Abstract

Al-Qardh is an act that is recommended in Islam, which will be rewarded by Allah SWT, and includes kindness if the borrower provides additional assets or goods borrowed on a voluntary basis, not because the loan conditions are met. It contains compassionate human and social values ​​to fulfill the borrower's needs. But in reality, sometimes the muqtaridh in doing al-qardh requires the benefit of the muqridh. This problem can be motivated by ignorance of the procedures for al-qardh taught by the Prophet in his words. The hadiths regarding al-Qard are from the Prophet ﷺ even though in some of the sanad there are weaknesses, especially in the history of Ibn Majah. However, because it is supported by another Sahih hadith and especially the Qur'an in surah Al-Baqarah: 245: "Who wants to give a loan to Allah, a good loan (spending his wealth in the way of Allah). al-Qardh is permissible as long as it does not lead to benefit, because al-Qardh that takes advantage of is usury. Even though the hadith regarding this is not valid, objects that are valid to be used as al-Qard are objects that can be measured, or weighed, or objects that can be counted.

Abstract

Riba transactions in any form have been expressly, clearly and qat'i prohibited in the Qur'an and the hadith of the Prophet. At the time when it was forbidden, usury was ingrained and rooted in the ignorant society which was a means of extorting the rich against the poor. This research is a library research or library research that is looking for data related to research in the form of books, journals and documents with qualitative research that aims to analyze hadiths related to the ribawi profession. This research is a library research or library research. This research is a qualitative research with descriptive analysis and content analysis. The results of this study indicate that the Prophet has condemned usury eaters (creditors), usury givers (debtors), registrars (administrative officers) and witnesses (notaries) related to the opinion of scholars about the prohibition of usury. To curse in this context is to be kept away from Allah's mercy, namely the loss of the blessings of wealth obtained through usury transactions, blessings not in quantity, but in the quality of assets obtained. If it is correlated with working in a conventional bank, then the law is haram based on this argument, except in special conditions and missions to change the world of conventional banking into Islamic banking. Transaksi riba dalam bentuk apapun telah dilarang secara tegas, jelas dan qat’i dalam al-Qur’an dan hadis nabi. Pada saat diharamkan, riba telah berurat dan berakar pada masyarakat jahiliah yang merupakan sarana pemerasan orang kaya terhadap orang miskin. penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kepustakaan atau library research yaitu mencari data-data yang berkaitan dengan penelitian berupa buku-buku, jurnal-jurnal dan dokumen-dokumen dengan kualitatif yaitu penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis hadis-hadis yang berkaitan dengan profesi ribawi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kepustakaan atau library research Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan analisis deskriptif dan konten analisis. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Nabi telah mengutuk pemakan riba (kreditur), pemberi riba (debitur), pencatat (petugas administrasinya) dan saksi-saksinya (notarisnya) dihubungkan dengan pendapat ulama tentang haramnya riba. Melaknat dalam konteks ini adalah dijauhkan dari rahmat Allah yakni hilangnya keberkahan harta yang diperoleh melaui transaksi riba, keberkahan bukan pada kuantitasnya, melainkan kualitas harta yang didapatkan. Apabila dikorelasikan dengan bekerja di bank kovensional, maka hukumnya adalah haram berdasarkan dalil tersebut, kecuali dalam keadaan dharurah dan misi tertentu untuk mengobah dunia perbankan konvensional menjadi perbankan syariah.

Abstract

Moral degradation in children, especially students, has begun to appear in the recent era. This requires us to re-examine the concept of character education which intersects with the psychology of Islamic education which incidentally will be based on the Qur'an and Hadith. However, this study is more focused on exposing hadiths that support the concept of character education rather than exposing normative verses from the Koran. This research is in the nature of a literature review with the aim of describing the hadiths that support the theory of human beings and character education. The result is of course found a number of hadiths that provide the concept of character education that is in line with the views of Islamic educational psychology. The formation of character begins when humans are born and develops according to the stages of life. Degradasi moral pada anak khususnya peserta didik mulai tampak terjadi pada era belakangan ini. Hal demikian menuntut kita untuk kembali menelaah konsep pendidikan karakter yang bersinggungan dengan psikologi pendidikan Islam yang notabene akan berlandaskan al-Qur’an dan Hadis. Akan tetapi, kajian ini lebih terfokus pada pemaparan hadis-hadis yang mendukung konsepn pendidikan karakter daripada pemaparan ayat normatif dari al-Qur’an. Penelitian ini bersifat kajian pustaka dengan tujuan mendeskripsikan hadis-hadis pendukung teori perihal manusia dan pendidikan karakter. Hasilnya tentu ditemukan sejumlah hadis yang memberikan konsep pendidikan karakter yang selaras dengan pandangan psikologi pendidikan Islam. Pembentukan karakter dimulai sejak manusia dilahirkan dan berkembang sesuai tahapan usia menjalani kehidupan.

Abstract

Jonathan Brown is known as an orientalist who has converted to Islam and is still alive at the time this article was published. His thoughts on the study of Hadith did not escape in-depth research and studies. This research focuses on the canonization of the book Bukhari which is one of Jonathan's thoughts regarding the Hadith. This research which is a literature review concludes that in Jonathan's research, he borrowed the canonization methodology which is well known in the study of Christian theology. For Jhon, the book Sahih Bukhari can be the main source in prioritizing Hadith studies because it has gone through the stages of study and criticism from Hadith expert scholars who then created other books of hadith genres such as the books of 'ilal and mustakhraj. The role of al-Hakim became very important in spreading the book Sahih Bukhari. Jonathan Brown dikenal sebagai orientalis yang ternyata telah memeluk Islam dan masih hidup hingga tulisan ini diterbitkan. Pemikirannya terhadap kajian Hadis tidak luput dari penelitian dan kajian yang mendalam. Penelitian ini berfokus pada kanonisasi kitab Bukhari yang merupakan salah satu pemikiran Jonathan terkait Hadis. Penelitian yang bersifat kajian pustaka ini menyimpulkan hasil bahwa dalam penelitian Jonathan tersebut, ia meminjam metodologi kanonisasi yang terkenal dalam kajian teologi Kristiani. Bagi Jhon, kitab Shahih Bukhari dapat menjadi sumber utama dalam prioritas kajian Hadis karena telah melewati tahap pengkajian dan kritik dari ulama ahli Hadis yang lantas menciptakan kitab genre hadis lainnya seperti kitab ‘ilal dan mustakhraj. Peran al-Hakim menjadi sangat penting dalam penyebaran kitab Shahih Bukhari.

Abstract

Hadis merupakan sumber hukum Islam kedua setelah Alquran yang berfungsi sebagai bayan bagi setiap yat-ayat Alquran. Sebagai sumber ajaran Islam yang utama maka sudah semestinya butuh penelitian dan kaedah yang baku dalam menentukan kualitas suatu hadis. maka dalam penelitian ini akan diuraikan kaidah-kaidah al-Jarh wa Ta’dil untuk menetapkan status penilaian seorang periwayat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kulaitatif deskriptif dan bertujuan untuk menguraikan secara gamblang setiap kaidah kaidah yang terkait dengan jarh wa ta’dil. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini adalah kaidah-kaidah jarh wa ta’dil diuraikan dengan sistematis dan disimpulkan menjadi kaidah-kaidah pokok ilmu Jarh wa Ta’dil.

Abstract

The Hadith is the second source of Islamic law after the Koran which serves as a bayan for verses of the Qur'an. As the main source of Islamic teachings, it should require research and standard methods in determining the quality of a hadith. then in this study will be described the rules of al-Jarh wa Ta'dil to establish the assessment status of a periwayat. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method and aims to clearly outline every rule of thumb related to jarh wa ta'dil. This Study’s results the rules of jarh wa ta'dil are systematically deciphered and concluded into the main rules of Jarh wa Ta'dil science.
