Parenting patterns are very influential as a support for the prosocial success of mild mentally retarded children. Helping behavior, or it can also be called prosocial behavior, is strongly influenced by parenting, which is basically the first social behavior that comes from their parents, because parents are the main and first educators before children receive education in school, because it is from the family that children are born. first time studying. The purpose of this study is to empirically prove whether there is a relationship between democratic parenting of parents and the prosocial success of mild mentally retarded (C) students in special schools. C Kemala Bhayangkari 2 Gresik. The subjects in this study amounted to 27 students with mild mental retardation (C) from a population of 27 students with mild mental retardation. Taking the subject using a saturated sampling technique. Data collection techniques used measuring tools for democratic parenting of parents and measuring tools for prosocial behavior. The research data was then analyzed using the Spearmant Rank correlation technique. The result of this study is that there is a significant positive relationship between parents' democratic parenting and the prosocial behavior of mild mentally retarded (C) students in special schools. C Kemala Bhayangkari 2 Gresik is indicated by the value (r) = 0.779 and (p) = 0.000 (p <0.05).

One of the problems related to marriage is the issue of kafa'ah, namely alignment, equality, equivalence, or equality between the prospective husband and wife. One of the goals of kafa'ah is to realize the purpose of marriage, which is to create a happy family. In Islam, women are married for four reasons, because of her wealth, her offspring, her beauty and because of the power of her religion. Among these four factors, Islam emphasizes the choice of religion. The priority of Islam on religious factors in regulating this issue, of course, cannot be separated from efforts to achieve benefit, so the determination of kafa'ah is certainly in order to support this goal. This research is a field research that is research with data obtained from field activities. The research location is in the Sunan Drajat Islamic Boarding School, Banjaranyar village, Paciran district, Lamongan district. The results of the research conducted are that the pesantren community really understands the issue of kafa'ah, because the pesantren community is very knowledgeable about religious knowledge, it can be seen from their respective backgrounds that they are teachers at the Sunan Drajat Islamic Boarding School. In practice, among the Sunan Drajat Islamic boarding schools themselves, not all people in the pesantren scope apply kafa'ah in their marriages, but there are still those who apply kafa'ah both from the ndalem family and families living around the pesantren, even though from all criteria Kafa'ah is not applied, only a few, it is enough to be capital to build a household into a sakinah family

In accordance with what has been stipulated in the Regulation of the Minister of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia that Arabic language subjects are subjects that are directed to encourage, guide, develop, and foster abilities and foster a positive attitude towards Arabic, both receptively and productively. Reading skills (maharah al-qiro'ah) in learning Arabic at Madrasah Aliyah are one of the four basic language skills that must be taught by teachers and mastered by students. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method that seeks to collect as much information as possible through documentation, interviews, and observations to be further studied and analyzed and draw the final result in the form of conclusions. The results obtained are the reality in the field shows that the teaching of language reading skills Arabic is done by the teacher not everything goes well, in fact there are still many problems that result in learning objectives cannot be achieved. Therefore, teachers need to understand and master various important aspects of teaching reading skills so that teaching activities can run well and the stated teaching goals can be achieved.

The Sunan Drajat Islamic Boarding School is an Islamic educational institution that consistently has the mission of producing students who have competence in the religious sciences (tafaqquh fiddin). In this Islamic boarding school, it was found that several institutions including the Muallimin Muallimat (MMA) institution, the MMA institution, students were trained to have competence in studying and reviewing Arabic texts, especially the yellow book. In order to realize this mission, mastery of Arabic grammar becomes a very important part. Because of this, MMA made analytical studies of Nahwu (syntax) and Shorof (morphology) a mandatory menu which was integrated into the curriculum as Text Studies. In this study, researchers conducted an investigation to find a formulation of Text Study learning in MMA by conducting a study of the learning stages from planning, implementation, to evaluation of Text Studies learning. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method that seeks to collect as much information as possible through documentation, interviews, and observations to be further studied and analyzed and draw the final result in the form of conclusions. The conclusions obtained as a result of this research are (1) Text study learning planning at MMA is formulated in the form of material distribution in reference books (Matnu al Ghoyah wa Attaqrib and Fathul Qorib); (2) The implementation of Text Studies learning at MMA includes 4 stages based on grade levels including: opening, core activity 1, core activity 2, closing; (3) evaluation of Text Studies learning in MMA uses test and non-test techniques, and evaluation of learning is applied comprehensively and intact because the evaluation is carried out in the cognitive, psychomotor and affective domains

The leader is one of the essences of management, the main resource and the central point of every activity that occurs in a company. How the creativity and dynamics of a leader in carrying out his leadership authority will greatly determine whether the company's goals can be achieved or not. Leaders who are dynamic and creative, the organization they lead will also be more dynamic and the activities that will be carried out will be more and more. As for in this study the authors used quantitative data. Research starts from theories or hypotheses using a correlational approach. The results of this study are, 1). The leadership style applied by the head of the economic field of the Islamic boarding school Sunan Drajat Lamongan is a situational style. This is evidenced by the results of interviews and research that has been carried out by researchers. 2). The results of the regression test on the leadership style variable on employee performance in the economic field of the Islamic boarding school Sunan Drajat Lamongan obtained the regression equation Y = 21.740 + 0.464 X. And the results of the hypothesis test obtained a t-test result of 3.168 with a significant level of 0.002. The significant value is less than 0.005 (0.002 < 0.005), thus H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. So it can be said that there is a positive and significant influence between the influence of leadership style on employee performance.

Reading this character, it never ends. This figure who was born in the city of Thusi, has never escaped the study in the world of scientific studies. Namely Imam Ghozali. The type of research used in this research is library research, namely research carried out through collecting data or scientific writings aimed at the object of research or data collection that is library in nature, or studies carried out to solve a problem that is basically focused on on a critical and in-depth study of relevant library materials. As the 20th century Ghazalian Sulaiman Dunya once said about this figure” - in Tsaqafah Al-Ghazali - we will find in Imam Ghazali there are at least two madhabs; The "Lay" Madhab which has been summarized in Tahafut al-falasifah and the "Khawas" Madhab which has been followed by the philosophers3". Imam Al-Ghazali's discussion of Nur will be included in both, even Imam Ghazali wrote intensely and specifically about it in a small book called "Mishkat An-Anwar". The book which is considered complicated and full of formulas/symbols in the Sufi world by its reviewers, will explain a lot about the characteristics of Imam Ghazali's Sufism, especially regarding Nur (the light).
