Research is an important component of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education which in practice can be implemented by carrying out research and publishing the results in scientific journals or other scientific forums. The large number of studies conducted by lecturers, students, teachers, practitioners, and other stakeholders requires the media to communicate ideas and thoughts on the results of these studies. Through scientific publications, research results can be communicated to the public and benefits can be taken, especially for development in the fields of economics, education, law, and engineering. Based on these considerations, the Research and Community Service Institute (LPPM) of Primagraha University created a scientific journal under the name Primagraha Journal as a medium for the publication of research results on theory and application practices which are expected to have an impact on society more broadly. The Primagraha journal contains research results related to scientific development in the fields of economics, education, law, and engineering. The Primagraha Journal is intended for researchers, practitioners, experts, and research observers from research institutions, both internally and externally according to relevant fields of knowledge as a form of intellectual property

Abstract

Setting the crime of incest is in Article 46 of Act No. 23/2004 on the Elimination of Domestic Violence and Article 81, paragraph (1) of Act No. 23/2002 on Child Protection. However, the setting does not include the crime of incest committed by the parents of the child. In order to reform the criminal law, a new formulation of the article should be added to encompass parents who commit the crime of incest against their son. This should be done by weighing the criminal sanctions (existing criminal penalties plus one-third).

Based on the results of the t-test, the post-test scores of the experimental and control groups show that the significance value is 0.005. The significance value states that it is smaller than 0.05. then it can be stated that the hypothesis is accepted, which means there is a significant difference between the post-test results of the experimental group and the control group. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a significant difference in the posttest results of the experimental group whose learning used big book media and the control group whose learning used oral stories.
