Abstract

This study presents an alternative approach to ideal body maintenance based on the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), particularly through the dietary combination of fresh dates (rutab) and cucumber within the framework of hot-cold temperament balance. In the context of Tibb al-Nabawi, foods are classified according to their thermal properties hot or cold as reflected in the Hadiths and the practices of the Prophet (PBUH). The core issue addressed in this study is the lack of a systematic scientific model that explains how this Sunnah-based dietary combination contributes to the regulation of bodily homeostasis and the attainment of an ideal physique. The main objective of this study is to formulate a holistic dietary model rooted in the Prophet’s Sunnah by integrating physiological, nutritional and spiritual dimensions. This research adopts a qualitative-descriptive methodology grounded in critical literature analysis of authentic Hadiths, classical medical texts and contemporary scientific findings in nutrition. The findings indicate that consuming seven fresh dates and seven slices of cucumber daily has the potential to support metabolic functions and regulate internal body temperature, though it does not serve as a primary source of calories. The proposed model emphasizes that dietary applications based on hot-cold principles should be adapted to individual physiological conditions whether hot, cold, thin, or overweight thus contributing to systemic bodily balance. The implications of this study extend beyond the scientific validation of prophetic dietary practices it offers a new discourse in Islamic health sciences and promotes the integration of tradition and science in shaping a spiritually rooted and culturally relevant healthy lifestyle.

Abstract

The theoretical study of the contradictions that exist in the hadiths of the Prophet s.a.w. has begun since the 2nd century Hijri. The existence of mukhtalif (contradictory) hadiths regarding a particular problem, practically can cause confusion in taking certainty of the teachings (legal provisions) that regulate the problem, which of them must be followed and practiced. In order not to be trapped in understanding hadiths that appear to be contradictory, it is necessary to discuss a study of hadith, namely the Mukhtalif al-Had?th and its resolution. Mukhtalif al-Had?th is a science that seeks to bring together (talf?q al-had?th) several hadiths that contradict their meaning. Included in the definition of mukhtalif hadith are hadiths that are difficult to understand because of the existence of difficult-to-understand words. This article attempts to explore matters relating to the Mukhtalif al-Had?th as well as its approach and method of solution so that readers can draw conclusions not to rush to reject hadiths that are considered contradictory before actually conducting in-depth verification.

Abstract

Arrogance is to think of oneself as superior and superior and to look down on others. Arrogance is caused by several factors, namely: charity and knowledge, lineage, beauty, strength, wealth, lineage, and others. Pride occurs a lot, for example in the family, school, community environment, and anywhere. They act arrogant because they are used to living like that. In the family, for example, parents always accustom their children to always be arrogant. An arrogant person likes praise, he wants to always occupy the top position, doesn't want to be advised, thinks he is the most righteous. Even though such an attitude is not justified in association, especially in Islam. Allah really hates people who act arrogantly, anyone who cannot get rid of that trait, Allah will put him in the most despicable place, namely hell. A person can change, as long as he really wants to change it, namely by believing in the Qur'an, the way to do it is by reading it and understanding the meaning contained in it. Then by memorizing the Qur'an, because by memorizing one's heart will always be close to the Qur'an, do not have time and do not want to do things that can damage faith. And of course the clarity about this arrogance has been explained below in the form of thematic hadith. Adjustment of existing themes so that they can be easily understood to clarify the concept of arrogance from a hadith perspective.

Abstract

This paper explores the Qur'anic and Hadith's perspective on teaching, emphasizing the principles of tawhid and Ilahiyah in shaping children's character. By embracing the natural potential of children as knowledge and skills, teachers are expected to be able to direct students to answer life's questions. This research uses qualitative methods with the type of library research that is descriptive of the meaning of Rahmah in the Quran which is integrated with teacher competence in managing learning. The results of this study found that teacher affection is important for an educator, not just as a conveyor of information or science. The teacher's compassion, as presented in the Qur'an and Hadith, contains such important elements as patience. The compassionate aspect of teacher compassion creates a learning environment full of warmth and support because the teacher's actions can have a big impact on the formation of student character.

Abstract

The development of technology in the era of revolution 5.0, especially application-based information technology, has made hadith studies also experience its development. Hadith is now available in digital form and can be enjoyed by all groups. This paper aims to find out the use of Play Store as a media for disseminating hadith with a focus on the Hadith My application. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive analytics with library research. The results show that the role of Google Play Store as a media for the dissemination of hadith can be seen from the number of hadith applications available on the platform. Specifically, there are three trends in the hadith applications contained in the Play Store namely; hadith applications based on hadith books, hadith themes, and those presented in general including those that combine the two. Furthermore, this paper presents HadisKu application as one example of a hadith application in the Play Store. This application, which provides hadith sourced from 14 Imams, is comprehensive as can be seen from the menu features such as hadith collection, hadith status, hadith sanad sequence, description of narrators, knowledge about hadith, and biographies of hadith Imams. This application even presents daily selected hadith and daily Islamic readings that can be used by users as a means of daily reading. The existence of this application has benefited users in facilitating the study of hadith. In addition, the system in this application can also be used as a new example for developers of other hadith applications.

Abstract

The problem of determining the beginning of the Qomariyah month using the hisab and rukyat methods has been controversial in Indonesia for a long time. This is caused by differences in views. The aim of this research is to provide an understanding regarding the methods of reckoning and rukyat from the perspective of hadith in determining the beginning of the month of Qomariyah. This research uses a library research approach with qualitative analysis methods based on data collected from hadiths related to determining the beginning of the month of Qomariyah. The analysis in this research uses content analysis to draw conclusions. The results of this research show that when referring to the hadith, when referring to the hadith, there is khilafiyah in the interpretation. This is what happens in Indonesia, in determining the beginning of the Qomariyah month, there is a difference caused by the meaning of the hadith text itself. Therefore, a textual understanding of the hadith is necessary, so that the interpretation of its meaning can be fully understood. Thus, in dealing with differences that arise, an attitude of mutual respect for each other is needed. So that the existing differences do not give rise to sentiment and division between Muslims in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study examines the validity of the Hadiths contained in the book of Ayqâz an-Niyâm Fima Ibtada’a min Amril Qiyâm, in which there is the thought of Abdul Karim Amrullah about the implementing of standing on readings of the Maulid Prophet. He wrote in his work as a means of praise and tablig in purifying the practices of the values of the teachings of Islam that have been contaminated with bid’ah, taklid, and khurafat, for it to be consistent with Minangkabau customary thinking. This research uses a qualitative approach to describe the findings in the book in a descriptive way. To test the validity of the Hadiths contained in the Book of Ayqâz an-Niyâm, the writer uses the method of Takhrij by searching the mother books of Hadith and the book of takhrij hadith. Technically, in some of Abdul Karim's hadiths, he did not write the whole hadith, but after Takhrij, all of the matan hadiths listed in the book were written with complete and qualified Shahih. Nevertheless, the hearts of the hadith used by the elders are felt to be inappropriate to the target and there is a hearing of the Hadith in accordance with the needs of the opinion. This is the basis for the use of Hadith as Hujjah by Abdul Karim Amrullah as a form of opposition to the thought of the Elders in Minangkabau.

Abstract

The inequality in the implementation of the roles of men and women due to cultural interpretations of the impression of gender differences will always be a topic of scientific study, including the skeptical attitude towards placing women in the political sphere. One of the factors that strengthens this skepticism is a reflection of the understanding of religious texts, the popular hadith with the paragraph saying that a people will not be lucky if led by a woman. This research is qualitative in nature with a text analysis method based on literature study. The aim is to adapt the understanding of the Koran and hadith regarding the existence of women in the political realm. The results showed that in the re-interpretation of the Qur'an and Hadith it was found that there were several techniques that needed to be mastered textually, contextually and intertextually by testing the reliability of the hadith with the Koran, other valid hadiths, historical facts and relevant scientific truths. The impression of the hadith which prohibits women from taking part in politics can be used as a preventive measure against people who are actually unfit to be leaders in order to minimize harm that will occur and Islam itself does not differentiate between men and women in political rights. The struggle to equalize women's rights in politics should not be seen as fighting against men but rather as normalizing justice in accordance with Islamic principles and sharia in particular. A woman's complete credibility must be prepared when she participates in politics because it concerns the rights of many people.

Abstract

Beauty trends are actions that can reflect the values or views that prevail in society regarding perceptions of beauty, this gives rise to a new culture that is followed by society. This article aims to provide the boundaries of moral values that are in accordance with Islamic sharia through a review of hadith. This research uses a contemporary hadith thematic method by applying the grounded theory method. There are 6 hadiths found from the Maktaba Shameela or the Hadith Book of 9 Imams. The hadiths found were narrated by Sahih Bukhari, Sahih Muslim, Sunan Tirmidhi, and Sunan Ahmad. This research concludes that beauty trends are permissible from a religious perspective, as long as the actions do not deviate from the sharia values taught in Islamic guidelines (Al-Quran and Hadith).
