Abstract

The development of technology today has greatly improved, resulting in influential business efforts of both large and small. Activities in promoting products globally can increase sales volume and profit by using digital marketing. In the majesty of Turi, there are quite a few societies that do business. However, among the MSMEs that have developed, they are still hampered by a lack of knowledge about online marketing. The reason many business actors do not carry out E-commerce activities is because they are more comfortable selling offline (directly), not interested in selling online and lack of knowledge or skills in online marketing. Therefore, a digital marketing strategy activity was held to increase the marketing of MSMEs in Turi Village in Blitar City. The goal is a strategic effort to increase marketing potential through digital marketing for MSMEs in Turi Village, Sukorejo District, Blitar City. The methods used in this activity are socialization, discussion, training and mentoring. The digital marketing strategy to increase marketing for MSMEs in Turi Village, Sukorejo District, Blitar City is carried out in several stages, namely digital marketing socialization and digital marketing training and assistance. It is hoped that MSMEs can apply product photos to attract consumer interest, use a marketplace, create a website to promote MSME products in Turi Village to increase marketing through social media

Abstract

PKM programs are implemented to increase students' creativity in writing scientific papers improve critical thinking skills and problem-solving abilities. The implementation of PKM has presented information in the implementation of training activities and guidance for writing scientific papers. It can equip students to take part in regional and national LKTIs. The materials presented during the training were: 1) Understanding of KTI; 2) Preparation of KTI; 3) KTI Preparation Practice, and 4) Sharing and assistance in the preparation of KTI. At the end of the activity, 70% of students are expected to be able to make a KTI design. Furthermore, of the students who made the KTI design, 50% of them succeeded in making a scientific paper and were included in the regional and national LKTI

Abstract

In the era of globalization, children are required to be able to learn the language of other countries in order to become their guide in exploring a world full of fierce competition from various directions in obtaining the necessities of life such as work, education, and so on. The language that is most recommended to be mastered is English, because English has been designated as a universal language that is commonly used to interact with people around the world. This activity was carried out with a comprehensive mentoring method for Rupin Yafsi's children through socializing the importance of using English in the era of globalization, using the Duolingo application, and testing out the learning achievements obtained after using the Duolingo application. The Intervention Program used in this practicum is the Mezzo Intervention by Zastrow which consists of; Preparation (with a Non-Directive Approach), Intake / Engagement, Assessment, Planning, Implementation and Action Plan, Evaluation and Termination. The final output achieved from this activity is the increase in the digital literacy skills of Rupin Yafsi's children in utilizing digital learning applications that are very useful to increase their new knowledge and insights

Abstract

One of the difficulties that are often experienced by students in learning English is reading. Reading is an activity that occurs every day at school, at home, or in public places. Students in Indonesia have difficulty understanding English reading, mainly due to lack of practice, lack of vocabulary they have, and lack of knowledge about strategies for understanding English reading text. This education service is done to address the problems in reading by using training methods. The approach used in this service is inquiry-based learning. The results of this education service can be concluded that students can understand English reading well after they are trained to cope with problems in reading comprehension through an inquiry-based learning approach by collaborating and consulting with the educator. Therefore, the inquiry-based learning approach is very effective to be applied in both formal and non-formal school environments.

Abstract

Lack of nutrition can cause stunting and cognitive development of children and reduce children's productivity at school. In the process of growth and development, nutrients and vitamins are needed. Adequacy of nutrients and vitamins can be met by consuming a variety of foods. If nutrition and vitamins are not met, it can be met by taking multivitamin supplements. In this community service, multivitamin supplements were given to children at SDN 2 West Padang Panjang, Padang Panjang City in July 2022 as an effort to reduce/prevent stunting in the city of Padang Panjang. This activity was attended by students of SDN 2 Padang Panjang Barat Grade 5 and Grade 6. The service team provided multivitamin supplements and provided education about the benefits of vitamins contained and how to consume vitamins to participants. After that the service team conducted a question and answer session to students in the class about the benefits of each vitamin

Abstract

Re-Branding is an effort by a company to change and re-new their brand, with the intention to make it better. Re-branding does not ignore the initial goal of its company, which is profit-oriented. IMC is the approach that makes sure a communication of the brand is conformable for your marketing channel. The purpose of this service is to promote digitally and help the product development in order to increase the quality. The methods that are used in this service are observing the UMKM, designing logo with supergraphic, and conceiving the design of UMKM product inovation. Abstract

Ammonia straw is a forage preservation process using ammonia. Giving ammonia to straw has several advantages including increasing straw nitrogen, increasing palatability, consumption and digestibility of feed. The purpose of this service activity is to conduct training on the application of technological aspects of preserving forage fodder at SMK Negeri 1 Purbolinggo. The method used is giving theories to students and continued by practicing directly in making ammoniation.. Based on the observations, it was seen that the students were quite enthusiastic during the training activities for making ammoniated rice straw. The manufacture of ammonia using rice straw as the basic material was successfully carried out which was marked by the criteria for color, smell, texture, and fungal conditions from the ammoniated rice straw which was produced under normal conditions so that it was suitable for consumption by cattle. Ammonia rice straw can be used as a source of animal feed and one of the concepts of an integrated agricultural agribusiness business between animal husbandry and agriculture.

Abstract

Understanding of financial literacy is related to a person's ability to be able to manage his finances, including determining the right investment instrument. The results of the survey to the teachers of SMP Kuncup Melati showed that 70% of the teachers felt that investments could only be made with large capital. This PKM was carried out at SMP Kuncup Melati Semarang by offline meeting and collaborated with PT Pegadaian to explain about gold investment. Gold can be used as an investment tool for novice investors as it tends to be stable and safe. The teachers of SMP Kuncup Melati have been given an understanding of the concept and various types of investment, knowledge of how to choose safe, reliable, and affordable investments. The positive response was seen by the interactive communication between the presenters and the participants. The post-activity questionnaires were filled out, and it showed that the teacher's understanding was increasing. The aim of this PKM is that the teachers' insight will be more open and be more critical to various investment products on the market. Furthermore, it is expected that teachers can participate in spreading knowledge about financial literacy to students and the community

Abstract

This community service activity aims to provide an understanding of the importance of financial reports for MSME actors in Renteng Village. Provide training and assistance so that partners are able to compile financial reports based on applicable accounting standards, implement them in their daily business. Based on initial communication with partners, information was obtained about the problems encountered, namely not understanding the importance and benefits of financial statements, not compiling financial reports that match accounting rules correctly, so that business developments are difficult to detect profits and losses. The solution offered is to provide training and assistance in the preparation of accounting-based financial reports. The implementation method used: lectures to convey the concept of the material, the practice of completing an accounting cycle in the form of cases, and providing assistance in the field. The results of monitoring and evaluation showed that the participants were able to absorb more than 55% of the training material provided. The participants also felt satisfied and saw that this training was important and useful. The results of the assistance in the field showed that most of the partners already had the understanding to prepare financial reports based on accounting principles with the guidance of the dedication team of the accounting study program lecturer at Bumigora University
