Abstract

Transformasi struktural pada sektor industri mengacu pada perubahan fundamental dalam komposisi, organisasi, dan operasi industri sebagai respons terhadap perkembangan teknologi, kebutuhan pasar, dan perubahan lingkungan bisnis. Konsep transformasi struktural ini melibatkan proses transformasi yang luas dalam struktur industri yang ada, termasuk pergeseran dalam jenis industri yang mendominasi, perubahan dalam rantai pasokan, dan adaptasi terhadap inovasi baru. Salah satu konsep transformasi struktural yang penting adalah diversifikasi industri. Diversifikasi mengacu pada pengembangan dan ekspansi kegiatan produksi dan bisnis ke sektor-sektor baru. Hal ini dapat dilakukan dengan memperluas portofolio produk atau jasa yang ditawarkan oleh perusahaan, atau dengan masuk ke industri yang berbeda secara keseluruhan. Diversifikasi ini bertujuan untuk mengurangi ketergantungan pada satu sektor atau pasar tertentu, dan menciptakan sumber pertumbuhan baru untuk perusahaan.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the students of UIN SMH Banten in Islamic Banks. Questionnaires were distributed to 32 FEBI students at UIN SMH Banten, Serang City. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. Based on the data obtained, it is known that the variables of bank reputation and beliefs influence the interest in saving for UIN SMH Banten students in Islamic banks. The purpose of this study is to analyze the interest of FEBI students at UIN SMH Banten in saving at Islamic banks. This research is quantitative descriptive research using primary data. The variables used in this study consist of bank reputation and trust as independent variables and interest in saving students as the dependent variable. The data collection method uses by providing questionnaires. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis.The results of the study show that the difference between men and interest in savings in Islamic banks is significantly different.

Abstract

Human resource management (HR) has a very important role in managing human capital and talent management in organizations. The presence of qualified and professional human resources can become strategic players in achieving organizational goals and improving individual and collective performance. This study aims to examine the function of HR as a strategic player in human capital management and talent management. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method by collecting data through interviews, observation, and analysis of related documents. Respondents to this study were HR managers, employees and team leaders working in various companies in the private sector. The collected data were then analyzed using a thematic approach. The results of the study show that the function of HR as a strategic player in human capital management includes the process of recruitment, selection and appropriate placement, competence development, performance management, as well as coaching and fair rewards. Good human resources can help organizations manage human capital effectively, increase productivity, and build a positive organizational culture. In addition, the function of HR as a strategic player in talent management involves identifying and developing individual potential, creating clear career paths, managing knowledge and experience, and leadership development programs. Human resources who are able to manage and utilize existing talent will help the organization face the challenges of intense competition and ensure long-term sustainability.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar muatan IPS di kelas VI SD NEGERI Pandan dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Teams Game Tournaments (TGT) tahun pelajaran 2022/2023. Pada Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Adapun desain penelitian yang digunakan yaitu perencanaan, tindakan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SD Negeri Pandan dengan subjek penelitian yaitu siswa kelas VI. Semua data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu suatu teknik yang digunakan dalam menganalisis data dengan menggambarkan data yang terkumpul untuk mengetahui hasil belajar IPS. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan peneliti adalah wawancara, observasi, tes dan dokumentasi. Peneliti menemukan masalah yaitu guru masih menggunakan metode konvensional dimana guru lebih berperan aktif dari pada siswa. Guru cenderung lebih banyak menjelaskan dan siswa hanya mendengarkan.

Abstract

Students' lack of self-confidence makes it difficult for them to convey ideas, so they need to practice self-confidence, one of which is with Khitobah activities. The purpose of this study was to find out: (1) Implementation of the Khitobah Activity Program for Class X Students at SMK Andalusia 1 Wonosobo Academic Year 2022/2023. (2) the supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of the Khitobah activity program. (3) how is the evaluation of the implementation of the Khitobah activity for Class X Students at SMK Andalusia 1 Wonosobo. This type of qualitative descriptive research with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The subjects of this study were students and teachers at SMK Andalusia I Wonosobo. The results of this study were; (1) The implementation of Khitobah for class X students at SMK Andalusia was planned and included scheduling, mentoring of Khitobah, Practice of Khitobah, and Evaluation of Khitobah. (2) Supporting factors and inhibiting factors in the implementation of khitobah. The supporting factors are as follows: (a) Internal factors: from within the students themselves because basically students have different motivations in participating in khitobah activities. (b) External Factors, including: Education, Training, Work, Environment, Habituation. (3) Evaluation of the implementation of khitobah begins with the teacher designing an assessment, which includes making schedules, khitobah materials, monitoring the implementation, evaluating the implementation and evaluating khitobah practices.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh struktur modal, profitabilitas, dan tata kelola perusahaan terhadap kinerja keuangan pada perusahaan keuangan sub sektor asuransi. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang berupa laporan keuangan tahunan yang dapat diakses melalui website resmi www.idx.co.id. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 17 perusahaan keuangan sub sektor asuransi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2017-2021. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan kriteria yang sudah ditetapkan sehingga menghasilkan 10 sampel perusahaan keuangan sub sektor asuransi. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan alat program dari aplikasi Partial Least Squares (PLS) versi 3.0. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa struktur modal tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan, profitabilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan, dan tata kelola perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh fundamental makro,csrd mempengaruhi kinerja perusahaan dengan struktur kepemilikan, struktur modal dan opini audit sebagai variabel intervening. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan infrastruktur sub sektor telekomunikasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada tahun 2018-2021. Teknik analisis data dan pengujian Hipotesis menggunakan Partial Least Square dengan uji outer model dan inner model. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Fundamental makro tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Struktur kepemilikan, Fundamental makro tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan, Fundamental makro tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Struktur modal, Fundamental makro tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Opini audit, CSRD tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Struktur kepemilikan, CSRD tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Struktur modal , CSRD tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Opini audit, CSRD tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja perusahaan, Struktur Kepemilikan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja perusahaan, Struktur modal terdapat pengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja perusahaan, Opini audit tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja perusahaan

Abstract

Berdasarkan penelitian terhadap rendahnya aktivitas belajar siswa kelas I, guru sebegai fasilitator dan motivator untuk mendorong peserta didik agar terlibat aktif dan komunikatif dalam pemebelajaran dengan baik, Maka dari itu perlunya memilih pendekatan yang cocok untuk diterapkan yaitu pendekatan pakem sebagai salah satu untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa untuk menunjang prestasi dan profesional secara pribadi maupun individu. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret hingga April 2023, bertempat di SDN Tambaan 1, penelitian ini dilakukan kepada siswa kelas I. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa kelas I pada pembelajaran IPA materi penghematan air melalui pendekatan pakem di SDN Tambaan 1. Penelitian menggunakan model penelitian tindakan kelas dengan dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, refleksi. Hasil penelitian pada siklus I keaktifan siswa mencapai 75% dan meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 100%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to predict the financial difficulties of companies using the Altman Z-Score on companies in the automobile subindustry from 2019 to 2021. This research is qualitative research that uses descriptive methods. The data used in this study is secondary data, namely the financial statements of companies in the car subindustry from 2019 to 2021. The data analysis method used is the Altman Z-Score method by calculating five ratios, namely the ratio of Working Capital to Total Assets (X1), the ratio of Retained Earnings to Total Assets (X2), the ratio of EBIT to Total Assets (X3), the ratio of Market Value of Equity to Book Value of Total Liabilities (X4), and the ratio of Sales to Total Assets (X5). Research findings show that during the 2019-2021 period, there are four companies that are in safe zone conditions, namely PT. Garuda Metalindo Tbk, PT. Indospring Tbk, PT. Multi Prima Sejahtera, and PT. Congratulations. Two companies are in a gray zone condition, namely PT. Astra Internasional Tbk and PT. Astra Otoparts Tbk. Meanwhile, three companies are in crisis zone conditions, namely PT. Gajah Tunggal Tbk, PT. Indomobil Sukses Internasional Tbk, and PT. Prima Alloy Steel Universal Tbk. PT. Indo Kordsa Tbk, in 2019 was in a safe zone condition, in 2020 it was in a gray zone condition, and in 2021 it was in a safe zone condition. PT. Goodyear Indonesia Tbk, in 2019 was in a gray zone condition, in 2020 it was in a crisis zone condition, and in 2021 it was in a gray zone condition. While PT. Multistrada Arah Sarana Tbk, in 2019 was in a crisis zone condition, in 2020 it was in a gray zone condition, and in 2021 it was in a safe zone condition.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of ownership structure, dividend policy, and sales growth on financial performance, as well as the simultaneous effect of ownership structure, dividend policy, and sales growth on financial performance. The data used in this study consists of secondary data derived from annual financial reports which can be accessed via the official website www.idx.co.id. The population used in this study are pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2018-2021 period. The sample used in this study uses a saturated sampling method. The analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression, using SPSS 22 software. The results of this study indicate that dividend policy has an effect on financial performance while ownership structure and sales growth have no effect on financial performance
