Abstract

This study aims to explore the use of digital literacy in increasing the number of customers using digital saving services at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Parakan Branch Office. The focus of the research includes how digital literacy can increase the number of customers, the obstacles faced in the application of digital saving services, and the efforts made to optimize the application of these services. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a total of 10 informants consisting of BRI KC Parakan employees and several customers. Research instruments include in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The collected data were analyzed using thematic analysis method to identify the main themes that emerged from the data. The results showed that the implementation of digital literacy through social media, direct socialization, and education by customer service played a significant role in increasing customer understanding and trust in digital saving services. This study concludes that digital literacy plays an important role in increasing the number of customers using digital saving services at BRI KC Parakan. Technical barriers and lack of customer understanding are the main challenges in implementing this service. It is hoped that by implementing the suggestions that have been identified, BRI KC Parakan can further optimize the implementation of digital saving services in the future.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of gold mining on community income in Poboya Village, Mantikulore sub-district, Palu City. This research was conducted using qualitative and quantitative research methods. The data sources used in this research are primary data and secondary data with data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation, the data obtained is then analyzed into a conclusion from the research process. The findings of the study found that the Impact of Gold Mining on Community Income in Poboya Village, Mantikulore District, Palu City had a positive impact and a negative impact on mining. The positive impact of gold mining can improve the economy of miners, while the negative impact poses a greater danger, especially the impact on the environment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy on financial management of SMA Negeri 1 Ulunoyo students and the magnitude of the effect of financial literacy on financial management of SMA Negeri 1 Ulunoyo students. The method used in this research is quantitative method. The data collection technique used a questionnaire (Likert Scale). Data analysis techniques used to strengthen questionnaire data are validity test, reliability test, correlation coefficient, linear regression, determinant coefficient, hypothesis testing, normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test. This study used 58 respondents with Simple Random Sampling data collection technique. The results of this study indicate that Financial Literacy affects the Financial Management of SMA Negeri 1 Ulunoyo, South Nias Regency by 54.8%, while 45.2% is influenced by factors not in this study. With increased financial literacy, students will increasingly manage their finances wisely, carefully and regularly by applying indicators of each financial literacy variable and financial management variable, so that students can prepare for future needs and finances.

Abstract

That financial literacy is part of economic literacy that is important to develop through educational activities. Financial literacy is very important especially for individuals because this financial aspect is a determinant in finding individual life needs. although there are still individuals who have not implemented good financial literacy in their lives. As is the case with students of SMK Negeri 1 Tugala Oyo which is one of the vocational schools in Tugala Oyo District, North Nias Regency. This study aims to determine how much influence Financial Education has on improving Financial Literacy at SMK N 1 Tugala Oyo, North Nias Regency. This study uses a quantitative method, respondents are students of SMK Negeri 1 Tugala Oyo as many as 65 people, where researchers collect data using questionnaires, then conduct validity studies, and data reliability tests, correlation coefficients, classical assumption tests (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test), simple linear regression, coefficient of determination, and t-test. The results of the study showed that the influence of financial education on increasing financial literacy at SMK Negeri 1 Tugala Oyo was 22.4% and 77.6% was influenced by other factors that were not influenced by this study.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the results of observations of researchers during the implementation of the learning process at UPTD SMP Negeri 1 Sirombu in the 2023/2024 academic year which has experienced obstacles in the learning process so that students' thinking skills are still relatively low. This researcher aims to (1) Know the application of the Guided Inquiry Method can develop students' creative thinking skills in Integrated Social Studies Class VIII-A UPTD SMP Negeri 1 Sirombu 2023/2024. (2) Knowing the increase in student understanding after using the Guided Inquiry Method to Develop Students' Creative Thinking Skills in Integrated Social Studies Class VIII-A UPTD SMP Negeri 1 Sirombu Lesson Year 2023/2024. This type of research is class action research (PTK). This research was conducted in class VIII-A with 33 students. The instruments used were teacher and student observation sheets, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results known by researchers in the field, it is known that: (1) The results of observations for teachers in the first cycle activities reached an average of 59%, while in the second cycle activities the teacher's ability to implement the learning process increased from the previous results reaching 85%. (2) The results of student observations on student activities in the first cycle activities reached an average of 77.91% and in the second cycle increased to 92.38%. (3) The results of the learning evaluation in cycle I were 64.62%, and in cycle II experienced an increase from the results of the previous cycle which amounted to 81.03%, the percentage of completeness achieved in cycle I was 39.13%, while in cycle II it reached 95.65%. So it can be concluded that the application of the Guided Inquiry Method provides an increase and understanding of both the teacher and especially to students where students can predict, observe, and explain the results of their observations in the learning process that takes place in the classroom. the application of the Guided Inquiry Method can develop students' creative thinking skills in Integrated Social Studies Class VIII-A UPTD SMP Negeri 1 Sirombu Lesson Year 2023/2024.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of information sharing, supply chain collaboration, and supply chain agility on supply chain performance in the food and beverage industry in the Greater Jakarta area. The main focus of this study is to evaluate the extent to which information sharing practices and collaboration between supply chain partners, as well as the ability of the supply chain to respond to change, affect overall supply chain performance. The method used was a survey with SME respondents in the food and beverage sector. The results showed that information sharing has a significant positive influence on supply chain collaboration and supply chain agility, which in turn improves supply chain performance. This research makes an important contribution to the development of supply chain management theory and practice, particularly in the context of SME in the food and beverage sector.

Abstract

This study analyzes the factors that influence consumer intention to buy organic food in Indonesia. Against the backdrop of increasing health and nutrition awareness, this study examines the role of functional value, consumer innovation, eco-friendly beliefs, health benefits, and knowledge of organic food. Data was collected through a consumer survey which showed that demand for organic food grew by 21% in 2018. Descriptive statistics and hypothesis testing were used as data analysis methods. The results showed that all variables studied had a significant positive effect on consumer purchase intention. The main purchase intention is the functional value and quality of organic products, as well as consumer knowledge of health benefits and trust in environmentally friendly products. This study provides practical insights for organic food industry players to develop relevant and effective marketing strategies to increase consumer interest. In addition, the findings make an academic contribution to the understanding of the factors that influence consumer purchasing behavior towards organic products. This study also identifies existing limitations and offers recommendations for further research to deepen the understanding of consumer behavior towards organic food.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of the Maholo Village government in empowering the farming community for village economic development. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method. Based on the results of the research, it was found that the role of the Maholo Village government in empowering the farming community is still lacking. This is due to the lack of communication between the community and the village government, the lack of socialization carried out by the government about the empowerment of the farmer community, the uneven provision of assistance for the farming community in Maholo Village, the empowerment carried out for community groups, especially the farmer group, is uneven, so that there are some people who are less enthusiastic about the community empowerment program around 30-40%.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of financial knowledge and financial attitudes towards financial management behavior among MSMEs in Lahomi sub-district. This research is included in associative research. This result of the research shows that (1) there is a positive and significant influence of financial knowledge on financial management behavior among MSMEs in Lahomi District (2) there is a positive and significant influence of financial attitudes on financial management behavior among MSMs in Lahomi District (3) there is a positive and not significant influence on the financial management behavior of MSMEs in Lahomi District.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether financial inclusion has a positive effect on the sustainability of the SME sector in Lotu District, North Nias Regency, and to determine how much influence financial inclusion has on the sustainability of the SME sector, and to find out whether financial inclusion can overcome the challenges experienced by SME actors. The research was conducted in Lotu District, North Nias Regency. The research method used is quantitative method with data collection through distributing questionnaires, documentation, and interviews, observation. Respondents in this study amounted to 63 respondents of SME actors. The results of this study indicate that the influence of financial inclusion has an influence on the sustainability of the SME sector by 20.4%. With the increasing financial inclusion, it will further encourage SME actors to develop their businesses in the future.
