This study aims to find alternative ways to use digital technology to solve the problem of applying land and building taxes in deeds of sale and purchase. Real estate transfer tax is mandatory in notarized transaction contracts and is levied according to the law. The real estate transfer tax is composed of income tax, value added tax, sales tax on luxury goods and the fee for transferring the title deed. The tax is calculated according to the Regional Tax and Equalization Law and is based on the maximum value of the sale or transaction value of the taxable property. This leads to legal uncertainty, as there are many cases where the basis of calculation has been invented to reduce the tax due before the contract is signed. This leads to a great potential loss for the State if the calculation is based on the Regional Tax and Equalization Law. This study is a normative legal research using books, laws, articles and other legal materials. The results indicate that the basis for calculating property transfer tax in notarial transaction agreements should not be taken from the highest value between the Sales Value of the Taxable Object or transaction value, but rather from the fair market value. The Regional Tax and Retribution Law should be revised with the support of digitalization so that tax potential can increase.

In this study, the impact of the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) on Return on Assets (ROA) in banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2015 to 2019 is to be examined. The information used in this study is secondary information. Three companies were collected as research samples after the sample was chosen using a purposive sampling technique from banking data obtained at the Indonesia Stock Exchange over a five-year period. Using documentation as a data collection tool. The traditional assumption test and the simple linear regression test are the analysis methods employed. The Pearson product moment correlation study indicates that the LDR and ROA have a positive and significant association, with a result of 0.748. While the results of simple linear regression analysis show a coefficient of determination (r2) of 0.560, this study's regression model can only account for 56% of the relationship between the independent variable LDR and the dependent variable ROA; the remaining 44% is determined by independent factors or variables unrelated to the study.

Quality public policy is an important factor in achieving sustainable development goals and community welfare. However, many public policies currently face challenges in their implementation due to a lack of coordination and synergy between the various parties involved in the policy formulation process. This research aims to investigate the role and importance of strengthening policy networks in the process of formulating effective public policies. Through a qualitative approach, data will be collected through in-depth interviews and analysis of relevant policy documents. This research will also analyze various case studies of public policy scenarios at various levels of government and sectors. The research results show that policy networks play an important role in an inclusive and responsive policy formulation process. By involving various actors and interest groups, policy networks are able to create broader consensus, increase policy legitimacy, and produce more informed decisions. Through close collaboration between government, the private sector and civil society organizations, policy networks can respond to complex issues with more holistic solutions, while ensuring transparency, accountability and a balanced distribution of power. Thus, strengthening policy networks as a whole is the key to creating effective and sustainable public policies.
