Abstract

Purpose of this article : Human Resources are the main key and have a major role in every company activity. Quality human resources will determine the success of the company in preparing plans. The purpose of this article is to find out the assessment assessments related to job satisfaction. Methodology: This study uses literature research, with the population and samples taken from the national library and google scholars, and choosing according to the topic of writing. Results: This article shows how to perform performance on job satisfaction, which results in a significant relationship and a high rate of performance, job satisfaction will follow. Purpose of this article : The purpose of this article is to find out the influence of product strategy, price, promotion, and security in people’s decision which is choosing Blibli.com as online marketplace or e-commerce in Jakarta. Abstract

The purpose of study: This study aims to determine the effect of the relationship between social exchange, turnover intention on performance appraisal.Methodology: The method in this study uses the Accidental Sampling method. This research is a quantitative research, the sample in this study is 72 employees. The data collection technique was done by using a questionnaire.Result: The results of this study are, Social Exchange has a significant positive effect on Turnover Itention. Social Exchange has a significant positive effect on Performance Assessment Turnover Itention has a significant positive effect on Performance Assessment.Keyword : Social Exchange, Turnover Intention On Performance Appraisal.

Abstract

Tujuan artikel: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Financial Literacy dan Self Control terhadap Saving Behaviourpada mahasiswa yang berada di kota Surabaya.Metodologi: Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian asosiatif dengan sumber data primer. Sampel yang digunakan adalah mahasiswa yang berada di Surabaya dengan rentang umur 18-25.Jumlah sampel yang didapatkan adalah sebanyak 100 responden.Metode analisa data menggunakan smartPLS.Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling.Hasil: Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa financial literacy berpengaruh pada saving behaviour sedangkan self control tidak berpengaruh pada saving behaviour pada mahasiswa kota surabaya.Kata kunci: Financial Literacy, Saving Behaviour, Self Control
