Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of the 4P marketing mix (product, price, location, and promotion) on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT Bali Luxe Trada, Bali. This type of research uses quantitative research methods with the population in the study, namely customers of PT Bali Luxe Trada. The sampling method used was purposive sampling using the calculation of the slovin formula of 120 respondents of PT Bali Luxe Trada. Data collection techniques include questionnaires and documentation. Hypothesis testing is done by variance-based SEM or Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) testing with the help of the WarpPLS 8.0 program through descriptive analysis, outer model testing, inner model, and hypothesis testing. The results of the analysis obtained show that partially the variables of product, price, location have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty and customer satisfaction. Promotions have a positive but not significant effect on customer loyalty or customer satisfaction. While on indirect influences, only product variables have a significant effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction of PT Bali Luxe Trada, Bali.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Leadership and Emotional Intelligence on Employee Performance at PT XYZ., partially and simultaneously uses an associative method with  a quantitative approach, using a sample of 82 people. Collecting data using questionnaires techniques and tools. To find out the description of the respondents' answers and distribution of data using descriptive data analysis techniques. Data processing uses application Microsoft Excel and SPSS version 25. Based on the leadership T test (X1) with employee performance (Y) the t value is 2.240 > t table 1.990 with significant 0.028 <0.05 indicating a significant influence of leadership on employee performance and emotional intelligence (X2) with employee performance (Y) obtained t count 3.744 > t table 1.990 with a significant 0.000 <0.05 indicating a significant effect of emotional intelligence on employee performance. There is an influence of Leadership and Emotional Intelligence simultaneously or jointly on employee performance as evidenced by the results of the F test obtained Fcount 19,442 > Ftable 3.11 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05. Leadership, emotional intelligence on employee performance has a contribution of 31.3% while the rest is influenced by other variables not examined.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how empowering leaderhsip and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) influence the performance of Matahari Department Store  employees, Lippo Karawaci. The population of this research is 115 people, using purposive sampling method, the research sample is 87 people. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis. The results of the study show that empowering leadership and OCB partially have a significant influence on the performance of Matahari Department Store Lippo Karawaci employees. Simultaneously empowering leadership and OCB have a significant influence on the employee performance of Matahari Department Store Lippo Karawaci. And the most dominant influence on employee performance is empowering leadership.

Abstract

The service industry is currently a very large and rapidly growing creative economy sector business and is very much needed in consumer activitiesBarbershop is one of the businesses that is currently growing. One of the 17 subsectors that make up Indonesia's creative economy is barbershop. The Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy (Kemenparekraf) states that the sector that makes the largest contribution to GDP is the creative economy. This study was conducted to determine the effect of promotional quality, perceived price, location and service quality on customer satisfaction at Sadimo Barbershop Jember. Multiple linear regression analysis was used in this study. The population used is from all walks of life, with the criteria for respondents being consumers who have used the services of Sadimo Barbershop Jember at least twice. Purposive sampling technique was applied using a sample of 95 people. Partial test results (t test) showed a significant effect of promotion variables on customer satisfaction, a significant effect of price perception variables on customer satisfaction, a significant effect of location variables on customer satisfaction, and no significant effect of service quality variables on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of shopping lifestyle, fashion involvement, discounts, live streaming shopping, and payment methods on Impulse Buying of fashion products on the Shopee Marketplace (case study of Generation Z in Sumbersari District, Jember Regency). The type of research used in this research is quantitative. The population in this study is Generation Z Shopee application users in Sumbersari District, Jember Regency and the sample taken was 155 people with a sampling technique using purposive sampling. Data collection methods are through observation and questionnaires via Google Form. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression, while hypothesis testing uses the t test. The research results show that Shopping Lifestyle, Fashion Engagement, Discounts, Live Streaming Shopping, and Payment Methods have a significant influence on Impulse Buying of fashion products on the Shopee Marketplace. Suggestions for future researchers are adding variables that support measuring Impulse Buying, such as Electronic Word of Mouth (e-WOM) variables and Hedonic Shopping Motivation so that they can provide a broader picture of what factors influence Impulse Buying.

Abstract

This research was conducted because of different research results regarding the factors that influence capital structure, especially profitability, asset growth and business risk.  By using quantitative descriptive analysis and purposive sampling techniques, the final sample obtained was 8 companies. The data source used is secondary data obtained from the Indonesian Stock Exchange website. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics and panel data regression analysis with the help of EViews 11. Based on the analysis results, it shows that profitability and asset growth have no effect on capital structure, while business risk has a negative effect on capital structure.

Abstract

This study examines the significant influences of product quality and brand image on purchase intentions at Toko Oki Serba 8000 Batam. Employing a quantitative approach, the research utilizes primary data collected through observations and questionnaires from 204 respondents. Data analysis techniques include multiple regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, t-tests, and F-tests performed using SPSS Version 26. Findings from the t-test suggest a significant relationship between product quality and buying interest, indicating that buying interest is influenced by product quality to a certain extent. Meanwhile, brand image significantly impacts buying interest. F-test results lead to the rejection of the null hypothesis (Ho) and acceptance of the alternative hypothesis (Ha), confirming that purchase intentions at the Oki Serba 8000 store are significantly influenced by both product quality and brand image. This study highlights the critical role of these factors in shaping consumer purchase behavior and offers insights for retailers to enhance marketing strategies focusing on product quality and brand image to boost customer buying interest

Abstract

Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (BPKAD) Jember Regency is one of the public financial institutions that functions to manage the finances and regional assets of Jember Regency, for this function, it requires high effectiveness and productivity from each employee involved. However, in reality there are still several problems related to employee performance at BPKAD Jember Regency. This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, leadership style and work environment on employee performance at BPKAD Jember Regency. This research method uses quantitative with data collection using a questionnaire. The population in this study were all employees with Civil Servant status at BPKAD Jember Regency consisting of 38 people who were used as research samples based on saturated sampling techniques. The analysis tool uses multiple linear regression. The results showed that motivation, leadership style and work environment had a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of compensation and work discipline on employee performance, compensation on employee performance, work discipline on employee performance at PT Mitra Bangun Cemerlang, Tangerang City. The method used is quantitative, using a Likert scale measuring instrument, with a non- probability sampling technique (sampling is saturated,that is when the number i added, it will not increase the representation so it will not affect the value of the information that has been obtained, as many as 85 employees). The data collection method uses a questionnaire through the Google form. The proposed hypothesis was statistically tested using the SmartPLS 4.0 program. The results showed that compensation had a positive but not significant effect on employee performance because the original sample value was 0.149 and P Values 0.314, work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance because the original sample value was 0.710 and P Values 0.000. Together the compensation and work discipline variables have a moderate effect with an R-Square value of 0.688 or 68.8%.

Abstract

This research aims to find and analyze the influence of marketing mix, e-trust and lifestyle on purchasing decisions via the Bukalapak Application among Unmuh Jember Students. From the results of the initial survey data, it was found that Bukalapak users who experienced a decline were not only the general public but also students at the Muhammadiyah University of Jember. This decline was caused by several factors including the influence of the marketing mix, level of trust and suitability. This research involved students who had used the Bukalapak application to make purchases. This research used the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling method with 100 respondents. From this research, results were obtained which showed that partially marketing mix, e-trust and lifestyle had a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions via the Bukalapak Application among Muhammadiyah University Jember students.
