Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran supervisi akademik yang dilaksanakan oleh Kepala Sekolah di SMP Negeri 22 Makassar untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam menyusun rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran (RPP) sebagai gambaran keberhasilan pelaksanaan supervisi akademik tersebut. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 22 Makassar, Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah SMP Negeri 22 Makassar. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan: wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui reduksi, penyajian dan kesimpulan. Teknik keabsahan data yaitu Triangulasi menggunakan beberapa teknik yaitu wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi serta dengan meningkatkan ketekunan agar peneliti dapat melihat letak kekurangan yang perlu untuk diperbaiki. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa : a) Supervisi akademik yang dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 22 Makassar termasuk baik yaitu berjalan berdasarkan rencana program yang telah disusun. b) Kemampuan guru SMP Negeri 22 Makassar dalam menyusun Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran termasuk kategori baik yaitu berada pada skor diatas 90, meskipun setiap guru dalam mendapatkan skor akhir ada yang berbeda. Hal tersebut disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor.

This study examines student percepstions of the implementation of l=online learning by lectures of the Faculty of Education in the even smester of 2021-2022. The purpose of this study was to describe student perseceptions of the implementation of online learning at the Fakulty Of Education Makassar State University. This research was carried out at the Faculty of Education Makassar State University. This research and the data sources in thi study were all students of the Faculty of Edecation, batch 2020, totaling 5190 people for seven majors. However, the researchers took a simple of 500 students representing each departement. The results of this study proved that student’s perceptions of line learning carried out by FIP Makassar State Universitas lecturers were satisficatory and very satisfying both from the lesson plants prepared bay the lecturers, as well as implementation of learning and evaluation showed effektif results so that students felt well served. Untuk dapat bersaing di pasar global PMI harus memiliki kompetensi yang sesuai dengan tuntutan negara penempatan. UU No. 18 tahun 2017 tentang Pelindungan PMI telah mengatur kewenangan antara Pemerintah Pusat maupun Pemerintah Daerah berkaitan dengan upaya peningkatan kompetensi PMI. Pada kenyataannya alokasi APBD untuk peningkatan kompetensi PMI masih sangat minim. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalinis sejauh mana peran Pemerintah Daerah dalam upaya peningkatan kompetensi PMI dan merumuskan strategi untuk terus mendorong dan meningkatkan komitment Pemerintah daerah melaksanakan amanat UU 18/2017. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data kualitatif. Pengumpulan data primer dilakukan dengan metode wawancara mendalam dan FGD dengan informan kunci. Hasil penelitian menunjukan pemerintah daerah yang sudah menunjukkan komitmennya dalam mengalokasikan APBD untuk peningkatan kompetensi PMI masih sangat terbatas. Pemerintah Pusat perlu terus mendorong Pemerintah Daerah menerbitkan Peraturan Daerah berkaitan dengan pengalokasian APBD untuk peningktan Kompetensi PMI.

This research was motivated by Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MIS) Attaqwa 07 Tambun Bekasi as a formal religious institution. The uncontrolled behavior of children their age in urban environments is the reason for some parents' concern. However, with the congregational prayer schedule at MIS Attaqwa, it is hoped that students can develop better morals. This study aims to determine the role of Islamic Religious Education teachers as motivators, facilitators, educators as well as supporting and inhibiting factors in the moral development of fifth grade students of MIS ATTAQWA 07 Sriamur Tambun Utara, Bekasi Regency. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research methodology. The data collection techniques in this study were using in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. The results showed that the teacher's role as a motivator, included: (1) the teacher was always on time (2) the students were given material before the prayer was performed. (3) Giving encouragement (4) Motivating students. (5) Strengthen students' determination. The teacher's role as a facilitator includes (1) seeking learning resources. (2) provide services and facilities. (3) Helping students. (4) give encouragement. The teacher's role as an educator includes (1) Educating and teaching the importance of praying in congregation. (2) Directing students. (3) Teaching reading and prayer practice. (4) Consolidating student learning outcomes. (5) students know the content and values of congregational prayer.

Hasil penelitian PT.Reasuransi Nasional Indonesia berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui kuantitas kerja karyawan di PT.Reasuransi Indonesia berbeda-beda pada setiap bidang. Kualitas kerja karyawan PT. Reasuransi Indonesia secara keseluruhan baik, walaupun masih ada beberapa karyawan yang mempunyai kualitas kerja apa adanya (masih rendah). Ketepatan waktu kerja karyawan PT. Reasuransi Indonesia pada umumnya sudah melaksanaan pekerjaan sesuai dengan yang telah ditentukan, walaupun masih ada karyawan yang masih menunda pekerjaannya atau meninggalkan pekerjaannya. Upaya-upaya yang dilakukan PT. Reasuransi Indonesia dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan antara lain memberikan motivasi baik secara finansial maupun non finansial. Secara finansial yaitu memberikan bonus dan nonfinansial seperti memberikan penghargaan kepada karyawan yang dinilai memiliki integritas dan loyalitas yang tinggi kepada perusahaan. Kualitas kerja merupakan mutu hasil pekerjaan atau sebaik apa harus diselesaikan. Kualitas kerja pegawai dapat dilihat dari adanya kemampuan menghasilkan pekerjaan yang memuaskan, tercapainya tujuan secara efektif dan efisien serta kecakapan yang ditunjukkan dalam menjalankan pekerjaanya.

The purpose of this study was to determine: The influence of the work environment and corporate culture on employee performance at PT. Global Mobility Service Indonesia. The subjects of this study were 21 respondents. The sampling method used in this study is the saturated sample method. The method of data collection in this study is the survey method. The calculation method of validity and reliability analysis, normality test, linearity test, heteroscedasticity, correlation analysis, t test, ANOVA test, and coefficient of determination with SPSS version 25 analysis tool. positive and significant influence between work environment and corporate culture on employee performance with a value of f count = 6.588 which is greater than f table = 3.55. From the results of the t-test of the work environment, the value of t-count = 1.206 is smaller than t-table = 1.734, this shows that the work environment has no effect and is not significant on employee performance. For corporate culture, the value of t count = 1.206 is greater than t table = 2.101, this shows that corporate culture has a positive and significant influence on employee performance.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of providing motivation and work experience on employee performance partially and simultaneously or together at PT Suluh Dwipantara. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling with a total sample of 33 respondents. The data used in this study were obtained using a research instrument, namely a questionnaire, then analyzed through validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study obtained the results of the regression equation Y = 12.697 + 0.726X1 + 0.250X2. In addition, based on the results of the F test, it is known that there is an effect between the variable Giving Motivation (X1) and Work Experience (X2) together on Employee Performance (Y) of 79,698 with sig. F 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously it is known that the variable giving motivation (????1) and work experience (????2) has an effect on employee performance (Y) with an Adjusted R – Square value of 0.938, meaning that the variable giving motivation and work experience has an influence of 93.8% on employee performance.

Education in Indonesia is currently faced with an unfavorable situation. This problem appears marked by various phenomena of Indonesian people's life which show the weakening of the nation's character and culture which is believed to have been deeply rooted. With regard to education, the collapse of the mentality of the nation's children that can be witnessed today is believed to be the result of an education pattern that ignores the development of the nation's character and culture and the basic values of the state. The author argues that moral aqidah education which is part of Islamic religious education which contains character values, can answer the problem of the weak character of the Indonesian nation by understanding the basic values of the country through moral aqidah education. The purpose of this study was to explain the importance of moral aqidah education in fifth grade students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nurul Hikmah Haurgeulis, Indramayu. This study is a qualitative research, data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews, and documentation, the data sources in this study are primary data and secondary data. The results of the study show that the importance of moral aqidah education in fifth grade (five) students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nurul Hikmah Haurgeulis, Indramayu that, (1) To strengthen children's belief that Allah is the only God who created nature, so that he/she avoids shirk, (2 ) So that children know the nature of their existence as human beings, and (3) Print children's behavior into Islamic behavior with noble character.

That many factors determine the success or failure of a learning process, including the method used by the teacher. Methods that have been used and considered to be good may turn out to be less effective than current methods in line with the development of science and technology. Thus it is necessary to constantly evaluate the methods used in the learning process at all levels of education and teaching. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the use of pictorial media in teaching Tajweed science to fifth grade students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. This study uses a quantitative approach with correlation test analysis in order to determine the degree of relationship between the objects of this study are the fifth grade students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Asrorul Huda Bekasi in 2020. Data collection techniques use interviews, documentation. The results of statistical tests in Alpha 0.05 show that the hypothesis (H0) is rejected, meaning that there is a difference between the values before using pictorial media and after using pictorial media. The increase in value can be seen in: (1) the fluency value of students in reading recitation, and (2) the value of understanding the meaning of the science of recitation; Thus the use of pictorial media by teachers of the process of teaching tajwid to fifth grade students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Asrorul Huda Bekasi will contribute to improving student learning outcomes, especially in tajwid.

Moral learning is very important because later it will shape the attitude, behavior and identity of a child because the formation of high morals is the main goal in Islamic education. Morals are closely related to the mindset, attitude of life and human behavior. Bad morals have the potential to trigger negative behavior. If the character of a child is bad, it will give birth to various behaviors whose impact can be detrimental to himself and others. Good morals can lead to positive values so that they can form a Muslim personality who is obedient to Allah. The purpose of this study was to find out how the application of morality lessons in Islamic Community Education Elementary School (PUI) Haurgeulis Indramayu. This study uses descriptive qualitative research, in qualitative research data collection is obtained by means of interviews, documentation, and observation. The results showed that: The application of moral learning in SD PUI Haurgeulis uses lesson plans in accordance with the 2013 curriculum. In the implementation of learning, teachers use the lecture method, which is still very dominant in the learning process carried out. Likewise with the use of media, moral teachers adjust the media according to the material to be studied and for practice every day the faith teacher holds a congregational prayer program at noon, always says greetings when meeting with teachers, parents, and other fellow students.
