Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of the influence of product quality and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty of Viva Cosmetics beauty products. The objects of this study are product quality, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. While the subjects of this study were the Banyumas community who use Viva Cosmetics products. The respondents in this study numbered 99 people. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Respondents who met the requirements for this study were the Banyumas Regency community who were loyal to Viva cosmetics. Data were collected using a questionnaire. The analysis method used was multiple regression analysis, which previously had its research instrument tested with validity and reliability tests. The results of the analysis proved that all variables were declared valid and reliable so that they could be used for research, and all classical assumptions were met. The hypothesis test conducted proved that product quality and customer satisfaction partially and simultaneously had a significant effect on customer loyalty of Viva Cosmetics in Banyumas Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to test and determine the effect of Brand Image, Product Quality and Price Perception on Interest in Buying an Iphone in Cilacap Regency. This research was conducted on the people of Cilacap Regency who use an Iphone. Data collection was carried out through distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. This study uses analytical techniques, namely descriptive and statistical analysis including validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, hypothesis testing and multiple regression analysis. Software technique used is using SPSS version 25 for windows. The hypothesis results obtained show that partially and Simultaneously Brand Image, Product Quality, and Price Perception have an effect on Purchase Intention.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of the quality and skills of human resources (SDA) on the use of iOS and Android-based smartphones in the Banyumas and Kebumen districts. Along with the rapid development of technology, smartphones have become important devices to support various daily activities, both in the personal and professional realms. On the other hand, utilizing the features and applications available on smartphones often depends on the quality and skills of human resources. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method involving 100 respondents from both regions. Respondents were selected purposively based on certain criteria, such as educational background, occupation, digital skills and preference for iOS and Android.

Abstract

Capture fisheries in Mukomuko are the main source of livelihood for the local fishing community. Mukomuko waters are one of the areas in Bengkulu Province with a coastline of 98.22 km. The potential of fisheries and marine in Mukomuko is certainly a great opportunity for poverty alleviation in the area. By developing local advantages and involving the local fishing community, it is hoped that the coastal area of Mukomuko can develop sustainably. The mission of the Mukomuko regent to make the area a center for agro-industry and agricultural trade can also support better local economic growth. The research method used is to utilize secondary data from the Mukomuko district marine and fisheries office and analysis of previous research results. Research materials include fisheries production, ship fleets, fishing gear, fishermen's conditions, and catches.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan kerangka konseptual yang menggambarkan pengaruh Business Intelligence, Vendor Managed Inventory, dan Organizational Learning Capability terhadap Operation Performance pada Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) di Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kebutuhan perusahaan untuk mencapai kinerja operasional yang unggul di tengah tantangan lingkungan bisnis yang dinamis dan kompleks. Melalui pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain survei dan analisis data menggunakan Smart PLS, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi hubungan langsung antara ketiga variabel independen tersebut terhadap kinerja operasional. Hasil dari studi ini diharapkan dapat memperkaya literatur dan memberikan wawasan praktis bagi manajer UKM dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan daya saing organisasi melalui pemanfaatan teknologi informasi, kolaborasi rantai pasok, dan kemampuan pembelajaran organisasi.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the influence of democratic leadership style and organizational environment on employee performance in the study of the Yogyakarta Post Office which is one of the state-owned companies in the service sector. Research data were collected from 85 employees of the Yogyakarta Post Office through a questionnaire with a quantitative approach using the survey method. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression (SPSS). The results of the study showed that democratic leadership style and work environment have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. This proves that proactive leadership and a supportive work environment are key factors in improving employee performance. Therefore, organizations need to focus on human resource development, increasing adaptability, providing recognition, and implementing performance evaluations in order to create a more productive work environment and improve employee morale and overall performance.

Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze the financial statements of PT Indonesian Tobacco Tbk by analyzing the liquidity ratio (current ratio and quick ratio), activity ratio (accounts receivable turnover ratio, inventory turnover ratio, fixed asset turnover ratio and total asset turnover ratio), debt ratio (debt to asset ratio, time earned) and profitability ratio (profit margin, return on equity, return on assets) by comparing using the financial statements of 2022 and 2023. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method, namely by collecting, processing, analyzing and presenting descriptive data from the financial statements of 2022 and 2023 of PT Indonesian Tobacco Tbk. The results of the study obtained from comparing the financial performance of PT Indonesian Tobacco Tbk in 2022 and 2023, the liquidity ratio decreased in 2023, but was still within the liquid criteria, able to pay off its short-term debt obligations, for the activity ratio it increased in 2023, for the debt ratio it showed that the company was getting healthier, while for the profitability ratio it decreased in 2023 but was still able to produce high value.

Abstract

This article aims to examine and compare the leadership values embodied by Ninik Mamak, the traditional leaders of the Minangkabau community, and Ki Hadjar Dewantara, a national figure in Indonesian education. Through a literature review and analysis of academic research, this study explores the fundamental similarities and differences in the principles, ethics, and leadership practices upheld by these two figures within their respective social and cultural contexts. The findings reveal that both Ninik Mamak and Ki Hadjar Dewantara emphasize morally grounded leadership, social responsibility, and leading by example. Ninik Mamak’s leadership is rooted in the customary principle of "adat basandi syarak, syarak basandi Kitabullah", which reflects a balance between local wisdom and Islamic spiritual values. In contrast, Ki Hadjar Dewantara formulated a leadership philosophy expressed in the famous motto: "Ing ngarsa sung tuladha, ing madya mangun karsa, tut wuri handayani", highlighting the leader’s role as a role model at the front, a facilitator in the middle, and a motivator at the back. This comparison illustrates a harmonious alignment of values between local and national leadership models, which can be seen as complementary rather than contradictory. Integrating these values is essential to strengthening leadership character in Indonesia, particularly in shaping leaders who are culturally grounded yet relevant to modern societal challenges. Both figures demonstrate that ideal leadership is not solely based on structural authority, but rather on the ability to guide, nurture, and foster moral and cultural values within society. In Indonesia’s pluralistic context, the harmony between local and national leadership values offers a solid foundation for developing leadership rooted in cultural identity while remaining responsive to global challenges.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship between Gajah Mada's leadership values and the educational principles developed by Ki Hadjar Dewantara. The study was conducted using a qualitative approach through interpretive and comparative literature review of historical sources, documents of prominent figures' thoughts, and relevant scientific literature. The results of the analysis show that there are three main values in Gajah Mada's leadership, namely exemplary leadership, collective empowerment, and strategic leadership. These three values are closely related to the principles of Ing ngarsa sung tulada, Ing madya mangun karsa, and Tut wuri handayani, which form the basis of Ki Hadjar Dewantara's educational philosophy. Gajah Mada's exemplary leadership is reflected in his commitment to the Sumpah Palapa oath, in line with the principle of the teacher as a role model. His ability to mobilize the people's strength reflects the importance of building collective spirit from within society, as advocated in the principle of Ing madya. Meanwhile, his effective yet non-dominant leadership strategy aligns with the principle of Tut wuri handayani, which involves providing support from behind to enable learners to develop independently.This finding underscores that historical leadership values can serve as an inspirational source in shaping character education in the modern era. The integration of these values into the education system is believed to strengthen students' exemplary behavior, social responsibility, and independence in facing the challenges of the 21st century

Abstract

Employee performance is a key factor in the success of a company. Optimal performance can be achieved through various factors, including work discipline, work environment, and work incentives. Work discipline plays a role in maintaining order and employee responsibility for the tasks assigned. A comfortable work environment can increase employee motivation and productivity. Meanwhile, work incentives can motivate employees to work better. These three factors are interrelated and can influence an individual's work performance within an organization. This study aims to analyze the influence of work discipline, work environment, and incentives on employee performance at STIKes Yogyakarta. This study uses a survey method by distributing questionnaires to employees and educational staff. The data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression, T-test (partial), F-test (simultaneous), and the coefficient of determination to determine the magnitude of the influence of each independent variable on the dependent variable. The results of the study indicate that work discipline does not significantly influence human resource performance, the work environment significantly influences employee performance, and incentives significantly influence employee performance. The recommendation from this study is that the management of STIKes Yogyakarta needs to continue developing policies that support these three aspects to improve performance quality sustainably.
