Digital Persada or Frozen Food Jakarta uses a promotional mix such as advertising, sales promotion, personal selling, public relations to increase sales of the company's products. From the things that have been done, Frozen Food Jakarta has succeeded in increasing sales of its company's products so that Frozen Food Jakarta is increasingly known and growing.

Abstract

In Indonesia, digital money is spreading rapidly, and financial technology is also developing at the same time. The use of e-commerce from all circles has expanded due to the rapid growth of digitalization. Shopee is one of the e-commerce platforms that is in demand by the public. Shopee is a preferred online shopping choice because of its visually appealing application display. The majority of Indonesian people, especially in Semarang City, use Shopee for shopping. The purpose of this study was to determine how Semarang City residents' decisions about online purchases at Shopee are influenced by factors such as ease of use, trust, and lifestyle. This study is a quantitative study and uses a purposive sampling technique. The results of the reliability test were obtained using Cronbach alpha (α) and the results of the validity test were obtained using the KMO test tool. The research instrument was used to obtain data on multiple regression coefficients, determination coefficients (R2), F tests, and t tests. The research findings show that people in Semarang City make significant judgments about what to buy at Shopee based on factors including ease of use, trust, and lifestyle

Abstract

This study examines the relationship between organizational culture, work environment, and transactional leadership on job satisfaction at PT Putra Perkasa Abadi (PPA). The sample consisted of 80 workers. Questionnaire tabulation, validity, and reliability tests were used for analysis. Multiple linear regression was used for data analysis. The findings indicate that organizational culture can increase job satisfaction, and there is a positive relationship between organizational culture and job satisfaction. A positive influence of work environment on job satisfaction was also found. Moreover, a positive influence between transactional leadership and job satisfaction was discovered. Therefore, strengthening organizational culture, improving the work environment, and applying a transformational leadership style can increase job satisfaction and performance at PPA. Understanding and applying these concepts can improve employee satisfaction and loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate aspects related to authentic leadership, its application in organizations, and the benefits and objectives associated with authentic leadership theory. Using a systematic literature review, the research examines 518 journal articles published in Scopus between 2013 and 2023. The data were drawn from 40 journals using RStudio and Bibliometrix applications, focusing on the 50 most globally cited articles. The findings show that authentic leadership is closely related to qualities such as honesty, transparency, and self-consistency. Additionally, the study provides a comprehensive historical analysis of the concept of authenticity and explains the fundamental principles and significant developments in Authentic Leadership (AL) theory. The RStudio and Bibliometrix methodologies, which have not been widely used in previous studies on authentic leadership, offer a new approach to this research. To enhance employee creativity, motivation, commitment, satisfaction, and performance, leaders are encouraged to adopt authentic leadership practices, which in turn can foster greater trust in their leadership abilities

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of viral marketing on purchasing decisions with trust as a moderating variable. This study used a quantitative approach using primary data. The distribution of questionnaires in this study used Google Forms, and the sample used was 105 respondents with purposive sampling technique. Descriptive statistical analysis techniques were used to analyze the data, and SPSS version 25 software was used to process the data. This study used simple regression analysis and moderated regression analysis (MRA). The results of this study indicate that viral marketing has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, testing the moderating variable states that trust cannot moderate the relationship between viral marketing and purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This Systematic Literature Review explores in depth related to self efficacy variables which include antecedents, consequences, and research objects used ini self efficacy research. This Systematic Literature Review focuses on structured identification of self efficacy with a time span of the last ten years with restrictions on countries in Southeast Asia. This research method uses the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) method. Based on the search, there are 30 relevant articles to be used as guidelines for preparing the Systematic Literature Review. The results showed that the antecedents of self efficacy were dominated by individual aspects, organizational aspects and technological aspects. Whilw the consequences of self efficacy are dominated by perceived usefulness, perceived ease to use, behavioral intention and performance. The object of research tends to examine the point of view of students and teachers (academics).
