Abstract

A company can achieve its vision and mission with qualified and competent human resources who are honest in acting and are responsible for the work that has become their job description. HR is also meant to include leaders who are in charge of the entire company. One of the existing and influential leadership styles is the transformational leadership style. Besides leadership style, communication also has an important role in coordinating between divisions with one another, including with leaders and/or divisions under them. Communication that runs face to face and/or directly from the sender of the message and the recipient of the message is called interpersonal communication. Knowing the effect of transformational leadership style on employee performance. Leadership style and communication are two things that influence employee performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership style and interpersonal communication on employee performance. The respondents of this study were 100 lecturers and the data collection method was by distributing electronic questionnaires to the lecturers. Data analysis in this study used SEM (Structural Equation Model) program LISREL version 8.70. The results of the analysis and proc essing of research data show that leadership, transactional and authoritarian styles at medical colleges in Central Java have a positive and significant effect on lecturer performance, while transformational and authentic leadership styles have no significant effect on lecturer performance. Another journal explains that the research was conducted at MAN 2 Jalan Willem Iskandar No. 7a Medan from January to March 2019. This research is a quantitative study, the population and sample size are the same, namely 68 people, using the Totally Sampling method. There is a positive and significant effect of interpersonal communication on teacher performance. by 29.3%. There is a positive and significant influence of organizational culture on teacher performance of 71.0%. There is a positive and significant influence of leadership style on teacher performance of 70.9%. There is a positive and significant influence between interpersonal communication, organizational culture, leadership style together on teacher performance by 78.9%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze 1) The effect of motivation on ASN's interest in developing a functional career manager of goods and services in the Regional Government of Kebumen Regency 2) The influence of perceptions on ASN's interest in developing a functional career of managing goods and services in the Regional Government of Kebumen Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study is ASN in the Kebumen District Government Office. The research sample wastaken using a purposive sampling technique, namely civil servants who have procurement competency certificates. Data collection using a questionnaire. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of the study can be concluded that: 1) Simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between motivation and perceptions of ASN's interest in developing a functional career manager of goods and services in the Regional Government of Kebumen Regency; 2) Partially, motivation has a positive and significant effect on ASN's interest in developing a functional career as a manager of goods and services. This means that the higher the motivation, the interest in ASN will increase; 3) Partially, perception has a positive and significant effect on ASN's interest in developing a functional career as a manager of goods and services. This means that the betterthe perception, the interest in ASN will increase.

Abstract

Performance Appraisal is important for an organization and human resources who are members of the organization. Variables in performance appraisal can affect employee performance. This study aims to assess the variables in evaluating the performance of employees of the Investment and One-Stop Service Office whether or not it is appropriate to use it to assess employee performance.This study is based on the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) which includes 35 articles published from 2020 to 2023. The study shows that employee performance is influenced by motivation, discipline, appreciation, innovation, loyalty. Variables in performance appraisal consist of high enthusiasm, service attitude, high commitment, not currently undergoing employee disciplinary punishment, being responsible for each task given in accordance with the field, innovative, proactive related to the implementation of tasks, functions and efforts to improve service quality, discipline time, orderly dress code, orderly employee code of ethics and consistency with the enforcement of disciplinary rules and code of ethics, for Civil Servants with performance appraisal A. There are several assessment criteria that have not been included in existing research.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the impact of the Constitutional Court Decision No.97 of 2016 and Ministerial Regulation No. 27 of 2016 concerning educational services for followers of faith in Gunungkidul. The problem of discrimination experienced by adherents continuesto occur. This study used a simple random sampling methodology in addition to a participatory research survey by distributing 292 questionnairesto 292 people who had changed the KTP column for adherents of belief. The results of this study illustrate that after more than 4 years of Permendikbud No. 27 of 2016 issued in the Gunungkidul district, no one has access to internal education services. So that the provincial anddistrict governments still have to work hard to socialize widely, as well as implementing and overseeing Permendikbud No. 27 of 2016 and Guidelines for the Implementation of Education Services for Belief in God Almighty in the Education Unit. It is appropriate for the provincialand district governmentstogether with the spiritual organizations at the provincial and district levelsto carry out data collection on internal studentsand to prepare natural educators for internal students for the sake of good educational public services for adherents.

Abstract

This study aims to get an overview of existing studies on innovation behavior (PI) in human resources (HR) for small and medium enterprises(SMEs). This research was conducted using a systematic literature review (TLS) of 255 research articles, which were then filtered for titles andabstracts so that they became 65 research articles, and finally filtered all contents so that they became 16 research article s. This systematicliterature review (TLS) in the period from 2016 to 2022 was followed up with an analysis of the trends and background of SMEs in conductingbusiness innovation. The research results obtained based on the AMO method, the practice of SME HR in increasing motivation to innovate,namely increasing ability, there is motivation for innovation.The five factors that influence SME and PI human resources in this study are increased knowledge capacity, mastery of technology, marketorientation, opportunity openness, and leadership motivation.The results of this study can provide practical information for MSE HR for the development of MSE HR systems that produce inn ovativebehavior so that it can help improve the company's innovation and development capabilities.Therefore, this research is expected to be a reference for further research by specifically photographing the role of PI individually so that thelevel of effectiveness of each SME HR can be seen in their work effectiveness.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of performance appraisal and compensation on work productivity. Themethod in this study is a descriptive method in the form of a questionnaire using a sample of 25 people or 35% ofthe total population studied as many as 70 people. The results of the analysis show that the relationship betweenwork appraisal variables and employee work productivity is positive and strong. The relationship between thecompensation variable and employee work productivity is positive and very strong. Simultaneously, there is aneffect of performance appraisal and compensation on employee work productivity. Partially, there is an effect ofperformance appraisal and compensation on employee work productivity.

Abstract

This study seeks to examine the management of employee performance improvement in the work environment. The purpose of this study is to find out how management improves employee performance, obstacles in improving employee performance, and how the hospital's efforts to overcome obstacles in managing employee performance improvement. The research method uses descriptive qualitative data sources in the form of primary data and secondary data. In which the data were obtained by observation, interviews and documentation, while the method of data analysis uses data analysis methods that use qualitative description data analysis. The results of this study are divided into 3 parts based on the first research hypothesis, namely employee performance, namely work quality, work quantity, task execution, and responsibility, and factors that influence employee performance, namely ability factors, and motivational factors. Furthermore, the second hypothesis of the leadership style that occurs is the autocratic leadership style. In an autocratic way of leading, decision making is usually only done by the leader himself. And the last is the third hypothesis which is to overcome obstacles in the management of improving employee performance, namely by providing refreshing and leadership style training.

Abstract

The industrial sector is currently one of the largest contributing sectors to Indonesia's Gross Domestic Product (GDP). One of the industries that has contributed is the industry that produces processed wood products and their derivatives such as pulp, paper, blockboard, wood pellets, plywood and various types of furniture. Pulp usually comes from wood fiber and is used as a raw material for making paper which currently has strong competitiveness in the global market. This condition makes Indonesia's opportunities in the pulp trade still wide open, so that forecasting of pulp production is carried out as information in terms of quantity in an effort to increase competitiveness in the world market. Based on the results of forecasting using ARIMA, the MAD value is 125845.163, MSE is 18630880176.774 and MAPE is 17.81. While the analysis results obtained using the Trade Specialization Index (ISP) and Acceleration Ratio (AR) have values that tend to be positive with an average value of 0.1164353 and 1.31709576

Abstract

Financial behavior of Indonesians people is still not in good category. Behavior which tends to be consumptive has an impact on irresponsible financial behavior such as not saving, much shopping until not preparing investmen funds. Technology advance can have an impact on people’s financial behavior. This study aims to analyze factors that can influence financial behavior, including Financial Technology, Demography, Financial Literacy and Lifestyle. With a quantitative approach, this study uses Structural Equation Modeling in the AMOS24 application. The following study used a sample of 180 respondents and obtained data from the results of questionnaires distributed using the Likert scale assessment method. The analysis in the following study used multiple linear regression. The result is Financial Technology has a significant positive effect on Financial Behavior, Demographics have a significant positive effect on Financial Behavior, Financial Literacy has no effect on Financial Behavior, and Lifestyle has a significant positive effect on Financial Behavior. Advice for digital wallet users to better understand and utilize FinancialTechnology, improve demographic conditions, understand theory and applying financial literacy, and improve lifestyle in order to make financial behavior better

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has caused significant changes in various aspects of life, especially in the economy sector in Indonesia in general and East Java Province specifically. The poor performance of Indonesia's logistics has been further burdened by the pandemic, hindering the industry as the main driver of the nation's economy. However, the pandemic that forced the entire community to adapt to the new normal era sparked the growth of digitalization. This is a breath of fresh air for the logistics aspect to utilize digital technology to achieve efficiency and re-drive economic growth. Using the digital competitiveness data (EV-DCI) and other digitalization indicators obtained from the Central Statistics Agency, this study attempts to prove the impact of digitalization at the provincial level in Indonesia on per capita GRDP growth through a reduction in logistics costs. This logistics cost reduction is assumed to be reflected in the Consumer Price Index for the transportation sector. From the 2SLS method used, although not statistically significant, the decrease in transportation CPI due to digitalization described by the increasing number of internet users, smartphone owners, and BTS in each province in Indonesia has an indicative impact to encourage economic performance. Through qualitative analysis, this study suggests policymakers, especially in East Java Province, to encourage digitalization in the logistics sector through the use of Warehouse Management System (WMS), Blockchain, and Transportation Management System (TMS) technologies in industries in East Java to optimize operational and cost efficiency
