Abstract

Raw materials are a very important part of the smooth running of a production, lack of raw materials can disrupt theproduction process, while excess raw materials can cause storage costs to increase and other costs. This study aims todetermine how to control raw material inventory on the continuity of productionin the handmade paper industry, inaddition to knowing the possibility of increasing the efficiency of raw material inventory using the Economic OrderQuantity (EQQ) model. This research is located in Balangan Regency. The type ofresearch used in this research is descriptive quantitative, which is an analysis of data by describing or describing the data that has been collected asit is withoutthe intention of making conclusions that apply to the public. The types of data used in this study are quantitative data and qualitative data. There are two sources of data used in this study, namely primary data and secondary data. Methods of data collection are done by means of observation and interviews. The results of this study indicate that the efficiency of raw material inventory at the company can be increased by using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) model and the useof the company's Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) can increase savings or low costs compared to using the method applied by the company today so that it is good for company sustainability.

Abstract

In the digital competitive environment, the ability of organizations to innovate more than ever is the key to competitive advantage. One way to address this increased pressure for innovation is to leverage the ability of employees to generate new ideas and use these as building blocks for new and improved products, services, and work processes. This study draws on a process-based approach to HRM (Bowen and Ostroff, 2004) suggesting that HRM practices may have a signaling effect, to answer the following research question: which specific characteristics of performance appraisal are more likely to be perceived as promoting innovation in individuals at work? To address this issue, we conducted a survey of 865 employees working in large multinational companies operating in digital sectors or industries with the potential to go digital. We collected data on the main characteristics of the performance appraisal system adopted by the company where the respondents work, as perceived by the employees themselves. We also collected data on respondents' overall perception that performance appraisal encourages innovative work behavior (IWB). Then, we employ logit analysis to examine the relationship between data on the performance appraisal system and performance appraisal effectiveness data as a driver of IWB. Our results reveal that, compared to informal feedback, formal performance appraisals are more likely to reduce the perception that performance appraisals promote individual innovation and creativity at work. In addition, we find that in employee perceptions performance appraisals that focus on achieving a predetermined quantitative outcome are more likely to influence IWB positively than assessments that focus on the predetermined skills exhibited by employees performing their jobs. However, performance appraisals focused on new competencies developed by employees have a positive perceived impact that is even stronger than results-oriented appraisals. Together, these results advance our understanding of how organizations should evaluate employees in the digital age

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of rewarding on employee performance at SMP Islam Terpadu Abu Bakar Yogyakarta. The method used is explanatory research with a sample of 55 respondents. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study, the variable giving rewards obtained an average score of 3.402 with good criteria. Employee performance variables obtained an average score of 3.838 with good criteria. Reward giving has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 9.047 + 0.862X, and the correlation coefficient value of 0.774 or having a strong level of relationship with a determination value of 59.9%. Hypothesis testing obtained a significance of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

The Sarbaness-Oxley Act (SOA) was issued to protect the interests of investors by creating good corporate governance and accountability within the company. SOA, especially sections 302 and 404, require an annual management report regarding the company's internal control over financial reporting and the management report is the subject to be audited. This study describes the implementation of SOA at PT Telkom, Tbk, because PT Telkom, Tbk is one of the Indonesian companies listed on the stock exchange in the United States (NYSE) so that PT Telkom must comply with SOA as required by the SEC. The research was conducted by comparing SOA theory or standards with SOA practices that occurred at PT Telkom, Tbk. The results of the research show that PT Telkom has implemented SOA provisions. And from the results of research conducted in the Finance Section of PT. Telkom Yogyakarta shows that increased transparency and regulation of the audit industry that encourages the effectiveness and independence of auditors is needed to maintain and increase investor confidence in the capital market. SOA Implementation at PT. Telkom, especially concerning section 302 (Corporate responsibility for financial reports) and section 404 (Management assessment of internal controls) is expected to provide benefits to the company in realizing Good Corporate Governance (GCG). Abstract

The disruptive era requires all business units to adapt to changes in business models, so as not to be disrupted by digitalization which destroys new business models so that they are able to maintain competitive advantages. In fact, modern retail with the availability of shared resources makes it easier to adapt, compared to traditional retail which has limited shared resources. Another way used by traditional retailers to continue to adapt to the disruptive era is by joining a community that is willing to provide development in the digitalization of the retail business ecosystem. The ability of traditional retail partners to create added value in the digital network business ecosystem in Kebumen Regency is still not optimal. Some of the reasons include pure partnership initiatives coming from corporate partners, the mindset of retail partners is different, the resources owned by retail partners are different (there is no standardization), and the activity links carried out by retail partners are different. Some of the added values created by traditional retail partners include finding guaranteed affordable prices, the opportunity to complete products at outlets, the store atmosphere being neat, clean and bright, involvement in supporting Government policy programs, and an increase in the number of customers and turnover that goes hand in hand with increase in profits

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze the influence of compensation, work environment and leadership on teacher job satisfaction at Madrasah Yogyakarta, which aims to manage superior and advanced human resources in facing this era of globalization, one of which is by paying attention to employee satisfaction. the role of human resources is the planner and implementer in the organization's achievement.This research uses quantitative descriptive methods with data analysis techniques using validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t tests, f tests and tests carried out manually using the SPSS 22.0 for Windows application. The population in this study were teachers at Madrasah Yogyakarta, while the sample included was 57 samples.The results of the research show that, in the validation test each variable was smaller than the significance of 0.05 (valid), the reliability test value was 0.946, it was greater than 0.60 (reliable), the multiple linear regression analysis value of job satisfaction was 8.344, the compensation value was 0.053, the work environment value was 0.333 , and leadership 0.297, partial t test compensation has no effect, but it does influence the work environment and leadership on job satisfaction, the f test simultaneously has an influence on teacher job satisfaction. The greatest level of influence is based on multiple linear analysis, the highest beta value of the work environment with a valueof 0.333 compared to the values of other independent variables

Abstract

Tidak ada yang dapat mengetahui kapan pandemi COVID-19 akan berakhir. Perubahan kondisi global saat ini terjadi dengan sangat drastis dan berlangsung dalam waktu yang relatif singkat. Pandemi COVID-19 memiliki dampak yang besar pada keberlangsungan bisnis Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM). Banyak pelaku UMKM yang mengalami penurunan omzet dikarenakan pandemi COVID-19. Salah satu penyebabnya yaitu turunnya daya beli masyarakat. Penurunan daya beli tersebut merupakan tantangan tersendiri bagi pelaku UMKM dalam menjalankan usaha di masa sulit ini. Salah satu kebijakan yang diambil pemerintah untuk membatasi kegiatan masyarakat pun ikut mempengaruhi keberlangsungan usaha yang dijalankan pelaku UMKM. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui dampak yang ditimbulkan oleh pandemi COVID-19 khususnya terhadap omzet UMKM. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan data sekunder yang berasal dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS), buku, jurnal ilmiah dan artikel terkait UMKM di masa pandemi COVID-19. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pandemi COVID-19 sangat berpengaruh terhadap omzet UMKM yang ada di 17 kapanewon Kabupaten Sleman.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi dan kualitas sistem informasi berpengaruh secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Gojek di Kota Yogyakarta. Variabel independen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu promosi (X1), kualitas sistem informasi (X2). Sedangkan variabel dependennya yaitu kepuasan pelanggan (Y). Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Data penelitian merupakan data primer yang diperoleh melalui google forms. Analisis data dijabarkan menjadi 3 (tiga) hipotesis yang diuji dengan uji t dan uji F. Berdasarkan uji t dapat diketahui bahwa variabel promosi mempunyai t hitung sebesar 3,658 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 dan kualitas sistem informasi mempunyai t hitung sebesar 4,112 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000. Nilai signifikansi yang kurang dari 0,05 menunjukkan bahwa promosi dan kualitas sistem informasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Gojek di Kota Yogyakarta. Hasil dari uji F pada penelitian ini menunjukan nilai F hitung sebesar 33,525 dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 (kurang dari 0,05) yang berarti bahwa promosi dan kualitas sistem informasi secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Gojek di Kota Yogyakarta. Nilai koefisien korelasi (R) dalam penelitian ini sebesar 0,639, artinya bahwa uji korelasi menunjukan adanya hubungan yang kuat antara variabel independen dan variabel dependen. Nilai determinasi pada penelitian ini adalah sebesar 0.397 atau 39,7%. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa 39,7% kepuasan pelanggan Gojek dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel independen yaitu promosi (X1) dan kualitas sistem informasi (X2). Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 60,3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan manajemen strategi pada percepatan kenaikan pangkat dosen di Fakultas Seni Rupa Institut Seni Indonesia Yogyakarta. Kenaikan pangkat dosen ke jenjang akademik yang lebih tinggi dari asisten ahli, lektor, lektor kepala hingga guru besar merupakan suatu bentuk pengembangan profesi dan karir dosen. Dalam dimensi persoalan administrasi fungsional dosen di FSR ISI Yogyakarta, permasalahan jumlah dosen dengan jabatan lektor dibandingkan lektor kepala dan guru besar masih relatif sedikit/timpang. Gap perbandingan ini dipengaruhi oleh struktur sistematik yaitu individu, organisasi dan institusi. Solusinya diperlukan metode manajemen strategi untuk menguatkan percepatan kenaikan pangkat dosen. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dalam mengkaji penelitian ini yakni melalui metode deskriptif, melalui observasi secara data dengan responden sejumlah 109 dosen di FSR ISI Yogyakarta serta dianalisis menggunakan metode SWOT. Dari hasil kajian faktor internal dan eksternal menunjukkan bahwa implementasi manajemen strategi telah dioptimalkan, namun membutuhkan kesadaran administrasi yang berkesinambungan dari dosen, utamanya terhadap percepatan kenaikan pangkat. Penelitian ini ke depan diharapkan secara signifikansi dapat memberikan dampak positif membangun cara pandang berkaitan dengan kesadaran akademik maupun motivasi internal sehingga dosen memiliki integritas dan tujuan jangka panjang yang relevan terhadap pengusulan nilai angka kredit maupun performa peningkatan akreditasi perguruan tinggi. terjangkau, kesempatan untuk melengkapi produk pada outlet, suasana toko menjadi rapi, bersih, dan terang, terlibat dalam mendukung program kebijakan Pemerintah, dan kenaikan jumlah pelanggan dan omset yang beriringan dengan kenaikan keuntungan

Abstract

Sistem pendidikan telah berkembang sejalan dengan perkembangan masyarakat dan kebutuhannya. Transformasi yang berbeda telah dibuat untuk menyesuaikan sistem pendidikan dengan kekhasan setiap saat.. Tujuan utama daripenelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur dampak flip teaching terhadap pembelajaran mata kuliah di institusi pendidikan tinggi. Untuk menganalisis perbedaan nilai ujian antara siswa yang mengikuti FT dan metodologi lainnya, digunakan uji t-statistik dan Mann-Whitney U. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa FT memungkinkan peningkatan kinerja siswa dan pencapaian kapasitas tambahan, seperti tanggung jawab dan kesadaran, membuat pembelajaran lebih berkelanjutan. Studi ini memberikan kontribusi yang menarik untuk penelitian yang ada dalam pendidikan dan menunjukkan bahwa adalah untuk memperkenalkan Flip Teaching ke tempat lain seperti sekolah dasar hingga  keperguruan tinggi.
